They also offered vegan and gluten free options for the waffles. They also had a wide range of delicious beverages that also included collagen and protein options (I didn't confirm if the collagen was marine, bovine, etc.) Overall it was a great stop and I'd recommend anyone in the area to stop through! It was fresh, delicious, a lot of variety, and affordably priced! Definitely a great meal if you're en route to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, or just simply passing through. It *is* inside a strip mall so be sure to look for the sidewalk signs near the Ace Hardware/Rustic Thistle and on the other side of the shopping center near the actual entrance of the strip mall it's inside of.
