This is my go-to restaurant for great Chinese food. I am a huge fan of their ramen soup. My go-to menu items are the lo mein noodles with vegetables and Singapore noodles and the Boba drinks. The service in Pacifico is wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and a happy greeting. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The ambiance is very typical of a Chinese restaurant. Great take out food. I love coming on the weekends for some wonderful comfort food. I love their huge pieces of chicken and it's fried to perfection. Next time you are in Hialeah. My review is only for the fried rice. The first time I ordered it I was super delighted. Sometimes I order during the week other times on the weekends. It's really a hit or miss. Usually better to order to order on the weekends. The problem is that you either get a fried rice loaded with condiments or one that barely has anything in it. Ok, I've been in search of a good Chinese Restaurant to replace my "GO TO" place which has just changed ownership and the quality and taste of the food is suffering in the process. Anyway, I've tried about a half dozen Chinese Restaurants in the last few months only to be sorely dissatisfied. Well so far so good. I ordered the fried dumplings and although I hated the fact that they were deep fried rather than pan fried the dipping sauce more than made up for it. Yum! the Fired rice is pretty good and their Wonton soup is delicious. I've been here a few times and some recipes I like, others not so much. Ok, so my family and i LOVE chinese take out... we're always trying different places to see what's good. This is by far the worst Chinese I've ever had in my life. I cannot believe anyone could actually enjoy what they sell.... so on to the food... got home with our box full of food... open the fried rice container... the smell of burnt rice hits me immediately...i was so shocked i asked both my daughter and my bf if they smelled it too.... yup, they did... basically an entire bucket of fried rice in the garbage. Was impressed by the amount of honey chicken they served... not impressed with the amount or quality of the honey its supposed to be enjoyed with... never had such crappy (or little) honey for an order of honey chicken. Fried chicken wings were ok. Maduros were maduros.... guess you can't mess those up. The egg rolls.... omg those egg rolls... i took two bites just to be sure that they were really that awful.... yes they were! So dry and they tasted like chemicals. Like cleaning products almost. Ugh o.k. nauseous just remembering. I basically spent $40 just to throw all that food away. These ppl need to be out of business. No one deserves to be served that crap after spending $40! The only WARNING is I always pay cash because when I ordered online & paid by credit card the delivery guy wanted to make had scratch etching of my credit card??? He said it was policy & called the restaurant when I refused; on the phone I was told they "always do that". I said it is illegal to do that (my payment was made "securely" online and approved) & that pencil etching would compromise my card privacy. The food on Grubhub mentioned nothing of what is actually in the food. The food was bland and inedible. The crab Rangoon was soggy and bland. I called to request a refund from them, as well as grub hub, they refused. They don't put descriptions of what they put into the food (cabbage, peas, shrimp, etc), and then don't refund a customers money when it's disgusting. I'll never order food from here again. This restaurant is my absolute favorite! The food is authentic and delicious, and the customer service is 11/10! The food is always great; I've never had a bad experience and I'm a picky eater. The waiters are always welcoming and friendly and I never have to wait long for my meal. The restaurant environment itself is cozy and welcoming. They also do delivery which comes super fast and is really convenient. (Which is really good for when I'm hungry and need food ASAP!!) I love dining here with my family and friends, and I've even become familiar with the employees there! If you go there, I recommend the honey chicken because it's just so delicious and simple.
