BEST BEST SELF STORAGE ON THE WEST SIDE. No I do not work for the company, but I loved the fact…read morethat they gave me three months at half price on my unit. I only needed the unit for 4-5 months. I rents a 10x30 (regular price $175 or $180) and I got it for HALF price for 3 months. I checked prices around and no one had a 10x30 and it was way overpriced anyway. I had to pay the two months full price, but it still was a great deal. I am not too fond of their move in fee and insurance but every storage does that. They have 6 month off specials on units they have a lot of. Either way, for short term storage you cannot beat them. Josue was great too. He has been there for 4 years and speaks SPANISH AND ENGLISH. Good people all around, thank you for making my move more "financially feasible."

I'd found someone new. A new storage lover. Someone who lived closer to me, someone more available to me, with a bright shiny customer service smile and a gorgeous new dumpster. RightSpace was a tired waste of time. Here's basically how everything fell apart. Mid-summer, West Mesa Self Storage was purchased by RightSpace, I learned, via email. There was no "Thanks for being an awesome customer who's been paying on time since 2015" note, you know, just the normal corporate "Your payment information has successfully been transferred" bullsh*t, whatever. And then I noticed three changes: + An additional $10/month insurance charge + They switched out the light timers, not a big deal, but kinda penny-pinchy + They removed the only trash can, this little aluminum thing from the 80's, next to my unit C'mon, yo. We who store our shiznit do not asketh much, but gimme a place to toss packaging material every so often. Hey, I found someone new with a gorgeous grey dumpster.
