Dr. Walden was always so informative, she gave me more information than I even asked for. Sometimes there was a wait, but she was worth it. I imagine she was being just as attentive with other patients so it didn't bother me. Her energy is so confident and yet gentle. I truly wish she could have delivered my second child but I had moved too far away so I ended up with a robot who would force me out after 3 minutes at each appointment. Maybe she even had the wrong patient up as I have a a different birth control which is in my arm. Then as I corrected her she needed to again act like she knows it all , but the point of the matter she had no one else in her office, she wanted to refuse service , she actually can't stand being reality checked that she shouldn't mistreat woman, she should be quite and listen to the customer and provide a simple fast service. The worst experience I've ever witnessed an OBGYN especially on a holiday . I hope this woman seeks mental help and Almond network is aware that she should be removed . The dump of a office, the elevator not working, the scam parking attendant and walking up 3 flights was literally the worse experience. She shook my hand and introduced herself but also gave me her business card. I was impressed but to her this is a normal thing to do. Usually when a doctor from Cedar Sinai goes to talk to me they turn on the computer and glance at it and go from the screen to me. She turned on the computer but then completely focused on me, asking me questions about my issue and then asking follow up questions. I told her about some of the visits I have had with this reoccuring issue and she looked up my records and asked more information. She gave me an exam and explained things about my body that were extremely helpful. She is quite detailed and informative. After the exam we talked more and she realized I hadn't had a pap smear since 2015 and gave me one even though she had already done an exam. She is the kind of doctor you feel comfortable talking about personal body issues with, she is humorous, caring and professional in a friendly way. I highly recommend her.

Completely SCAMMED, Don't let it happen to you!…read more Don't be fooled by these two's fame and accolades from TV a decade or more back, THEY GIVE FALSE DIAGNOSIS and then make you feel extremely worried and uncomfortable forcing you to accelerate and get things done quickly with them. We were told about multiple additional tests to perform that were unneeded though pushed on us from both doctors like it was an immediate issue with my wife's health. Issues ranged from * Claiming my wife had an STD when no test results were provided to prove this, Same as other users that have posted this on YELP, It happened to us. * Cysts on ovaries that needed an immediate extraction that ended up becoming extremely costly and QUADRUPLED in the quoted price. * Claimed we needed a full blood workup with ultrasound that were complete non needed. * Anesthesia quoted from LISA a rep for them stating $200 average that resulted in an $800 charge across 3 different Anestesologists: Pace Anesthesia, Point Anesthesia and New Line Anesthesia. 3 different companies yet there was only 1 girl in the room providing the service. They prey on victimizing their patients and lure them into a bunch of false tests that are costly while providing inaccurate results, records to prove this issues and quotes that are no where near correct. They are QUACKS! They provoke you into being scared about assessments you don't have, then trick you into using your insurance to having them resolved here. These people should be investigated. Look at the others reviewing here. It also happened to us here as well. This place was a complete nightmare. We came here because of the YELP reviews but I can assure you we are DEAD ON with our experience. Im convinced they pay for review here or something. We've had excessive and illusive charges to our insurance from this place for services we never had done. We had to call the fraud dept at Blue Shield of CA to validate and invalidate charges and on the phone with Customer Service for many hours throughout the process. Thank God for diligent insurance representatives to represent us effectively so weren't not charged. Don't expect your emails, phone calls, or messages to be returned either. They are not polite here. They claim to be busy and they really aren't. Its sad, preying on the health of others. We've had to come down here when they open to stand intrusively in the lobby about to cause a scene to get print outs of records, confirm false charges and receive explanations to all of these things. They are NOT helpful in anyway. They SCAM people here, and if you don't believe our experience together here, please read the others that have suffered here. Its all true.

For instance, I had to remind her that I needed to get the RhoGAM immunoglobulin shot, since I am Rh- and my baby was Rh+ , in order to prevent fetal anemia in future pregnancies that can be actually fatal. I ended up getting 1 shot instead of 2, and on the top of that this one shot that i asked for, I was given to me way too late, and the second shot that should be given in the 3rd trimester, I didn't receive at all! It's actually very negligent on her side as a physician. Luckily or not, I ended up having one child only, but if I would have more children later on, it's very possible that I would end up with miscarriage, still birth, or my future children would be born with some mental disability, since the whole purpose of giving the Rh- women immunoglobulin is to eliminate the risk of developing of antibodies in mother's blood against the fetus. I came to a conclusion that she doesn't give a flip about their patients for whatever reason. Three years ago I moved to Arizona and my current OBGYN is amazing! I wish I had him back then during my pregnancy instead of her.

All practices should strive for this! Now for the most important part - Dr. Noel! I feel so lucky to have had him by my side throughout pregnancy. I was a first-time Mom dealing with unexpected twins, and had millions of questions. Dr. Noel was a calm, yet informative resource through it all. He cares deeply for his patients, not only their physical health, but also their emotional well-being. It was when my previously smooth pregnancy became complicated in the 3rd trimester that I witnessed Dr. Noel at his best! He was an advocate for my health at the hospital and with specialists, doggedly ensuring I was receiving the best treatment for my unique situation. And finally, he was a rockstar during my delivery, encouraging and supporting me in my goal of having a vaginal twin birth.
