Pacific Veterinary Clinic is an Amazing place! Raven was so sweet and professional and answered my simple questions promptly- unlike the Rogue River Vet Clinic who just hung up on me because I asked her the pricing of deworming my cat. She wouldn't answer the question. She insisted I bring my cat in in a stool sample and all these charges and fees would be incurred. Raven got all my info, ordered the rx all in under 5 minutes. She is awesome!! Thank you very very much! (And my kitty says thank you too! read more

I started going to Pacific Veterinary Clinic bc the Vet I was going to couldn't provide the service we needed for our pug and so they sent us there. Needless to say we've ended up moving all of our pets to Pacific Vet and no matter which Vet Doc we have seen or which tech we have seen they have all been amazing! This last visit just pushed me over the edge and I had to write a review. Dr. Cumming's was the most endearing with our 2 pets we brought and we just couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Pacific Veterinary Clinic for all you have done and continue to do for our community. read more

I just took my 10-year-old Chihuahua in for her first visit with Pacific Valley. They were very kind to fit her in. I met Dr. April Borman, who was very good and very thorough with my dog. The vet tech was also excellent and I'm so happy I got in today. They went over everything, her medication's her history and gave her a complete check up. I really feel like my dog is in good hands now and it's a big relief! read more

We made an appointment and had set a price when we made the appointment with my dog, They jacked up the price 50 plus Doller's over night because of price increase, and did not honor the price we agreed on. Not worth my time or business. read more

Just want to let anyone know who's looking to get in, the receptionist Megan told me they are working off of a client waiting list with over 300 people on the list. Good luck trying to get in here. They also gave me no options. read more

So happy to have found this place!! We recently relocated to Grants Pass from CA. Two of our family dogs got into it the other night. One took a bite to the jaw. We called them right when they opened at 8 am and they had us send pics of her face. They called back and got us in at 8:45am!! This all women clinic was amazing to my scared rescue girl. She let the vet touch her face and everything. So sweet and gentle. We were in and out quickly and happy to report the swelling has gone down so much and she's returning to her normal self already. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my baby. read more

I have gone to Pacific Vet since I was 5, and at that time they were the best. However, over the years the quality and value have steadily declined. Over the last 6 years, I have taken my dog in for foxtail injuries, and all 3 times I was advised to have them perform exploratory surgeries to remove the foxtails, all of which were unsuccessful in removing the foxtails. Finally today, my wife brings in our dog for his appointment and gets gaslighted by the receptionist. The receptionist tells my wife they called yesterday, but the only number to call, that wasn't family, was a private number. Then she tells my wife that my wife must have written the appointment time down wrong. TL;DR After 25 years, try to gaslight my wife, last straw. We are seeking a new veterinary office. read more

We will return.....lovely caring people. A 4 week old kitten walked out of the forest and asked us for help. This was the only vet that got me in immediately. Kitten hadn't eaten in a week, having lost his mom. Doctor educated us on food and care. A week later, he's well fed and active. Going back to vet soon for check up. read more

Being new to the area, we had the opportunity to check out the veterinarians in the area before we had a need. Pacific looked good, so we had our pets records sent their way. Soon after, our old lady cat became ill and they were able to squeeze her in the next day on a Saturday! Everyone from the office manager to the technician Kat (yep!) and Dr.Rebecca were caring, and answered all of our questions. They also got our Miss Katy on the mend! read more

We absolutely love Pacific Veterinary Clinic. Jamie Chilton, DMV, is amazing. She is kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. We have had a couple of different doctors for several pets through the years and the doctors and staff have always been great. read more

What an amazing business! Our dog was really sick & we called our regular vet (who we've been going to for the last 20 year) they couldn't see her until Nov. She wasn't eating hardly at all. Every other vet we called all over So. Oregon said basically same thing. We were devastated. Finally our daughter called Pacfic & they saw right away. They're all so kind & caring. We now have a new vet. read more

