During their last visit, some windows were left with a residue. I simply asked for someone to come take a look and fix the issue. Since the residue didn't show up well in photos, I explained the problem instead--but no one ever followed up. I called multiple times and gave them more than one opportunity to make it right, but my messages were left on read and my calls were ignored. They never sent anyone out or even acknowledged the concern. It's really disappointing that long-term customer service and accountability don't seem to matter. I valued their work for a long time, but being completely ghosted over a simple request is unacceptable. Sadly, I wouldn't continue to recommend them.

We understand that we provided the lights but he is the professional and should've double checked before accepting the job. He didn't notify us at all about the missing supplies until he was leaving. There was no opportunity for us to purchase supplies. When we pointed out the issue, he became defensive and actually blamed us for the error rather than taking accountability. We tried to step in to offer a solution and compromise, so we could've gotten it fixed but he wouldn't even hear us out. He was clearly in a rush and didn't bother to check if the lights worked, packed up his gear, and left the project unfinished. Now he wants to charge us an extra $300 for his time to come back even though he left for 2 hours in the middle of the job in addition to leaving early. I would not recommend hiring him if you want a complete or professional job.
