My father-in-law had an…read moreongoing leak, and after having three different roofing companies inspect the problem, they all told him he needed a new roof. Before making such a major investment, he contacted Northern California Roofing for another opinion. Andy came out, thoroughly inspected the roof, and quickly identified the real issue that the other companies had missed. Instead of needing a new roof, the problem was simply a vent near the top of the house that needed to be properly repaired and sealed. Andy returned to ensure the repair was completed correctly and conducted a detailed inspection to make sure all roof vents were properly sealed. Andy was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and focused on finding the actual solution rather than selling an unnecessary roof replacement. His expertise saved my father-in-law thousands of dollars and gave us peace of mind knowing the issue was fixed correctly. If you're having any roofing issues, Northern California Roofing should be your first call. If you want an honest assessment and a proper fix, ask for Andy Adams.

Carlos and his crew are absolutely the best. From the beginning of the process to the end,…read morecommunication with Carlos was easy. He and the crew were good to their word on arrival times and work progress. They replaced eaves where needed and other roof parts of which I don't even know the name! They took care of my property - covering the driveway with plywood and a tarp before driving their trailer on it and each evening they completely cleaned up the entire work area in the yard. (Those workers were on the roof on days where the temperature reached 100 degrees and they still stayed to clean up.) Carlos also connected me with a solar company to remove and replace the panels. They were also great. I'm completely satisfied with the quality and pricing of the project. Thank you, Carlos and team!

When I first thought I needed…read morea new roof, I got three bids, and Bob Vezer was the only roofer who told me I did not need a whole new roof, just some spot repairs. I made the recommended repairs and got seven more years out of that roof. I finally had it replaced this week, including pitched roof and a section of flat roof. The new roof is excellent, as expected. I interacted with the city inspector when he came to sign off on the job, and he confirmed: it's a very good roof. All of my interactions with Vezer's crews have been positive. To a man, they are courteous, neat and efficient. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it (or sooner). And they don't just clean up their mess--they cleaned my whole patio! For the current re-roof, I got two bids, and they came in at almost exactly the same price, so I can attest that Vezer's pricing is competitive. They have earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend them.

Backstory: I have been needing to repair/replace my roof for years now, and with the warnings of Super El Niño this winter season I had to pull the trigger on this project. I had significant wood rot and rafter damage, gutters and down spouts replacement needs and obviously a new roof. When inquiring with multiple roofing companies, no one compared to G&T's level of communication. Juan spent the time, he made things convenient for us and he communicated every step with us. He also was able to speed up the start time of this project which put our minds at ease. He was flexible with our renters when needing access and making changes to any scheduled work times. His work is clean, professional and efficient. I've had plenty of contractors by in the last couple days and they all have complimented his work, and have reassured me I made the right choice. I felt like this job was going to burn a big hole in my pocket but piece of mind is so much more valuable, and I have taken a great load off my mind, knowing that the roof is in great shape. His pricing is competitive and absolutely worth it. Don't hesitate to reach out to this company! You're in good hands.

Over a 2 week period, I reached out to (6) different Roofing companies within Solano area to get an…read moreestimate for a complete roof replacement for my property. From the (6) roofing companies interviewed, there was only one company Salesman that actually performed the work "Green Country Roofing", Owner Enrique Aguilar. I'm not putting down the other companies salesman, but I personally want to work with a knowledgeable person with 23 years of experience. DAY 1: Enrique and crew arrived at my residence at 6:55am, and they began removing all of old shingles roofing material. All of the old roofing material had been removed by 10:45am. My best friend who was present shared with me how neat Enrique crew was with the removal process of the old roofing. He used a roofing company from Vallejo, and he said their removal process was messy as h_____. He quickly said that he's going to hire Green Country Roofing, to replace his dry rot eaves and roof replacement for his house in Benicia. Green Country Roofing began putting down underlayment and repairing a small section of dry rot that afternoon, basically staging roof for installation of Malarkey Roofing Products (Solar Reflective Shingle Lines) for selected 'Silverwood / Vista'. Enrique kept me updated of their progress by providing a detailed explanation. At end of Day, Enrique crew cleaned up surrounding harea before departing. DAY 2: They finished up all of prep work for installation of shingles that morning. His team took an early lunch because the Malarkey Roofing Products had not been delivered. The material arrived around noon, and a crane was used to transport shingles from ground level to the roof of a 2 story house. I was taken back how organized and steps taken to ensure no damages to the property. They worked until 4:30pm installing 85% of new shingles. Yes, they cleaned up surrounding area of the house. DAY 3: Green Country Roofing Team had finished up roofing before noon, and cleaned up area by picking up nails, staples, blue/black paper and etc. The following week, Suisun Build Permit Office inspected and signed off, approving completed work. Overall: Green Country Roofing is not just Owned by Enrique, but he leads by example by going far and above to deliver the best services. In fact, one of my neighbor whom turned down a Solano Roofing Company job as Foreman, said he will be hiring Green Country Roofing to replace his roof. ********************* 5 STARS ******************