Needing to have a dog euthanized. Was told we could be put on the emergency schedule however after asking the cost I was quoted a price for an urn. When I stated we would bring the dog home to bury on the farm I was told there were no appointments available. Denied because I would not buy an urn? Sure seems this was the case as the appointment we were offered was no longer an option. We had no issue paying for the actual service even in advance but they would not even offer a price without the urn. This extremely difficult time was compounded by the greed and lack of any compassion of the staff. We made the trip to the urgent vet care in Central Point. We were treated with kindness and understanding. They took care of our dog and while we were still brokenhearted we were comforted by the staff and providers on the urgent care in Central Point. Such a shame that Pacific Vet failed in all counts. read more

I have used Pacific Veterinary Clinic for almost 30 years with my numerous dogs and cats. My experiences have always been positive and professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clinic! In comparison, on a Sunday (Pacific Vet. is closed then) I drove 2 hours round-trip to the SOUTHERN OREGON VETERINARY SPECIALTY CENTER in Central Point, OR to sit and WAIT in the hot, idling 100 degree heat-car for THREE HOURS to have them then tell me they WOULDN'T SEE OR TREAT MY DOG!!! They literally turned-us away! I emailed Pacific Vet. when we got home as the dog obviously still needed to be seen and treated!!! By 8:05 a.m. MONDAY MORNING I had a 10:50 a.m. "emergency" appointment and VOILA! My dog was SEEN AND TREATED! The cost is very reasonable and the staff is super-kind, caring and professional! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED after 30 years as a customer! I just had to finally give them the kudos online that they deserve! A GREAT VETERINARY CLINIC and we feel fortunate to be in their care when needed! read more

We have taken all 3 of our dogs to Pacific Vet over the years. My first pet, a poodle, began in 2008 and passed away just this past year 2021. She received excellent care from ALL the vets. Our favorite vet is Dr. Rebecca. Dr. Rebecca saw her through her last illness and was very loving, gentle and kind on each and every visit. The vet assistants are also excellent and kind. Now with 2 dogs, we continue to visit and receive excellent care! Carol S. read more

My puppy ate a ton of grapes which, little did I know, is a veterinary emergency. Given the closest emergency vet is in Central Point and time is of the essence in these situations- I called local vets while en route to Central Point. Everyone turned us away except Pacific Vet Clinic. They took him without hesitation. I am so very grateful to the veterinarian, techs and receptionist. read more

Love this place! I have been taking both my large-breed dogs here for several years now and I always feel we are taken care of. I have seen Dr.s Robyn, Reneè and Rebecca and they are all knowledgeable, attentive, and very easy to converse with. I never feel rushed and they obviously love what they do. read more

I had a great experience here! Just moved to the area a few days ago so I don't have a vet down here yet, but my pup Lucas had a foxtail stuck in his ear. They squeezed him in on a Saturday and were very kind and patient with him. Our vet tech Sara was super helpful and explained everything during the whole process. They even trimmed his nails while he was sedated. Extremely happy with the customer and medical service! read more

A vet office that doesn't take sick animals. My dog cut her foot open, and we asked to see the vet. Even with almost an hour left until closing, we were told that they didn't feel like seeing another dog before closing time. Then we were referred to Central Point (almost 35 miles away). It's ridiculous that they can't even check to see if my dog is okay, especially after calling themselves a vet hospital. Not only were they unfriendly, they were rude. read more

The staff here is absolutely wonderful!!! They know what they're talking about and they do everything they can to help you. The doctors are so very knowledgable and caring! They also make sure to call you for a few check ups after you've left. read more

Phenomenal experience here today. The building and interior are updated and the office is immaculate. We were very impressed with the entire staff from the moment we walked into the building. Professional and quick and friendly. Our vet tech was Elizabeth, she was great with us and our puppy, very knowledgeable and sweet. It was obvious that she loves her job. Dr.Jean is exactly the vet we have been looking for. Patient, brilliant and kind. Great pet-side manner! After one visit we know that we can count on the entire staff at Pacific Veterinary Clinic to always take exceptional care of our precious new pup. read more

