Workers are the worst ever, especially the guys being completely rude and unprofessional (reeking of marijuana). The reason I am writing is because I actually got food poisoning which isn't surprising if they treat the food in any way similar to how they treat their customers. Its a shame that such a historically good place can go down to this point, but honestly they would have to completely revamp this location, clearly the managers here are incompetent. read more

I ordered a pizza & immediately got a call telling me that my dad was dying & to rush home (To CT). I was shocked & just sat a table in front of pizza Regina at cape cod mall. It was minutes until I could get up & go get my pizza. The check out girl had sold my pizza to someone else because I hadn't responded when she called out that my pizza was ready. This was wrong but not my complaint about pizza Regina. I went back this week, ordered a pizza & asked the cashier to hold onto it & not sell it because I was going to run down to return something at Dick's. She said, snottily, "we don't do that". I said "it was done to me & it happens, please just hold it til I get back". She argued with me that "it never happens". Dif girl. I said to her, "do you think I could make it up out of the blue? It happened". She said, "no it didn't". I said, "what happened to the customer is always right? All you have to say to me is 'don't worry I'll make sure it won't happen today'". She was snide, condescending & just plain mean. I came back for the pizza & she obviously told the other 3 workers because she turned back to the guy already grabbing my pizza, like he knew me, & rolled her eyes at him. All 3 guys laughed at me, to my face. What is wrong with people? My never eating there again will have no impact on their business, but I wish it would. Where is common decency. read more

Unfortunately, my experience with their pizza was not the greatest. The crust was like cardboard. The sauce was tasteless, and the taste of the toppings were forgettable. The service was fine and very nice people. Wish the food was better. read more

My mother's absolute favorite. Consistent, quality ingredients ... Recommend cheese and hamburger. read more

I think this is the best pizza in Hyannis and perhaps the best in the United States. I covered the United States for Hancock and never found a better pizza. The Regina at the mall is exactly the same you get at the original Regina in the North End. They've had the same staff for many years. Eating at the mall is no treat, so we order our pizza lightly cooked and finish it on our ceramic plate in our oven pre heated to 375. read more

Decent takeout pizza. Nice thin crust and the marinara sauce had a nice kick to it. It was a bit pricier than I would have expected given it wasn't premium ingredients. A large was big enough for 3 people and gets the job done. read more

Regina Pizzeria - 24. Spinach, Broccoli e Pomodoro Pizza - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

For malls that provide something great in the food court, Regina's is the one. It's been located here for a number of years now, and this has been my go-to here. Every time I come, I would order two slices, usually one cheese and one pepperoni. The pizza is very good and tasty, especially for a chain. I can see this place staying for many years to come because the food provided here is so good. Service here is decent every time we come and we've had no issues each time. read more

Regina Pizzeria - Boston style - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

The pizza at this place was very good. Tangy pizza sauce with a little oil slick on the top. The crust had just the right amount of crunch to flop. The service was fast less than 10 minutes to get a full cheese pie. The location is in a mall something you don't see much anymore but It guess the cape cod mall is doing well. Best pizza on the cape hands down, reliable, you can depend on always getting a quality slice. This is our go to when no one feels like cooking. Cheese is our favorite, but their toppings are quality. 4 out of 5 stars because we did take out yesterday and none of the employees, not even those preparing the food were masked. read more

I have always had (and loved) Regina's pizza in the North End. I love the crust, the toppings.... it's just delicious pizza. In fact one of my favorite pizzas ever! And I've had pizza all across the country. Don't let the fact that this place is in the mall throw you off. It's great pizza! What a treat that you can get North End pizza on the Cape! read more

Best pizza you can find at a mall EVER. A simple whole cheese pizza well done is what you need to do here just like Portnoy likes it. I tend to like thinner pizzas withe a crunch to every bite. This place does it for me and I give it a solid 7.7. read more

Can't go wrong. Floppy and crispy, just like the Boston location. Pepperoni is great, but I love the cheese!

Still the champion of pizza on Cape Cod! Zero contenders. It's kind of cheating though because it's Regina right? I mean they have better dough, better sauce, better cheese, better toppings than everyone so it's totally unfair right? If anyone wants to challenge Regina just let me know, I'd love to know who thinks they have better pizza on the Cape. Only negative is the location, it sucks having to go to the mall to get good pizza. Cape Cod is a pretty good sized piece of land, can't someone else make some good pizza? Don't give me that North End style BS, this is the only place on Cape where you get a taste of the North End. Also Beka is a twat. She took a pic of that girl working her ass off and posted it talking trash? That girl has helped me plenty of times and she does a great job. Beka was probably too stupid to figure out where the line started. F off Beka. read more

Regina Pizzeria - This dough was not stretched enough and the pizza was too doughy and not as good as usual. I expect better consistency. - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

We tried these guys out mostly due to their good advertising. They claimed to have been voted the Best Pizza in the Cape, and so we picked up some pizza from them for lunch one day while in the area. While it was okay, it was definitely nothing special. The crust lacked much flavor, and there was something that seemed to be missing from the flavor profile of both the pepperoni and the veggie pies. We didn't try any other pizza during our trip, but if this is the best the Cape has to offer, I'm sorry for the Cape. read more

