I have a number of dining room chairs that had worn cushions. The fabric also needed to be replaced. I was super happy with the service I received from here. I only brought one of my chairs just to get an idea of what would be possible and after picking a fabric decided to leave it to be repaired. The work got done much faster than I anticipated and the difference was remarkable. I look forward to using them again in the future and highly recommend them. read more

Coco is lovely to work with. I wanted to reupholster a couch. I gave her the original slipcovers and she told me how much fabric I needed. Everything was finished before two weeks and it looks gorgeous. I'm so happy and I have other jobs for them as well. Will be returning! read more

I can't even put into words how amazing Coco is. She told me exactly how much fabric I needed, arranged for pickup and delivery, and the craftsmanship is unparalleled!! My friend is an interior designer and asked me if I had gotten new furniture. I could NOT be happier and have been telling all of my friends to call them!!! read more

Paco's Upholstery is a gem. I needed to upholster a window seat, and although I kept telling myself it was not a big job, the logistics overwhelmed me, starting with choosing the right fabric. After months of procrastinating, I looked on Yelp and found Paco's, only a mile away. I brought in the window seat and a dark yellow sofa cushion it needed to complement. Coco showed us a few fabrics that might work for the seat, and within about two minutes my family and I had agreed on a woven green. Coco told us that the item would be ready in five or six days, but two days later texted to tell me the work was finished. Amazing! Coco & crew transformed our sad window seat with the stained fabric into a thing of beauty -- much more comfortable, with nicer fabric that will stand up to use. The price was ridiculously reasonable. I wish I had more items to upholster, but I will be back at Paco's when I do. read more

Very helpful and professional. Helped me out with a chair of mine that needed attention.

Paco's did a great job restoring this MCM sofa! The work was extensive and included replacing all of the webbing. Essentially, except for the wood frame, it's an all new piece of furniture. Their price was reasonable and Coco was very easy to communicate with. We all know how hard that is to find in L A. I could tell they take a lot of pride in their handiwork. read more

Had to pass along this review of a GREAT upholsterer. I did 2 custom pillows for my side yard and Coco (wife of Paco and owner) was fantastic and lovely to deal with. They do excellent careful work and are reasonably priced. They do slip covers, re-covering furniture etc... so if you are in need check them out. You can't go wrong. I would give Paco's more stars if I could. My experience with this business was nothing less than perfect. My sister and I worked with Coco to have slipcovers made for a sofa. I would not hesitate to use their services again. read more

Paco's Upholstery told me that they don't normally work on metal frame chairs but agreed to take a look at mine. Not only did they graciously agree to stretch the bounds of what they normally do to take the job, they offered me a beautiful leather material and at an all-in price that was less than another vendor. They did an absolutely beautiful job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. read more

My dog chewed up part of my couch. After much email back and forth with Daisy at Paco's Upholstery to try to re-upholster my breakfast nook, I gave up. I gave her the dimensions, the photos, the information. There was a hiccup when it was clear that it was necessary to go onsite to do the work. But if they refuse to do it onsite, why not communicate that to me me instead of just ignoring my emails? It would saved so much time. They have to improve their customer service big time. read more

This buisness is a real find. Run a by a family, who are not only talented at their craft, but friendly as well. Since we had a tight budget, but the chair we needed reupholstered is a designer piece, we were looking for great craftsmenship at a reasonable price. Although we had to wait 3 1/2 weeks, it was worth it. They delivered a beautifully crafted job with the fabric we provided. I sourced other upholsterers, including a couple of well-known Westside establishments, but their prices were almost 50% higher. So I was a bit nervous about choosing Paco's since you usually get what you pay for. However, in this case, we couldn't have been happier. I've posted a picture of the finished chair, so judge for yourself... read more

I am so glad I deviated from my normal upholstery spots DTLA and tried Paco's. They did an excellent job on a pair of KEM Weber chairs I have from 1934 that needed refreshing. They were patient with me as I ordered the fabric and let me know exactly how much would be needed. Attention was paid to detail with the sewing of a thick fabric and alignment of a pinstripe pattern. I'm so happy with the results and look forward to bringing Paco's more projects. read more

This place is great. They were really friendly and easy to communicate with, and were good at talking us through the different ways to have bench cushions made. Their quote was much lower than anyone else's, and some of the things that other places charge extra for (e.g. adding dacron to avoid baggy areas of a cushion) they just do for free. Oh and they did a beautiful job: even though we had bought less fabric than we should've, they figured out a way to make it work. read more

This company was sent photos and dimensions of my job I needed a quote on but I was ignored and not provided one, I guess they're too independently wealthy to respond to potential customers. Don't waste your $$$ or time dealing with them. read more

We had our couch reupholstered and a custom cushion made for an outdoor lounge area. Daisy was super attentive and clear when getting our orders started. We asked to even out the couch cushions that were mismatched in height, and Daisy pointed out a deflated seat cushion that they may need to refoam/refill. Both tweaks made the sofa look fresh. The friendly team came out to measure the outdoor cushion area and delivered a piece that fits perfectly and looks amazing. The whole process took about 2 weeks from when the fabric arrived, and the price was reasonable. Paco's Upholstery made our entire experience stress-free and rewarding! read more

My experience with Paco's is the classic case of finding exactly what you need through Yelp. I was a little nervous to try a new place while my usual upholsterer was out of town. But when I took them my project (a white bolster pillow for the bed), they understood exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. They even worked around some damage in the fabric that I wasn't aware of until we opened the bolt. And they completed the project even faster than they'd estimated. I highly recommend Paco's! read more

This place is a gem! We sent our entire living room to be upholstered. Rattan furniture, 2 couches, 2 chairs and 5 ottomans. 22 cushions, all different sizes and a different color on each side of the pillow. A color chart was attached and they not only took the time to go over every bit of it with us, but did an amazing job! Their suggestions were right on, their handiwork was perfect and our furniture looks amazing. Daisy and Coco and all the people working there are so conscientious and are real pros. Their prices are reasonable and I cannot say enough superlatives to say how happy I am and can't thank them enough! read more