I've been taking my 2 dogs and 2 cats here for a couple of years. They are the best vets I've had...maybe ever. And I've been a pet owner most of my 60+ years. Dr. Robyn and Dr. Jean are both excellent vets....caring, competent, and willing to take the time to explain everything and do what is needed. This includes making the recent decision very suddenly that one of my dogs needed to cross the rainbow bridge immediately. I switched to this office after having been going to another office nearby. That office never seemed to have time for appointments. This office will fit you in quickly if needed and they provide excellent care. read more

Wonderful staff even with the not so well behaved animals. Just got our beloved and misbehaved Eleanor back from a spay and they walked my husband through everything upon pick up including they had sent records over for a broken tooth they noticed. We pulled a dog out of the river in front of our motel on Thanksgiving eve. We called Pacific Veterinary Clinic and brought the dog in. The staff met us in the driveway with a gurney and hurried him into an exam room where they wrapped him up and warmed him with a hairdryer. Dr. Rebecca looked him over and took him in. Another customer gave them money toward the bill when she heard our story. Dr. Rebecca discovered that he had a chip but couldn't track it after 2008. We left him in their gentle, loving, hands. Dr. Rebecca called the day after Thanksgiving to say that he had died a natural death and had likely wandered off to do just that when we found him. She was so kind, thoughtful and thorough to our poor little friend. They took care of this sweet old, cold pup and did not give us a bill. We have nothing but positive things to say about this special clinic. read more

Great service! I have taken my animals here for a few years now. The staff is nothing but helpful and their prices are good!!! They all seem like they love animals too. They are always talking to them, keeping them calm. How often does your dog like the vet. Mine does!!! read more

The vets in this office are ALL so very caring and capable, as well as the vet techs and staff. Taking your animal to a vet who immediately shows the animal that they care about them as much as you do is very comforting. Dr. Jean, Dr. Robyn, Dr. Rebecca are my faves, but I've never had an incapable vet at this office! read more

Great staff. Doctors all have very good bedside manner. Plan on going here as long as they're open.

After a routine appointment for our Dachshunds earlier in the day, Chloe had an allergic reaction to one of her vaccines. It was about 8pm when we noticed her starting to rapidly swell up, and we started to "freak out". We called the clinic, and we were told that the Dr. was on her way back to the office, and to bring Chloe in. Dr. Schroeder (not our regular vet) was very calm, and under control, and was able to make a very scary situation relaxing. Chloe is back to her normal self. Our regular vet, not to mention the rest of the staff is wonderful, and the facilities are clean and organized. You can't go wrong if you take your four-legged family here. read more

I had my cat spayed picked up the cat brought it home I thought the stitches look like they were done pretty crappy But they were the cheapest for getting the job done it was like $80 unfortunately the cat opened up her stitches so I had to bring her back in this time they put in Staples but unfortunately they charge me $200 to do so so I would say $280 to get the cat spayed Way more expensive than anywhere else and later I brought my dog in to get a shot that was supposed to be $15 but they charge me $50 so they could rub my dogs body and call it a physical exam and charge 65 total overpriced sounds like a scam I would not go there again read more

In the year since we've lived here in the Rogue Valley, we have had Dr Jean make 3 farm calls for our 5 horses, 2 routine visits and one emergency call, and it's rather clear why she is one of the most highly respected vets in the region! She takes a reasoned, rational approach to her science and provides all the care that's needed, without any effort to sell you unnecessary services. Clearly she understands that making veterinary care so costly that many potential clients won't use vet services actually keeps animals from receiving the right care. She explains things to her clients in easy to understand, layman's terms, and she is kind to both the animals and owners. She was recommended to us, by several people, and it's very obvious why she is both liked and respected read more
