I was willing to let the incident go especially with inflation, economy, fear of continued pandemic with masking, etc... despite the owner refusing to acknowledge that nearly every remark he posted in his reply is false and completely jaded but I know the owner is just trying to support his Son and that is fine. However, I was holding off on posting my video of the unfortunate incident as maybe the Owner's Son was having a bad day that day etc.. The video of mine, however, will reveal the real incident that took place and perhaps we can share both videos (mine and the Owner's) to see who is telling the truth and who is not? An apology from the owner is all that is required but if posting dual videos will help, I will do so. However, I am hoping the owner takes a few moments to be objective and if possible would like to see the video 1st privately before posting for the world to see and then decide if an apology to customer is appropriate?? read more

Everyone who works there seems happy to be there, and eager to help. Russel, Kevin, Sarah, Frank and Cameron greet you with a smile, are energetic, and very knowledgeable. It's clear Russel's cultivated a culture of excellence and customer service. Even my kids cheer when it's time to visit the Paint Garden. (They don't when it's time to go to any other paint store or home improvement retailer.) The team is so hospitable--they chatted with my girls, put on Bluey for them to watch on the big screen TV, and always invite us to help ourselves to a drink out of the fridge. Russell was so impressive that I drove an hour to purchase Benjamin Moore paint at his store. His store, Paint Garden, is very impressive--immaculate, well stocked, and easily accessible from the freeway. I purchased over $2,500 worth of house paint and couldn't be happier. The paint is superb quality, looks terrific, and went on well. Russell provided exceptional service throughout the process, including having the paint ready when I arrived and loaded my car with care. I would definitely use Paint Garden again. I loved this place! I am trying to fix my house up but frankly, I'm not great about picking color. Right now, I am painting my home's exterior and wasn't sure what colors I wanted. They listened to me and helped me pick colors that wouldn't clash with my roof or each other; the workers are very knowledgeable about paint, colors and textures. They carried everything out to my car and were so nice! It was a nice change to get such personal service and not feel like just another one of the 1000 people at a big home improvement store. When I phoned Paint Garden, I immediately felt like I was speaking with a respectful family member. The young man ( I am 70, so even 45 is young to me) quietly listened to me as I detailed what I needed. Within a few minutes, he completed my order and a couple of hours later, another equally friendly and respectful man named Andy dropped off the order at my front door! Before phoning this business, two larger ones told me that they didn't do "phone orders" even though I explained to them that I have been on home lockdown for the last four months!
