If I could give this place a big fat ZERO I could. Questionable shop, even more questionable personnel. Brought my BMW in for all around tint, needless to say there are bubbles and particles. Even took my car back for a retint due to there being so many errors and imperfections. The second experience was worst then the first one if at all possible. Shop smelled like they were smoking dope (not marijuana) and took Julie forever to come out of the back. She had tape all over her fingers and hands it was just suspect. I had my windows tinted there two and a half years ago (had a gift certificate). Shop is questionable, staff even more questionable. When my car was done, it did look good, but had to take my car back about a month later (a lot of particles in the tint). Now, my back window is bubbling. Took my car in and asked what they can do (keep in mind there is a 10 year warranty). The owner stated she can scrap it off and send the film back to 3M and maybe get a refund . They didn't offer to replace, fix it or anything! I told her I would take my car somewhere else to have it fixed and she stated "Ok, whatever"... Don't take your car there...worst service Ever!! read more

Do not go here! I repeat, do NOT go here! One star is being generous. My tint job didn't adhere properly, had bubbles, and had a hair stuck in it. I brought it back in and she tried to fix it and decided that it needed to be redone. I made a 9:00 appointment and they didn't bother to show up. Only because I already paid, I stuck it out till after 11:00 and they STILL hadn't shown up! I brought it to another tint place who was WAY more professional and they were shocked at the crappie workmanship. Not only did they mess the stuff up that I already had noticed, my rubber seals had been cut during install! They did permanent damage to my NEW car! Buyer beware, this place is awful! I was very satisfied with the product until the back hatch started to bubble after about three years. When I called to find out how much it would cost to replace the peeling tint, I was delighted to discover that my out of pocket was zero dollars! It was 100% covered by warranty and I made an appointment, brought it in and they replaced it in half the time they told me it would take to finish (they said to leave it for 4-5 hours). I took my truck here to get tinted all around for $200 flat and was not expecting the quality to be as horrible as it was. Every single window had either bubbles, streaks, lifting tint, horribly cut edges or all of the above. The left behind blue tape and flaps of tint hanging of the edge of my windows really showed the low professionalism here. I understand that not all their jobs come out like this probably but it's a gamble, I would record just not even risking it and going so where else to begin with. I've brought all 3 of my cars here. They do a really good job. My only complaint is that their time frame is way off. I was told an hour and a half and it ended up taking 4 hours. I'd rather they took the extra time to get it right, so that's fine. But maybe increase the time you tell customers. I'm very happy with the work and will bring more cars in the future. read more

Brought my wifes magnum here for some tint. When it was done the two front windows needed to be fixed ( they both had air bubbles that popped). He repaired for free but now both front windows have, what he says is lint, from the weather stripping on the door. I normally don't make big deals out of the small stuff, but you can see it from outside and people have commented on how bad it looks. Either way I'm not going back. The shops been there forever, and has had many happy customers. But my experience was not what I expected for that price. read more

Don't ever take your car here, Julie Craig Tinted two of my cars 2013,2015 had minor issues with the 2013 cars tint but not enough to scare me away. So i figured why not bring my newer car to them. My biggest mistake ever! they scratched all my windows applying the tint, Looks like they traced the tint with a razor on the outside of my window and now shes avoiding all my calls trust and believe ill be on every social site known to man letting the public know. I would give this business 0 stars ...Got the back windows in my Mustang tinted they charged me 160 dollars I asked for limo tent and they gave me some other type of purple dark tint the next morning went back to get my window fixed again because it fell off overnight they glued it on with elmers glue the glue ended up running off onto my back seats and staining them a year went by and then I got a bunch of air bubbles on the back window i talk to the guy that owns the place and he said that he would not re tint my back window because he does not believe that I got the work done by his shop I told him to look lookup my license plate number and all my information on his computer and he said he wouldn't so now I'm stuck with the ugly looking back window with a bunch of air bubbles their service sucks and I would not recommend them to anyone they couldnt correctly do a simple job the first time around they were not willing to fix my car because they were using up their own time money and resoreses and there was no money to be made ... Buyer beware. I came here on a friend's recommendation and they've been in business for 20+ years. Wanted to get my windshield tinted on my brand new truck. First time it had wrinkles, scratches and looked like dirt under the tint. They agreed to redo it at no cost. So I rescheduled. Had to cancel once cause the owner had an out of town emergency. Rescheduled again, showed up and they weren't there. Rescheduled again, showed up got it redone. Also wanted my B-pillars wrapped in vinyl. Owner said she would do it for free because of all the trouble. Came back to pick it up and drove home. Next day, looking at it in the light, same issues with the tint. Dirt under the tint and scratched. The vinyl wrap looks terrible. Edges aren't even. Not even adhered all the way. I have a keypad on the pillar and it looks like they eyeballed the cut around the keypad. Vinyl is wrinkled and uneven. Giving up on this place. They offer a lifetime warranty, but I don't want to keep going back in over and over again until they can get it right. Expensive lesson learned. Don't go here. read more

