She prepared me for the process, expected everything in detail, did perform measurements, and communicated with me well on the day of the installation. The guys doing the installation were very nice, expository, and professional as well. They had the granite countertop in the bathroom for the single vanity in less than 1 hour as planned. It looked so great after it was done. They even prepared me for changes that would be necessary when the plumber arrived, which allowed me to communicate any changes and updates with my plumber. They will be my new go-to spot for these types of projects. They have a well-run company. I love how they do business and how easy they make this process for the customer. This is the fifth stone supplier I've been to and it has by far the most limited granite selection and least helpful salespeople. If you're looking for marble, you might have a different experience.
