five stars!!! i'm a big fan of the ups store in fenton and…read moreespecially kristen who along with her husband and children serve fenton and the surrounding areas. recently, i took my final four tickets to be shipped to minneapolis for the big game and somehow, ups lost them. mind you, ups made a mistake (not the ups store) and by the time the tickets were located , the game was over and the tickets were worthless. ups repeatedly said they were at fault but refused to take responsibility for my loss. it was frustrating to have them repeat back to me that they had made the mistake that cost me almost $1,800. it wasn't until i spoke with kristen that things started to turn around. she represented me to ups, fought my case all the way to the top and when her best efforts with them yielded no refund, she (the fenton ups store), refunded my entire loss at their expense! i'm forever a raving lunatic fan and will tell everyone who listens that you can trust the ups store and it owners as people who know how to take care of their customers like few businesses ever will. thanks for all of your help! i'm a customer for life jim wiegand fenton

We were treated terrible by the manager tonight. We have been coming here for 4 years to dry our…read morelaundry. After showing up at 6:35 to dry the laundry we already washed at home, the manager was heard screaming from her office that no one should be coming in. Mind you, they close at 8pm. I tried explaining that we are only drying and would be out in 30 minutes and she would not hear it and continued yelling. What a great way to be treated as a long time customer; we would have never even come close to closing time. After reaching out to the owner, he was very dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. Doug from Reality Executives, you will continue to lose customers when you have an impersonal manager like that- who also very clearly scares your other employees. No one should ever use the words "I'll get in trouble with my manager" the way your poor employee did. Do better! *After thinking about the situation earlier this evening, I thought it was important to provide additional details about this extremely inappropriate situation. When we arrived at 6:35, we were told it was ok to come in since we were only drying. We had FOUR machines loaded and ready to put quarters in when I heard the yelling but was unsure what that was. The employee that was afraid of her manager then began shouting that we can't be there... over and over and over. It was shocking, uncalled for, and in that moment I was exhausted after working 12 hours and just getting home, and attempted to plea as to why we had to unpack the dryers and take everything out. I kept saying it would only take us 30 minutes and they close at 8. Meanwhile, THERE WAS A WOMAN WITH CLOTHES IN THE WASH STILL. I am still shocked by the blatant disregard for how we were treated and then completely dismissed by the owner. They've lost 4-year customers and quite honestly, they can all go to hell at this point. There is absolutely no reason to treat anyone, especially paying customers, the way we were treated.

Lynn/Lisa (it's a whole thing!) actually helped me step by step, even at times doing it for me! I myself also work in customer service and where I work we have to greet and engage with each customer so I'm very used to that but, I am not used to receiving that when I go pretty much anywhere these days. So, it was very nice going to that UPS store and having the ladies there be so welcoming and friendly to me especially when as I said I was out of my element and she didn't seem to mind whatsoever. This is exactly what customer service is supposed to be. And I truly hope that that store appreciates her as much as I do! She made the experience a lot less nerve-racking then it definitely could have been because I'm quite sure had I gone to a different store they likely would have made me do that by myself and I'm sure I wouldn't have got it done correctly.
