Started the next day and reported that there was some dry rot that he would cover under our original estimate... no gouging here... Work was impeccable and clean up was complete... couldn't even tell that work had been done. Attention to detail was high. He replaced a board that was rotted and made sure that he primed the board to ensure that it wouldn't suffer with the upcoming rain. Overall, we're impressed and highly recommend Roofing Craftsman for your roofing needs. They were on time and delivered exactly what they promised on time and on budget. Carlos Silva, roof inspector and project manager, came out and did a full detailed assessment providing footage of problem areas. My husband was very impressed by Carlos' honesty in determining what would be needed for our full roof replacement. Throughout the job, Carlos gave daily updates about what was done and what was to be expected next. His crew lead, Ricardo, whom I fondly refer to as "the doctor," knew exactly what was causing my leaks and performed preventative measures to avoid future leaks. Ricardo really is an expert at diagnosing issues and providing realistic fixes for them. They gave us very accurate estimates and also outlined what issues we might be facing once the old roof came off. They did an excellent job, showed up when they said they were, completed the job quickly, installed skylights as well and were very tidy once they left. We were very happy with the results. Two years later and we got this crazy storm and for some reason we were getting water in inside the house. It was the first time since the new roof went on that we were having any issue. We called North Bay Roofing up at 9:30 in the morning. By 1130 that morning a technician was out here looking at the situation, was able to make a determination of where the water might be coming in and did an extremely thorough and professional patch job.
