Going to see Paige was one of the best beauty decisions I have ever made. I spent an afternoon with Paige in a private make-up and hair tutorial. My make-up never looked bad; it was just average. But, now, it looks fabulous! I get comments all the time now on my make-up. The greatest thing about Paige is that she teaches you to use what you already have. You don't have to go out and buy all new make-up to be able to look great. She goes through your make-up kit and shows you how to properly use everything you have. I left her office looking completely transformed and I only bought one thing: a new foundation. She customizes your experience for you. I am a young professional and in graduate school. There are times when my make-up needs to look clean and professional and there are times when I want "going-out" make-up. Paige was able to show me numerous make-up applications to fit my needs. She is also fabulous at doing hair! She showed me some super easy and cute hairstyles that I can replicate on my own. Another great thing about Paige: she doesn't know what I look like on a daily basis. So, her vision for my face and hair wasn't clouded by having seen me before. She suggested that I part my hair a different way. She insisted it would look great. I balked, because I just knew it wasn't going to work. But, she parted it and it turned out great. Paige Anderson is by far the most talented hair and makeup artist in Dallas (actually ANYWHERE). Here's the big difference between Paige and an ordinary makeup artist - Paige doesn't make me look "made up" likes many -"glam" artists do. Instead Paige creates a version of me that is incredible in that I look so beautiful, but not at all overly made-up. I met with Paige at her studio last week for my wedding consultation and she was so great!! I explained my hair is very fine and thin and she assured me she could help me. Paige put a beautiful extension in, curled it and it actually stayed-that has never happened before so I was extremely impressed. I also was wanting to stay in my comfort zone and she asked if she could pull my hair to the side instead--I was hesitant at first but I loved it. Paige did hair and makeup for headshots for my 19 year old daughter and myself. The headshots came out better than we could have hoped for and we were both so pleased with the experience. SO. AMAZING! Paige did what several other stylist in Miami said wasn't possible. I had damage, 5 colors in my hair, and they said they could lift my color without it falling out. THEN we put in hair extensions that are by FAR better quality than the Bellami that the salon in Miami sold me. note- I flew from Miami to Dallas just to see Paige and will continue doing so.
