If it wasn't for this facility, I would never have known about so many things that I had been doing wrong or simply had not been informed of when I had previous surgeries. I had previously sought out different massage places but that advertise lymphatic massages but it's only the ultrasound, no massage and none of the other treatments this facility provides you - plus all their advice. They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa. I have even brought my mother here for facial treatment provided by Ms. Ana. For any post-op care I need, facials, and other treatments - this business has a customer for life.

It is a Korean hair salon, but the team can still communicate in English. Catherine will always have your best interest in mind and will recommend certain styles that suit your face shape and personal color, while also making it a priority to keep your hair healthy. Although that person did a good job, I started following Tuull on social media around that same time and knew she would be the next artist I went to once I was due for a touch up. The person that first did my brows did a good job keeping things conservative (which I appreciated.) But at the one year mark, the work had shrunken and faded enough that it only looked a tad different from my natural brows so I went to Borte for that little extra razzle dazzle. It was super easy booking online and during our consultative visit, Tuull walked me through some options, asked me lots of questions and even sketched different stylistic approaches on my brows to then go home and think about. I then returned for my follow-up appointment and since then, two more touch up appointments over the past couple of years. She is a total pro and really knows what she is doing. My brows now frame my features in a much more defined way and it's freeing to not have to do my brows daily and still enjoy their framing once I wash my face or go swimming. Like with any powder brows, you've got to get your annual touch-up to keep them looking fresh (because fading is inevitable.)
