We recently renovated our kitchen with KDO Kitchens & Remodeling. We've done home renovations…read morebefore, and they're honestly the best contractor we've ever worked with. What really stood out was their efficiency. They finished the project much faster than we expected and kept everything moving smoothly while still delivering great quality. Dee and Koral also take real ownership of their work. They stand behind what they do and don't disappear after the project finishes, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were always available, helped us with the design, product selection, and purchases, and made the whole process much easier. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. We're already planning a bathroom renovation and will definitely work with KDO again.

Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

Arnold Custom Cabinets pick and choose what they want to fix. They have managed to ruin my house renovation. It is criminal the substandard rubbish they delivered. After spending 10's of thousands of dollars of what was meant to be our dream kitchen, all I ended up with was a sub-standard product made with the cheapest materials possible. And now my young family & I are left with our very own kitchen nightmare. Instead of fixing the problems, the owner uses excuse after excuse to blame everyone else. Now I am left with a kitchen with different color cabinets, drip stains, drawers not functioning correctly and cabinet doors that don't remain open. And what about the warranty you ask, well he refuses to cover any of the issues outlined. So the warranty is just as useless as the company is. Don't waste your time or money. I can only hope that others read this review and clearly understand what they are dealing with. I wish I had known ahead of time.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!…read more When my husband and I first visited this store several years ago, it was well staffed, professional and we had a great experience. Fast forward a few years and we now have a hot scary mess. As soon as you enter the business, you will encounter the receptionist desk which was vacant but really messy. If you are going to put that desk "front and center", you should keep it neat and clean as it is an obvious reflection of how you conduct business. My husband and I visited earlier today and there was no staff available to greet or serve customs. Even after loudly saying "HELLO, IS ANYONE WORKING TODAY?", there was no response. Nothing, we walk around and enter a back room which also houses a showroom and we see a customer sitting alone at a table. We hear people in the rear offices but see no one else. Finally, a young woman arrives, but she goes to the backroom and doesn't say a word to us. She actually looks at us as if we are aliens. Why would you hire somone who is so inept that she apparently doesn't have basic skills required to greet customers and offer assistance? We wanted to connect with Sandra, the designer who helped us previously. She was professionally polished and very much on top of her game. There is simply no way that she would remain with a company that had fallen so far. Of course we left without making contact with anyone. They are definitely off my list and not recommended as their level of customer "no servic" is just unacceptable.

Capital Design Cabinetry gave me THE BEST quote for the custom cabinets that I wanted for my house…read more I was turned down by many cabinet suppliers because they no longer carried the rope trim door style that I wanted for my kitchen. The places that had a similar door style only came in a set color that could only be changed if I hired another person to sand and re-paint the doors which would cost more than buying the door itself. Payam did an excellent job color matching the stains and paints of my cabinets with the wood and tile samples I gave him. My design for the kitchen and bathroom came out exactly the way I wanted to and the colors all flow together so beautifully. Aside from doing amazing cabinet work, Payam is also very attentive and always answers my calls/texts to address any questions that I have even after installing the cabinets. His reliability and honest work has made me become a customer for life. I have attached before and after photos of the kitchen and bathroom.
