They have shifted to a more take-out & drive-thru type business then a regular restaurant (a lot less seating then where they were at). Heaven help you if you call in an order, prepare to go through a call center to place your order. That's right, you will NOT be talking to an actual person at this location, it is routed to a call center GOD knows where and then place your order and if your like me, they go by your cell phone number and low and behold, it's not to the location to where I live but to where my phone number told them I was from, thus being transferred to another call center and having to repeat my order. When it was said and done, wasted 18-20 minutes on the phone to learn that my order for 2 large speciality pizzas was going to be over $55 dollars!!! Apparently there are fees added on because it's going through a call center, that was the excuse I was given before I told them never mind and hung up. FYI, there is a Casey's located right next door. They answer their own phones, take your orders and they can deliver. Gasp, what a new and wonderful concept! To show that I'm not bias against Pizza Hut, I did in fact call two other locations within my area and both locations answered their phone (not call centers) and the exactly same order was less at these other two locations then from the Princeton location.

But that sort of behavior is not fit for customer service. I just recently started visiting this location again, and I stopped before due to this same woman. I don't wish to be treated like that as a customer. The rest of the workers were fairly amiable, they were putting away the truck. I just think that it should be known how terrible of a cashier they still have, and I'm hoping that sometime the managers of this location correct it.

Nice outdoor plants, too (even Hibiscus plants!) and a nice selection of wind chimes. All top-quality. Inside the store they sell Melissa & Doug toys for the kids and a offer a large variety home decor/gift items items. Great selection of bulk foods, spices, snacks. I bought a bag of spinach pasta. The baked goods looked delicious, but I actually passed on them because of all the other snack foods we were purchasing. Do check out the breads, cinnamon rolls and cookies. They sell a small amount of produce and still had some seedless watermelons available for only $2.99. They had a small selection of cheese curds and do have refrigerated items. They had a nice vitamin section and even a little clearance area. Everyone in my group ordered something from the deli--mostly sandwiches, that were divine, but I opted for the blueberry-banana smoothie. Yum! You can purchase sliced meats and cheeses from the deli counter, but they also have an extensive menu. On our way out I noticed the soft-serve ice cream machine and a coffee grinding station (I think that's what it was). We spent about $45 on everything we bought (spinach pasta, peanut butter filled pretzels x 3!, dried apple rings, milk chocolate covered blueberries, ranch seasoned snack mix, honey mustard pretzel bites, peanut butter granola. Apparently we prefer peanut butter and pretzels--also. we were shopping while hungry. Store is immaculately clean and the staff were very friendly. Prices are more than fair. We were here right around Noon and the place was picking up in time for lunch. We ate outside in their outdoor seating area. Face masks are not required here, but about half of the customers were wearing them. I appreciated that. Highly recommend!

She acted as if she couldn't be bothered and told me I could talk to her manager in the morning. She informed me that her manager has a life outside of subway. I will never go back. Poor service and it isn't worth the risk.

My daughter ordered from the app and it was to be ready by 8:11. We pulled up around 8 pm and requested our order and the person at the window was rather rude. She simply stated "it's not supposed to be ready till 8:11". She did not ask up to pull over and just continued to look at us. So I pulled up and was going to drive back through at 8:11. As we were sitting in our car another person did bring out our pizzas at 8:10. I just feel the window person could have been a bit nicer. At least our pizza was fresh and hot. We tried the pretzel stuffed crust and it was good, just had too much salt for my taste. We ate the bread sticks on the way home and they were hot and yummy! Gave them a 3 because of the window person, it only takes a second to be nice!
