We bring our dog here about once a week to get him out of the house and let him enjoy himself…read more Today, we received a call claiming our dog had "latched" onto another dog and that staff had to use force to separate them. Our dog was raised by professional trainers from a young age, is highly socialized, and has never shown aggression toward another dog. When we arrived to pick him up, we waited over 30 minutes to view the footage of the incident. After the delay, we were told the video "couldn't be played," leaving us no option but to blindly accept their version of events. Staff then admitted they struck our dog with a broomstick and punched him with a closed fist--yet somehow, the other dog had no injuries whatsoever. No marks. No blood. Nothing. That explanation simply doesn't add up. If a strong dog were truly latched onto another and couldn't be pulled off, there would be visible evidence of an injury. To make matters worse, they also admitted that the two dogs were already known not to get along, yet they still allowed them to be together. This shows a complete lack of judgment and responsibility on their part. What's most disturbing is not just the incident itself, but the refusal to provide transparency while openly admitting to using physical violence against a client's dog after knowingly placing him in a bad situation. If I were you, I would think very carefully before bringing your dog here. You may have a normal experience--or you may be the one they decide to handle with force and deny accountability afterward.

BEST GROOMER I'VE EVER HAD!! We love Leti!!…read more I with I could give this business a million stars!!! I have a little Lhasa Apso who is 14 years old and about a year ago she decided she hated grooming and whenever I took her in she would come back half groomed b/c they groomers couldn't handle her. I searched and searched to find someone who could do her properly, and who could come to the house, which I thought would be less stressful for her. After sending out tons of emails to the groomers on Yelp with 5 stars I heard back from Leti and she was able to come a few days later and did an AMAZING job. Nobody has been able to groom my dog's face and Leti was able get just about everything perfect. (there are a few hairs close to her eyes that just can't be gotten!). My dog also liked Leti and there were no hard feelings after the grooming session, despite how much my dog hates being groomed...in fact she really liked Leti. This really feels like a miracle, I was so despairing over this b/c my dog half the time had overgrown hair and now she looks as clean and fluffy as she ever has. Thank you Leti!

This review is only based on the lack of response and not for any services provided…read more I saw their mobile truck in my neighborhood one day and I was happy to discover a mobile grooming. Well, I called them and it went straight to voicemail in which she says to send her a message on Facebook (not everyone has Facebook smh!). I left a message requesting a quote/appointment. I also texted them and a week later and no response. You can say a lot based on a business response, so thanks I guess. See attached image.

I can't say enough good things about Brandi and Perry Bailey of RSK9. Their work has given my pup…read moreand I so much freedom and balance. Pebbles (blue heeler, 1.5 years old) would never listen to me, would not sit or lay still, and had a lot of other obedience issues that caused her to be stressed or confused. She was a TOUGH dog to train and I was concerned I couldn't find the solution for her to get basic concepts. This view has completely changed since working with RSK9's 3 week program. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. This isn't a regular class or something you just pay for; it's truly an investment that you and your dog will be using for the time you get to share together. Side note: it's worth doing 3 weeks versus 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark is when Pebbles really started to understand her marks and cues. From here there is so much more that can be refined and Brandi/Perry really capitalize on that threshold being crossed!

Initially we checked out the Ridgeside Instagram account and then after contacting them for additional information we decided to sign Flossie up for the 3 week board & train program. We were given our trainer's contact info in case we had any questions or wanted additional info prior to the start date. Gina picked up Flossie and for the next three weeks we got pictures and videos every day of Flossie's training progress plus also information for us to learn about the training. All of this made the transition back home easy and seamless. Gina's instructions were clear and concise and she also made sure that we understood the hows and the whys of training. Since Flossie has been home Gina reached out to see how things were going and said she was available if we had any follow up questions. We are very happy with the outcome and feel the training really firmed up our loosey goosey training up to that point. Gina gave Flossie the foundational training she needed in order for us to meet our goals with Flossie and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
