I agree with all the other posts. Do not use this company!! The only reason I had them is because they were contracted with a company to put together a weight machine which the vendor said would take four hours. They showed up at 9 am and immediately said it would be $75 to haul away the boxes. When I came home at lunch thinking they would be done they closed my garage so I couldn't get in and were not around. I left them $100 thinking they would be done my the time I got off work at 5:40. Nope, they were gone along with the money. Still had all the pieces of the weight machine all over the garage so I couldn't get into the garage to park my car and it's 105 degrees. They left the crate in my driveway and took the money. No call, to let me know if they were going to be back. I had to call the vendor in Texas that hired them to see what the status was. The president Robert Garcia is very rude. Oh and here are the diagnostics from them slamming our garage door that it was knocked offline.

Beware; Sketchy at best. Quoted $175 to pick-up a ~150# sofa…read moreand dump for an additional $50. Showed up 30 min. late for pickup, 30 min. later work was complete. Then asked for an additional $150 to dump. When challenged they said they were going to warehouse the sofa, but we could go to the dump to pay the disposal fee, probably betting we would cave in. We decided to go to the dump to see the real cost. Based on weight $10 was the cost of disposal. Of course, the pick-up immediately changed to an hourly rate to include trip to the dump. The advertised Richland Land Fill rate is $10 per load up to 1200#, surely this outfit knows this. They advertise "Veteran Owned"; with claims like that I'd expect straight shooters. As a disabled veteran, I don't expect special treatment just fair; honor stated quotes. Edited: Received phone call from vendor who was somewhat upset over the above review. A veteran's discount was then offered but not accepted, again not looking for special treatment. If real, discounts should be advertised or offered at time of job request. Edited review to remove text that bothered them. Of course, my "claim" to be a disabled veteran was questioned...real class act. DD-214 and VA disability classification available upon request. I'll be gone in a couple years so my concern for their feelings is rapidly fading.

Rough move. This job was booked a bit in advance and kudos to this team for being flexible on the…read moredate. My complex wasn't sure if the previous tenants would be out by Monday or Tuesday so I had to book it as tentative. And to give them credit, they were flexible and Tuesday worked out just fine. The first worker looked underage but I was told he's an adult, still, he was limping and later let me know he had a broken toe. Poor fella. He was definitely on the smaller and younger side so it was hard to watch him. Still, he did his best. The apartment is just 360 square feet and it wasn't full. The two biggest items included a collapsible bed frame, headboard and mattress, and a full side couch. I booked them for 2 hours to start at noon but the first worker arrived at 12:30. The second worker, who I was told was late because the bus service didn't run close to my apartment (wouldn't that have been known in advance?) until closer to 1 pm. Yet at 2:15 they both slowed way down. The second to arrive was never great, constantly on his phone and just drug his feet the whole time. His attitude was terrible as well. He told me the couch must have come up through the balcony since he couldn't figure out how to get it out of the apartment. I let him know it has legs and they are removable. NO TOOLS. This crew arrived without them so apparently you have to let them know. I found a Phillips and helped them remove the legs and they moved the couch to my new apt. in the same complex. So it's now 2:20 and they are saying it's been 2 hours but it had not been 2 hours of 2 workers. And really only one was working hard so it was just a mess. Fine, I said I'll pay another $90 plus tax to keep the job going so they could finish up but no, they already bailed. And there were so many excuses. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. My main purpose in writing this review. If a customer has a complaint, instead of excuses and backtalk, how about an "I'm sorry, sir, how can I help or make this better or anything" There was none of that. It was if there something wrong with ME for complaining. BOTTOM LINE: The move was 1/2 complete I paid for 2 hours but did not get 2 workers for 2 hours I bought them lunch and was very kind and understanding but the minute they thought they had done enough to clock out they disappeared They left my couch with the legs off and did not put the legs back on The second worker snapped when I asked if he could help me move the bed at 2:20 pm and said "It's impossible" Later around 5 pm, I found a handyman from Craigslist. For just $50 he was able to finish everything they didn't. He took one look at the bed and had it out the door in a matter of a minute. I should have hired him for the whole job. PROS: they're certainly flexible on scheduling CONS: Inexperience -- this place sent me 2 kids essentially, they didn't have a lot of expertise or knowledge on things like removing legs from furniture or how to collapse a frame (ended up needing NO TOOLS just know-how/expertise) Attitude -- from the owner to the one worker who showed up late. Sass back instead of understanding and just a poor attitude for a customer service-based business. The customer is always right and I'm not hard to deal with. Not Professional -- they are not professional movers by any stretch
