First time customer, and cannot give the team at Paco's enough kudos for the excellent care and efficient service they provided in moving my baby grand from LA to the desert. Francisco was very pleasant to deal with by text when setting up the pick-up, delivery dates. All costs from door to door was extremely reasonable and upfront. The team that arrived was on time and was very professional when packing the piano for its journey to our new home. Delivery and setup were seamless. I had an upright Yamaha piano that needed moving from one room to our living room. I called a few places and Paco's was available to do it the same day. The price was fair considering how heavy this thing is! As luck turned out, we were on the way to another job so they were able to come to my house pretty quickly. It was a 3 man job since they had to place it on its side to get through our door into the living room. Francisco and team were very careful and quick to move it out of the room. I would highly recommend Paco's Piano Movers to anybody needing a piano moved. read more

Fast response, very prompt, courteous, and most affordable out of all movers I contacted. Accepts Zelle. Thank you!

Best piano moving experience ever!!! Crew arrived promptly and moved the piano and bench very professionally. Also, gave us a prompt return call when we asked for a quote. Used this company for first time in Oct. 2019. Initially called another piano mover which I had used before, but the person on the phone was so rude, condescending, and unhelpful that I didn't dare to entrust them with them move of my piano. I tried Paco's company and from the start, they were very helpful and caring. They moved my grand piano with the utmost of care. Very satisfied with move. I have to move a second time this month and I will definitely use them again! read more

Francisco made the entire process seamless and was very accommodating to the furniture and space that it required to move my upright grand piano. Very friendly and would highly recommend this business above all else in the industry to anyone who needs their piano moved. read more

Sent a Yelp request Friday night at about 9pm. He responded fast, about 15 minutes. Scheduled my move for the next day and he was in time. I tried other companies and they either no showed or reschedule but not these guys. I was tired and full of dissapointment so when he showed up on time I was amazed, seriously! These guys are so professional! He texted me upon arrival and called me. He moved the piano from across the street (neighbor gifted us the piano). I was so suprised how efficient and meticulous they are. No scratches on the piano or my floors. He put in the sliders to protect our floors and gave recommendations for piano cleaners when I asked. And presto!!! Just like that we have our 1st piano!!! Thanks for making it happen for our little family, very grateful! Highly recommended!!! read more

I emailed Paco's Piano Movers through Yelp and Francisco responded very quickly. I sent detailed photos of the stairs in my apartment complex, and he gave me a reasonable quote. The move required carrying my 49" Kawai upright down two flights of narrow stairs, with multiple switchbacks and turns. Very tricky. The last movers damaged my piano on the way up, but Francisco and his crew handled my piano perfectly and made it down no problem. They were on time, friendly, and excellent at their job. I highly recommend Paco's Piano Movers for any piano move!! read more

Great Experience with Paco's Piano Movers. I made a phone call left a message and received a call back within the hour. We experienced perfect service! Quick responses to all our messages and questions. They accepted a schedule change and gave us the delivery time window beforehand. A Kimball upright piano was picked up and delivered to us very smoothly. 2 people were carefully wearing masks under this difficult time. They just charged us what they had quoted. Everything was very smooth. We will call them again if we need piano moving in the future. read more

Francisco was very responsive throughout this process. He was upfront with an estimate (after I provided a picture of the piano and of the staircase they'd need to take it down). The piano was moved for quickly and efficiently and the staff was very friendly and happy. Thank you so much!

The were quick to respond and give me an estimate after I provided details and photos of the moving situation and what they were moving. Seemed reasonably priced and great response times. I didn't end up using the service though so I can only rate it on customer service at this point. read more

I can't recommend Paco's Piano Movers enough! We had two baby grand pianos to move from Oceanside to two different locations (one in Murrieta and one to Brentwood) and Francisco and his team pulled it all off flawlessly. Francisco was extremely communicative and kept us in the loop through the entire moving process. If we ever have to move a piano again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

We hired Paco's to move a piano from my grandmother-in-law's house in Dana Point to our house in Irvine. They came as a personal referral from a friend who tunes pianos and we couldn't have been happier. I had looked on Yelp for piano movers but was uneasy based on some of the reviews - so happy to have found Paco's. At 8 a.m. on a Saturday, they were prompt, professional, and so easy to work with. From start to finish, the move took about an hour and was completely uneventful (something you want when dealing with piano moving). Their business card says that they've been moving piano's for 25 years and it showed. Would highly recommend and use again, if needed. read more

Francisco had excellent communication from start to finish. He responded to my request for a quote almost immediately and got me scheduled in. He also called me the day before the move and when he was actually on his way to the site. His price was fair and he arrived on time and got my upright down a flight of stairs and onto the truck within 20 minutes. He and his crew got the piano into my house without a hitch and placed it exactly where I wanted. They were very professional and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. I'll be recommending Paco's to friends in need of piano moving in the future. Forgot to mention that he charges $6 per step on top of whatever base rate he charges (I believe it depends on location) so if you have a ton of steps it may save you more to go with a piano mover with a higher up front cost but charges less per step. The cheapest I found was $4 per step. read more

Francisco and his team are stellar!! They were super accommodating and extremely careful with our treasure of a piano. They communicated with me by phone, letting me know of timeframes for pickup and arrival. We are so impressed with their level of professionalism, expertise, and reliability. Thanks very much to these incredible piano movers. There are too many horrific stories of larger moving companies, who don't move pianos on a daily basis, doing irreparable damage. It is so worth hiring movers who specialize in pianos! Thank you again, Francisco and crew. We're so grateful. read more

They were able to quote us a fair price to move our upright 80 miles away, just from the picture we provided of the piano, and we scheduled the pickup and delivery through Yelp. Ok. Just stop looking!! Paco's are the most awesome movers period and the specialization of piano moving just takes them over the top! These guys are super affordable but more than that, uber professional and just plain awesome. Do yourselves a favor, just call Paco's and let them take away the hassles and get the job done. My mother had new carpeting installed in her living room, so we needed the baby grand piano moved out to the garage for a week, then returned to the original spot. Enter Paco's Piano Movers. These guys are OG piano movers. A team of 3 arrived on time for both moves, prepared for stairs and distance. We only have 3 steps and about 40 yards to move, making our job a breeze for them. Francisco asked if we would need to play it during the week it would spend in the garage (no), so they went to work. Gently Tipped on its side and wrapped in blankets on a cart, they carefully removed the piano legs and pedal leg, wrapped them all and strapped them securely together on top. When they returned and moved it back, we tried a couple of locations and all agreed on the picture window. They tested the pedals, played a few bars on the keys, and were on their way. Total time for each move: 20 minutes. Courteous, efficient, professional. Good price. Recommended. read more
