I was referred through MusicCares, a non profit that was offering free cleanings and exams to members. I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past where my insurance will offer free cleaning and exams every 6 month as a benefit, so I go for a free cleaning, and the doctors strong arm you and try to convince you to get all of these additional cleanings, services, etc. They sit you in dentist chair with a bib, and patronize you about how smart they are and that you need all this extra nonsense just to get you to pay out of pocket. Almost feels like you cant leave without accepting these services. Three separate dentists in LA have done this to me and it's really upset me and made me not want to go to a dentist again. I honestly expected that this "free cleaning" from MusicCares would turn into recommendations for more service and another horrible experience. That was not the case. I walked in, got a thorough X-Ray and cleaning. The receptionist, assistant and Dr Franco were all very nice. Not a hint of telling me about more services. They told me my Xrays looked great and to come back in 6 months. They didnt recommend any services, ask for any money (because of the program), or tell me I needed an appointment. I am honestly shocked how easy and friendly they were. I will now be looking into getting the right insurance so I can return here next time I need dental care. I wish I gave no star at all , came to this place within hopes I found someone who did a great job . Dr francos daughter ‼‼‼is new Dr Morgan did one of fillings upper left , the filling fell of within less of a year 2 times which I thought it was odd she did the filling 2 times it fell which have never happened before my past fillings have lasted 6 + years went back cuz the last one fell then she left it too high had to go to her office in Laverne to go out of my way for her to file it after couple of days my tooth started to hurt I thought it was normal it kept going on until I couldn't take the pain with cold water , the pain went to my ear and my jaw . I went to my moms Dentist who is fantastic and went in as an emergency ‼ they had told me Drs Franco office ( Dr Morgan ) the daughter left my filling really close to the nerve so I had to have an emergency root canal and a crown that cost me 3 ,000 but they got the work done . I came to talk to them about it and they gave me attitude specially the mom of course they would want to cover up for their malpractice and unprofessionalism saying all kinds of things . I have been to MANY dentists in my time. Dr Franco and her staff are an exception to the rule. The staff is helpful and VERY willing to work with you. I have a deep seated fear of the dentist office from way back and I can tell you with complete honesty this fear is dissipating due to the genuine caring and gentle nature of Dr. Franco and her loving staff. Dr Franco is very talented and very skillful and exceptionally gentle. She does everything from Implants to root canals. I recommend her services with the utmost conviction. Overall a super experience. Office staff is very nice. Dr. Franco is very knowledgeable. I didn't realize she IS a one stop shop!!! She will work on toddlers, ortho and will do peridontal care!!! Dr. Franco was very professional and fast!! I was literally in her office for a tooth extraction for 15 minutes! They were true to the appointment time vs other dental offices that will have you sitting there waiting 3 hours after your scheduled appointment. read more

First off, I do not know how good the dentist is but I will never go there nor send any parents that I work with to go there because the receptionist that I spoke to is extremely rude. So rude, that I'm yelping about it and it is my first time yelping anything negative about anybody. I call the office on 12/30/2015 at 12:05pm and ask the person who answered the call which I assume was the receptionist if they are still taking a particular insurance. She paused and sighed heavily enough for me to hear it and said yes. Then I asked her what about next year as I wanted to know if there were any changes. Again she paused and sighed before saying yes. So I said, "You sounded really impatient with me" & she said, "because this is the 2nd time you've called me and asked." I told her, "Yes, but I didn't ask about next year did I?" & I basically told her that she's not offering me customer service and that I will not refer anybody to this office and that she was being very rude. I then ask for her name and she hung up on me. In fact, when I first call the office probably about a month or so ago, she was already very rude but I let it slide because maybe she had a really super tough day though for someone that works in the front office, self-control is very important. Her lack of professionalism is very shocking. I feel sorry for the dentist if she is a good one because she will lose clients base on the lack of professionalism her staff is offering. I will never send any parents to her office because of this as I don't want any of them to be treated the way I've been treated. read more

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Fanco. Stay far away. I am disabled and finally had my dentical reinstated after six years. I was so happy to be able to get some much need work done. She filled a molar and the nerve is painful. I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. She also said she cleaned my teeth. I'd be surprised if she spent even two minutes on the cleaning. I asked her to go back and finish and she handed me an estimate and said if I paid $460 cash for a deep cleaning she'd go back and do a regular cleaning. Scam. This is just a case of a person using this program to get more money from the poor. No ethics. Shame on her! Stay far away. read more

I have been going to Dr. Franco dental office for many years now. She is great! she is kind and friendly. Dr. Franco is gentle and makes you feel comfortable. Office staff is very friendly. She is not about money, after my insurance was cut off for reaching 18 years of age, I stop going for a while, saw Dr. Franco once at Target and she insisted that I go for a check-up I told her I no longer had insurance she told me to go in and she will give me a discount with payment arrangements!
