After we took a few drinks, the bartender will come over and explain all the ingredients in the drink which were all infused in building. There was no one in the place on a Monday night so we sat at the bar and began chatting with Rob, our bartender. Rob was so fun! We had a great conversation with him. We ordered a wide variety of drinks, starting with a round of espresso martinis (which I would highly recommend). We had a few more rounds with each of us ordering separately. The flavor notes were strong and intense but true to the name, so much so that it was like drinking a bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Yum! Fridays and Saturdays are packed but the bartenders do a good job of serving patrons in a timely manner. The lounge area is nice with comfy seating and the back patio is nice to chill and have conversation. I contacted Embassy Tavern privately through Facebook Messenger and email before posting any public reviews because I wanted to understand whether the incident had been reviewed and whether I was welcome to return. I received no response. After staying away for about two months, I returned, spent roughly two hours there without incident, and was then asked to leave anyway. I made a good-faith effort to resolve this privately before writing this review. The lack of any meaningful communication is why I'm leaving one star. P.S., You might consider putting another camera on the northern side of the building. Appears you have a blind spot.
