Their pop-up restaurant moves around to various venues, like wineries and breweries. The service was very good, and Chef Taylor (owner) and his staff were super friendly and open to my feedback. We tried the Old Yeller ($14), a Wagyu beef hotdog served with chips and a sweet pickle. We also tried a bowl of their Wagyu Homestead Chili ($12), topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Their menu primarily focuses on Wagyu burgers, but we had eaten a large breakfast, so we just wanted to try something smaller. I enjoyed pairing the chili on my chips with the red wines we were tasting. We enjoyed everything we tried, and I would love to check them out again to try a burger. I recommend that you follow them on IG ("eatparlor") to see where they'll be popping up next.

FANTASTIC MENU (small but mighty!): We got one of everything on the menu and LOVED it!! (3 adults and we were super full) 10/10: Aguachiles - Everyone's FAVORITE. Wow it was packed with so much flavor and freshness, every bite created new textures and tastes. YES, you will want to "drink the sauces" (as Vito S. says in his review). They should seriously BOTTLE THAT SAUCE!!! Sell it online. Work your social media! We wanted to dip everything into that sauce. 10/10: Sungold Tostada - stunningly beautiful and delicious. MY Personal Favorite - every bite was soo yummy and unctuous and crunchy and creamy and yummy. I actually dream about this dish, it's so freaking good. It's light and delicious. I want more. 10/10: Cauliflower Esquites - everything you want in their version of Mexican sweet corn. 10/10: Maple Habanero Quesatacos: A perfect brunch taco. Such a unique creation with that CRUNCH of the crispy cheese shell enfolded with the soft tortilla (almost like a naan bread), topped with soft custard egg and a subtle maple flavor. So good and super hearty. I crave this. 8/10: Chicken Tinga Tostada: It was delicious and juicy. For my tastes, it needed a bit more freshness, crunch and acidity. 8/10: Flan: Loved the perfect texture of the flan (smooth and custard firm), and the cherries draped over it. For my tastes, it needed a bite of acidity in the cherries/sauce. The cocoa nibs were a great crunch. Would have liked to add a bit of freshness too. OVERALL -- ABSOLUTE GEM! Please keep going and sharing your craft with the world. Yum.
