The reason I am writing is because I actually got food poisoning which isn't surprising if they treat the food in any way similar to how they treat their customers. Its a shame that such a historically good place can go down to this point, but honestly they would have to completely revamp this location, clearly the managers here are incompetent.

It was minutes until I could get up & go get my pizza. The check out girl had sold my pizza to someone else because I hadn't responded when she called out that my pizza was ready. This was wrong but not my complaint about pizza Regina. I went back this week, ordered a pizza & asked the cashier to hold onto it & not sell it because I was going to run down to return something at Dick's. She said, snottily, "we don't do that". I said "it was done to me & it happens, please just hold it til I get back". She argued with me that "it never happens". Dif girl. I said to her, "do you think I could make it up out of the blue? It happened". She said, "no it didn't". I said, "what happened to the customer is always right? All you have to say to me is 'don't worry I'll make sure it won't happen today'". She was snide, condescending & just plain mean. I came back for the pizza & she obviously told the other 3 workers because she turned back to the guy already grabbing my pizza, like he knew me, & rolled her eyes at him. All 3 guys laughed at me, to my face. What is wrong with people? My never eating there again will have no impact on their business, but I wish it would. Where is common decency.

This year we came back because of how outstanding last year was. I ordered the chili again, even though I knew it meant I probably wouldn't eat my whole meal. My friend ordered the fish and chips and upgraded to truffle fries. She said it was probably the best fish and chips she's had. Now... for my meal... I am not exaggerating... BEST meal I have EVER had. Ever. I had the cod. Baked. With pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with roasted potatoes and spinach. So flaky. So tender. Perfectly cooked. The flavor was something straight from heaven. Breaks my heart I'm not local. I'd eat this weekly. All of the staff is always so friendly. A gentleman also checked in... not sure if he's a manager or owner. This is a top notch place. I'll definitely be back.

The lemon pepper wings were hardly seasoned. Also they were very dry. I could barely taste the lemon flavor. My fried cod fish sandwich was delicious though! With the exception of the wings every thing else was pretty good. Including the scallops and rice. They have lots of available parking. Can't comment on the dining in experience. Everything was called in for pick-up. So I would give this restaurant a 3.5 rating.

It was a very lazy Sunday and the place was empty and we just talked to the team. Out comes our pizza and instead of leaving, we just had our first taste there. WOW! It's the kind of neighborhood pizza joint that offers kid and family friendly food at reasonable price! It's laid back, family friendly, no frills, approachable. I can see why visitors SHOULD order food to take back to their rentals or picnic on the beach and feed the groups. Seriously hungry people's, crazy tourists coming to rattle our town! Get your sand filled shoes over and grab some really legit grub. Not fine dining. Family dining.

5 -Star Arrogance, 0 -Star Hygiene: Where the Food is Spat On and the Customers are Wrong!!!…read more Oh, look, another masterpiece of "professional" management. Between the Smurf co-owner running the place into the ground and the local health investigator basically having a permanent parking spot out front, it's a wonder they're still in business. Apparently, Sarah Smith's review about the kitchen staff SPITTING in the food wasn't a warning--it was a teaser. Naturally, after I placed my order, I had the audacity to expect food within twenty minutes. Silly me. I checked in only to find out they'd gifted my meal to someone else. But don't worry, they promised it would be ready in a "few minutes." 10 minutes later I checked and I get a condescending lecture on the virtues of patience from the little "Smurf" himself. Imagine having the ego to lose a customer's order, waste thirty minutes of their life, and then deliver a sermon instead of an apology. This is the 2nd time he was VERY RUDE to me, I just chalked it up to having a bad day the first time. If you bother to read the reviews, it's a recurring theme: unless you're Brazilian, you're basically an inconvenience to this guy's day. Between the blatant arrogance and the Health Department's mounting file on the HAIR and SPIT found in the food (read Health Investigator's review) , I'd say this place is a must-visit--if you're looking to get insulted and infected at the same time. Bon appétit.

And if you face North towards the road, you even get a pond view! Recently, my wife and I stopped by to try their classic Greek Salad with chicken as an add-on. And soon we were gazing on a massive, nicely dressed bowl of crisp lettuce with feta cheese crumbles and moist chunks of chicken. And we celebrated with a cool Chardonnay and refreshing Coors Light. For desert, we opted for a thick honey-drenched slice of home made Baklava. So you know what I'm thinkin'? When can we return?
