The Cheezylicious Food Truck was at the June First Friday in Canton and decided to give it a try. When I hear Cheezy or any variation in a name my ears and eyes perk up with a giant smile on my face. I was really looking forward to this food truck, but isn't wasn't as cheesy as I was imagining. During my visit, I ordered the CheezyBurger Melt: Seasoned ¼lb Beef Patty Original Cheezylicious Sauce *Cheddar Cheese Lettuce & Tomatoes - Grilled on Texas Toast I tasted more of any onion taste than cheese taste even though my melt didn't have onions on it It was worth the try though and the workers were friendly & working together.

From the moment the familiar scent of toasted bread and melting cheese reaches your nose, you know you're in for something special. Next-level grilled cheese creations: The 5-Star sandwich is a revelation--slow-roasted pulled pork folded into creamy 5-cheese mac and grilled on Texas toast delivers ooey-gooey indulgence that truly lives up to its name. Inventive menu options: Whether you're drawn to the tropical Pineapple Island Melt, the veggie-friendly Spartan (spinach + artichoke + garlic + cream cheese), or the bold Ranchero with buffalo-style chicken and avocado-cilantro sauce--there's something for every palate. Homestyle, family-run charm: There's a warm, inviting vibe to everything here--it feels like a beloved local family pouring heart and creativity into every sandwich and side. Perfect sides, too: Don't skip the mac 'n' cheese--it's a rich, cheesy masterpiece made with cheddar, provolone, Swiss, and some delightful secret ingredients. Accessible and community-focused: Whether it's catering events, parking at festivals, or being a lunchtime favorite in Canton and Massillon, Cheeselicious brings comfort food wherever fun happens. I tried the classic 5-Star sandwich and WOW--it was dreamy. Each bite had the perfect balance of savory pork, melty cheese, and crisp, buttery bread. The Spartan melt was a fantastic vegetarian option--creamy and flavorful without feeling heavy. The service was friendly and efficient, even during busy events, and the portions felt generous. It's also refreshingly affordable for the quality you get--great value for the indulgence. If you're in Northeast Ohio and love elevated comfort food with a fun, local flair, Cheeselicious Food Truck is a must-try. Your taste buds--and your cheesy soul--will thank you.

Food took maybe 8-10 minutes with about 3-4 people who ordered ahead of me. The drinks are just cans served from a cooler and there's a portable speaker they have strapped to the truck pumping out some jams. From speaking to the staff, the truck is usually around until 2 pm through the week but sometimes later. I ordered the philly which was absolutely massive which you can see from the picture. The meat in the philly was a little dry but had decent flavor thanks to the shaved format and a good amount of caramelization from the grill. The biggest problem was that the ratios of the ingredients were all off. The bell peppers were left on huge strips so you didn't get a good distribution with each bite, the bread was a little too copious, while the cheese and mushrooms felt too scant for the amount of meat. While the individual ingredients might have been good, the overall execution of the philly was a miss. I'd be interested in trying some of their more traditional fare though. The prices seem reasonable considering the portion size and the fact that most food trucks up charge a little anyways.

They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. This thing is huge, probably a 1/3 beef hot dog on a large bun with a crusty outside filled with sweet and spicy homemade chili. You can barley see the dog when it's served. Ask for onions and pour on some hot sauce and you have something special! I think this monster runs about $6 and totally worth it. If you see these guys (how can you miss a big Orange Trük) make sure you stop and try something.