This place did a HORRIBLE job on my father in law's car! The job they did is not acceptable and mediocre. There are bubbles, peeling, and missing piece close to the edges. It is obvious that this is not a job well done. Professionalism is non existent considering they didn't show up to an appointment set with my father in law. He took work off to bring the car in and the woman knew this when the appointment was set. My father in law has called a total of 20 times & no and has answered. They went as far as changing their answering machine! It is discouraging that there are places like this in business. I wish I would have looked on Yelp before going in. All of the bad reviews in recent history are more than accurate. Do not go to this place! Please read all reviews before taking your car there!! I took my 2012 Honda Accord for tinting when the car was brand new. Some of the windows bubbled, some of the tint wore off , and all of the tint turned purple in the matter of only three years. The tint was under warranty so I took it back to be replaced. The manager, owner or whatever she is only picked and chose which windows to redo. I was left with some of my windows with the new tint and some with purple tint. I had brought three of my other cars here in the past and had been very happy with the service. The most recent one was done in 2007 and to this day still look great and the service at the time was amazing. So when I bought a weekend car and I wanted to get my car tinted I of course was going to go back. Big mistake.... I called a week ahead of my appointment to make my appointment for 1pm and am told it will be $150 to tint my car. I brought my car down arrived at 12:45pm to drop my car off.This is when things started to go downhill; first, the young man behind the counter told me that the quote was actually for $160, easy enough fix when I told him that wasn't what i was told on the phone. I than handed him a coupon for tinting which they took and i paid for my tint. Leave their business at 12:55pm. At 2:30 pm I get a call saying that they misquoted the coupon and it would actually be $25 more expensive than I already paid and that if I didn't agree to pay the increase when I came for the car that they would not tint it. I went ahead against my better judgment and agreed to pay the increase because it still wasn't a bad price. The gentleman on the phone than told me that he was about to finish the truck he was working on and would be starting on my car immediately afterwards. This is no 1.5 hours after I had dropped my car off and they still hadn't started it. 4pm rolls around and I've not heard anything from them about my car, so i give them a call to see when its going to be done because I have to be back at work at 5pm to teach a class and after 4:45 I wont be able to get over there to get my car and be back in time for work. I call them up and a lady answers the phone, I ask her about my car. She doesn't know who I am and can't remember my car. I repeat the car and my name and she than remembers which one and tells me that they haven't even started on it yet. I tell them my situation about work and how i had an appointment for 1pm and I wont be back in town for another week. Her response to me at this point was "Oh well I guess we just didn't get to it today. You can just bring it in another time." Now mind you I've already paid for the tint and agreed to pay more. I had an appointment a week ahead of time and brought my car in early so that it would be there for them to start promptly at 1pm. Its now 4pm and they've still not touched it. I drive over to pick up my car and my refund. They are working on cars that came in after me, I asked them why I botherd to make an appointment if they weren't going to honor it. They just told me "oh well, we are just behind." Behind on cars that came in after me? I get my refund and tell them I'll take my business elsewhere. Let this be a warning to others, this used to be a reputable business. But apparently its not anymore. I will be taking my business to another shop. Lost a long time customer. read more

I have been a customer at Pacific Tint for many years and I love the work they do as well as the staff.

I made an appointment 3 days ago for 9 am, got there at 8:57, they were not open, so I waited in my car parked in front of their shop. called them at 9:02 to double check if I am at the right place, the lady answered and said she will be here in one minute. So I waited again in the car, in the mean time my friend came to pick me up now both of us are waiting. I called them again at 9:20 to ask if they will be here but they didn't answer their phone. They didn't come till 9:22. Neither the man or lady said "good morning" or "sorry we are late". If they own a business at least I think they should've apologized to me for being late. I felt like I was there for a free service where they can come whenever they want and I just had to wait for them. Later I went to pick up my car and saw a really sloppy job with many bubbles. Luckily Raymond the manager who just came to work was there to fix most of the bubbles and apologized to me because I had to wait. I am giving one star for Raymond the manager. Seems like he knows better about tinting the windows. The owner couple definitely needs to learn how to be on time and learn how to say hi and thank you to customers.
