This place is hometown goodness meets Italian food. The food is really good. We got the chips and ranch appetizer...who would've thought? My daughter and I got the ravioli and liked it. Her friend got regular fettuccine and my husband got prosciutto fettuccine. We all enjoyed dinner. The service was really good. I have eaten here only two or three times in my entire existence. I was told about this place years ago by one of my colleagues who mentioned that their "...ranch dressing would be served at the dinner supper of the Lamb in heaven". While I wouldn't go that far, it is very good and genuine and I believe it is made there. I tried an appetizer, the supreme, and the meat lovers pizzas. They were all good and I was able to take home some boxed goodness after eating my fill in the restaurant. I think the kids would have rather had something a little less refined and it did come with a refined price tag as well. For drinks for 6 and what's mentioned above with an extra ranch it was either just under or just over $100. It was very busy but despite that we were able to get a seat and it took about 7-10 minutes to get our order in and we got the pizza about 20 minutes later. We have stopped here twice for dinner on our way home from traveling. The first time we got house salads and a double crust pizza with sausage, mushroom, and banana peppers and a thin with pepperoni and jalapeños. The house made sausage is amazing and no shortage of cheese. We liked it so much that we got the same pizza (half has pepperoni) the second time we stopped in. A coworker got the ravioli and said while it was good, she wish it had sausage in it. We sat ourselves and the waitress was quick to take our drink order. Both waitresses were super friendly and refilled our drinks promptly. It had a small town feel and everyone seemed to know each other. I picked up a small pizza at Pagliai's when I was traveling. I ordered the "Thin and Crispy" crust and was afraid I would get a thin pizza light on toppings. That was not the case. The crust was thin, but the toppings (Ham, sausage, mushrooms) were plentiful. The sausage was advertised to be a specialty, make onsite, and it was really flavorful. If you like pizza then you will love Pagliai's pizza. We were traveling on the Western KY Parkway and wanted to have lunch so we checked our Yelp app. Since the reviews were very good we decided to give Pagliai's a try. They have been in this area for a long time and have a great reputation especially with with the locals. We walked in and were given a friendly greeting by our server, Mackenzie, who showed us to a nice side booth. They have a variety of Italian items on the menu but, pizza is their specialty. I ordered a House Salad and the House Special that has Pepperoni, beef sausage, onions and green pepper. My wife ordered the Pagliai's Special that has sausage, onion and green pepper. Some of the best pizza we've eaten. The kitchen area is huge and they have multiple ovens so the wait time is not long. Our server, Mackenzie, was exceptional. The staff in the kitchen were very friendly and when we paid our bill the manager told us how glad he was that we choose to eat there. We don't hear that very often when we eat out.
