First time Dining at Paddlefish. Ordered from the Magical Dining Menu and our server recommended the Pork Chops versus Half chicken or Shrimp and Grits. The Fried green tomatoes were awesome and very flavorful. The pork chop and apple sauce was also tasty, my husband's Corvina with capers was very good as well. The bread loaf served with our meal was dry and tasteless, however the cinnamon butter helped perk up the dry bread. Overall Paddlefish seems pricey and noisy but the food is was tasty. It would have been great if there were more seafood choices on the Magical Dining. Our server Owen was very friendly and attentive. Can't wait to try Boat House which seems a bit more lively and fun. read more

Visiting from out of town. Had high expectations for this place as a seafood lover, and the upscale location and large selection of restaurants In Disney Springs. However, I was VERY disappointed. The seafood was average at best in terms of quality and everything lacked flavor and taste. Even the simple green salad I ordered as a starter was terrible. Giving this place 2 stars because even the waiter seemed to realize the food & service were subpar and offered us a nice treat for dessert. Please do yourself a favor and skip this place! My partner & I were in the mood for seafood & we made reservations for Paddlefish. In looking over the menu, we saw a lobster corn dog. To me, that didn't sound great but when we arrived at the restaurant, our server was Joyce. Joyce happened to recommend the lobster corn dog. She sold us on it & ooooooh myyyyy goodness, it was AMAZING! If it wasn't for Joyce's recommendation, we would have never tried it. This will definitely be on our go to list. Upon entering the restaurant, there was an off putting fishy odor. The dining room had little atmosphere. I can only describe it as a bit stark and sterile. Ordered the jambalaya and asked them to leave off the crawfish. But...it came with crawfish nevertheless. It was served in an iron skillet, which was a nice touch but the food was somewhat dry and overly salted. Also ordered the conch chowder but it never made it to the table... yet we were charged for it. When I informed the server, it was taken off our bill. Was not impressed with the fried lobster appetizer. The lobster had little taste and the texture did not have a bite to it...almost as if it wasn't fully cooked. Rooftop deck is beautiful, service was excellent, but food was dismal. Scallops cooked well but cauliflower puree was tasteless. Ribeye was tough and overcooked. After complaining they offered to take the steak off the bill, but I had eaten most of it and said it wasn't necessary. Meal was really good. There were 5 of us. 2 had the king crab legs and they were delicious. Two of us had different seafood/pasta entrees, and one had the swordfish. Everyone was pleased with the food and portions. I go to Disney pretty regularly and I would say the meal here was definitely one of the best out of the all the restaurants on the premises. Our waitress was Joyce and she was fabulous and took pity on my kids trying to figure out how to eat their king crab legs and she showed them how to get it right. In town for an event and we stopped in for dinner. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were seated straight away and were even able to swap tables to one we preferred more. The menu has a nice assortment of dishes and even though they were quite pricey we were not deterred. My son and I ordered the Tower dish which consisted of crab legs, oysters, shrimp, crab cavichi, and ahi poco. It was served cold and was tasty. Wife had lobster ravioli and said it was fantastic. The little guys had a standard kids meal. We did order an appetizer which did not show up before food so we had it cancelled. Also the seafood dish came out very late and the manager came out and comped it because of the delay. Due to this we stayed and had desert. The treats were fantastic but again there was a delay getting them out. All and all the place was well staffed and for a Sunday evening just moderately busy. We did not expect the delays we experienced. Again, our waitress was very pleasant and apologetic. Over all the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and clean. The people were nice and the food was very good. The knock is the kitchen staff was slow. Either the prep team or the food runners. We would likely try a different place if we ate out at a Disney Springs again just for a variety. read more

Although you expect to be price gouged at all Disney restaurants I hope for good food and service for the cost. It took a half hour to get our crab fries. Thats french fries with cold crab meat on top, 30 minutes. Over a half hour from that our meals arrived. Our fish sandwiches only came with chips for $17- ish dollars. You could pay more for fries. My wife's chicken was over cooked and nothing to write home about. Our waitress was Ok, not great, but not terrible. I will say the manager was attentive to the issues and gave a discount off our bill. Overall a disappointment. read more

Overall, the atmosphere and service was great but the food was average and not worth the price. We ordered a bunch of carafes of sangria, and it was so hard to pour that a lot of it just spilled all over the table and floor. We had to wait for the waiter each time to pour it because he needed to use a strainer so it didn't go everywhere. We had a large group (7) and we all agreed that it wasn't worth the price. The scallops were pretty good, but the fish was decent at best, nothing we would want to come back for. Management needs to change the carafes to make it easier to pour - it wasted so much time to have to wait for the waiter each time to pour. The waiter was nice enough to leave us the strainer but even with that ice and portions of the drink went all over the table each time we tried to pour a drink. read more

Warning: if you have food allergies you should not go here. They mark their menu as GF but then when asked, their sauces are gluten filled not gluten free. It is understandable if there is potential for cross contamination, but to have clear gluten in your recipe, it should not be labeled as such! Be cautious. Food was less than stellar. Service was even worse. The place was pretty empty. It took a good 30 minutes to get a beer and a wine. We had to reorder the crab fries twice since the waiter kept forgetting about them (we assume he forgot about the original drink order too). App came about 2 minutes before entree. One of my favorite Disney Springs dining experiences. The whole thing is absolutely wonderful. Being led through the boat to our table was great fun. The look of the restaurant is STUNNING. Our waitress was a doll. Our food was absolutely spectacular (I recommend a side of sweet potato fries, so yummy!!). Inside the restaurant, there are large windows on the walls where you can look out at either Disney Springs or the lake - we were there at sunset and my gosh, we had such a stunning view! So I would recommend booking a reservation for sunset. You won't regret it! read more

My boyfriend took me here to celebrate our anniversary this past weekend. It was our first time here since we're usually not used to splurging so much on dining, but this place had AMAZING food for the prices it had. The ambiance was great and we were seated near the window overlooking the water so it was a great view to have. We had Willie as our server and he gave us excellent customer service.