To my wife and I, pizza is life! Regina Pizzeria at the Cape Cod Mall rocks the pie and always has a ton of items for their sell by the slice. Yesterday I bought a large pizza from them since we were about to take a road trip. I bought a pepperoni, sausage and pepper pizza which was delicious. I had assumed that since they were busy I would be waiting forever, but they had my pizza done in under ten which was amazing. In the end, I love the pizza here and I am happy that we had it for dinner. The only minor critique is that the pizza is expensive so I know that I can't make this a weekly go-to like some of the other pizza shops in the area. read more

Regina Pizzeria - Pizza to-go - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

Originally out of North End Boston, Regina's Pizza is a hidden gem. Truly a hidden gem as it's located in Cape Cod's finest establishment--their Mall! The secret to Regina's is to skip the pizza by the slice and get a whole pie. Fresh out of the brick oven, crispy crust on the outside but amazingly fluffy on the side. As you know, my rule of thumb is to judge a pizza joint by its cheese pizza (Laura L. agrees with me on this fact 100%!). Regina's cheese pizza, in addition to being about $5 less then all other pizzas at $14&change, is amazing! Seriously amazing. Get it hot, fresh from the oven and you won't be disappointed. They give you as many plates as you need and you'll be sitting in the middle of the mall food court, but that's part of Regina's charm weirdly enough. This is a must not miss pizza place in The Cape, maybe even the BEST pizza in the area! read more

Hyannis location needs to retrain their employees on the proper amount of sauce for their pizza. We really enjoyed the Solomon Pond location but the staff in Hyannis needs to put more sauce on their pizza. The multiple times we've tried have all been the same, barely any sauce. This is great pizza if made properly. read more

Still the best pizza on cape cod. Can't get enough. Service is also top notch. Not much else to say just the best.

Perfect 5 stars pizza by the slice and service! I got a slice of the bianco, which was heavenly, and a slice of the meat lover's, which was almost as good! The crust was thin and awesome and the amount of cheese and toppings were perfect! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited in line and the girl taking orders would not take my order. She saw me and skipped me and kept going to others. I had my boyfriend try to get her attention, she looked at him and would not take his order also. After waiting for a little bit we still didn't get our order taken. So we left. I don't understand why she wouldn't serve us. She served others fine but when it came to us, we were ignored. She would take everyone but us and I feel like it's because we were the only ethnic people trying to order. Which is unacceptable, we are paying customers, well we were trying to be. Honestly, this deserves no stars. She was very rude. read more

Regina Pizzeria - THIS GIRL IS HORRIBLE! Would not take my order. Very rude! DO NOT COME HERE - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

I ordered a mushroom, onion and pepper pizza yesterday and asked for a pepperoni slice while I waited. That slice was so perfect, I felt like I was on Revere beach 50 years ago. The pizza was perfect too. It was filled with fresh toppings and was quickly devoured when I got home. Great pizza! read more

It's the famous Pizzeria Regina (but not the original of course). They have a wide variety of toppings here. But sometimes it's nice to get a plain cheese pizza. read more

Regina Pizzeria can't be beat. Its something about the crust and the sauce that make their pizzas stand above the chains. It takes about 15-20 minutes to cook so order and shop the Cape Cod Mall for a few while they fire up your personalize pizza which will be ready piping hot when you return. Can't beat them for quality and taste, large pizza with 2 cokes came to $25. Enjoy! read more

Regina Pizzeria - Mall seating - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

The crust was crispy on the bottom and soft on top. I had the cheese pizza and really enjoyed it. My husband had a slice of bbq chicken and a slice of pulled pork pizza- I would recommend sticking to the classic pizza options. read more

This pizza is the best I have had anywhere in the United States. My husband and I lived 3 years in Italy, 1 1/2 of which we were in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. All the years since we returned I have looked for that same Neapolitan pizza and never found it until I discovered Regina's. We now live in both New York City (where the pizza is terrific, but still not as good as Regina's) and on Cape Cod, and the first, middle and last thing we do while we are here is go to Regina's at the Cape Cod Mall. There's nothing like it anywhere outside of Naples. read more

Picked up 3 large pizzas at curbside for a party on 7/6/18 - Vegetarian, Pollo Regina and Regina Sausage. Brought to my car on-time by a very nice young man. Everyone at the party complimented us on the delicious pizzas. I used to visit the original Regina in the North End in the 70's while in school. Pizzas are just as good at the Cape Cod Mall location. read more

This is, hands down the Best Pizza I have had in YEARS!! I would literally drive the approx. 9 hours just to have one more slice of this pizza! Omg the white pizza is so good! Thanks for making a delicious pizza and cooking it just right!

Regina Pizza is the same pizza they have been making in Boston since 1926 there crust, tomatoes and cheese is the best and it is baked in special brick ovens, the sausage is my favorite. The best pizza on Cape Cod. They are in the Cape Cod Mall. read more

This place used to have decent pizza but lately it has been inconsistent and salty. It will be some time before I return.

Best pizza on the mid and upper cape hands down! The authentic taste of the North End on The Cape!

The pizza is always decent (basically a good NY style on Cape Cod) but tonight we ordered Margherita and it came as a plain cheese with basil on it. When I called, I was told "that's how the Margherita comes." Well, that's not a Margherita pizza. I could've gotten the same thing if I ordered plain cheese with basil and paid a lot less for it. Unhelpful staff, and a mediocre pizza. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Regina Pizzeria - That's not a Margherita pizza. - Italian Near Me - Hyannis, Massachusetts

This pizza bears so little resemblance to the original it can hardly be called Regina's. It's one of the worse pizzas I've had on cape. If you want pizza in the area, you're better off on Hyannis main street at Palio's or Barbone. read more
