The company also uses large 4-hour appointment windows (8 AM-12 PM or 12 PM-4 PM) for inspections. As a landlord, I was uncomfortable sitting outside the property for hours waiting for the technician to arrive, as I did not want to appear intrusive or make tenants uncomfortable. The phone representative assured me the technician would call before arriving, but that did not happen. Overall, the experience reflected poor customer service and poor communication between departments from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Capstone Roofing.

In addition, they could meet the assigned deadline. We were placed on the schedule for February 10th. My prayers were there would be no rain until February 14th or 15th. We almost made it, however the rain came pouring down on the 10th and 11th. Thursday, February 12th dawned full of sunshine and the tear out commenced. Additional work was uncovered which unfortunately, yet understandably increased the price. Work continued, the city inspector, approved, and the tiles were installed. As the weekend approached so did an impending storm. The team returned Saturday, February 14th which meant they were with us and not their Valentines. Thank you!! The roof was completed before the storm and we've had several days of rain to test it out. No leaks!!!
