If we had been new customers, we would have left and not come back. We've been greeted before with warm respect and quick responses. The apathy & disengagement we were met with was a shock. Sean had difficulty taking his eyes off his 2 computer screens after stating our washer was outside of warranty, did not establish eye contact & my husband walked out. I stayed until being told to call back the next day to talk to a service tech. This is not the service I am familiar with at B&B. Your company is by far above the big box stores but this incident was a shock. I understand bad days and perhaps this is just that. To have this as the face of B&B is a sad representation of what brought us there originally; kind professionals interested in investing in long-time customers. Very disappointing to come away feeling like we annoyed Sean or were somehow a nuisance.

I tried to figure out what was wrong and caved in to having it being repaired by someone else. A-1 Sewing was recommended by another location who I contacted to do the repair and they didn't. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They gave me an idea over the phone if I could even repair my vacuum and explained the process to bring it in for a free estimate, that was needed to do a proper diagnosis and give you a real estimate for the repair, and the amount of time needed. They were done sooner than they promised and it was only 10 or so more than the range they had told me over the phone. They have new vacuums for sale and they may also have repaired vacuums for sale, I did not check. I recommend them for your vacuum repair.

The guy told me "it's compressor is blown it'll cost you more to repair it than to buy a new one". Pablo (of North County Appliance Repair) was getting raves on NextDoor, Pablo sent out Rios to examine and repair this fridge. Rios repaired this beautiful fridge/freezer for a fraction of what had been estimated to me by the other company. Turns out our Compressor is just fine. Rios replaced its Defrost Thermostat. It's as though this fridge is young again----for a fraction of the estimated cost. I am blown away.

I've stopped at this location on multiple occasions over the years, hoping that my experience would be different each time, but unfortunately it never has. Every visit has left me with the same impression: the woman who works there consistently comes across as rude, unwelcoming, and very passive-aggressive. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I always leave feeling like I'm bothering her simply by asking questions or trying to make a purchase. Customer service goes a long way, especially for a small local business, and this location has consistently fallen short. If I genuinely prefer supporting local businesses whenever I can, which is why I've given this location more than one chance. Unfortunately, after multiple visits with the same experience, I won't be returning. But I hope this review helps others know what to expect before visiting here.

They found that C&P forgot to put the screws back into the cooktop that held it together which is why the bottom fell out. It was a mistake by C&P. Will update again if C&P takes responsibility or apologizes for their mistake and rude treatment.

I wish I could put a 0 star rating on this company. My warranty company assigned them to do my…read morerepair........I was supposed to get a call within 1 business day. 3 days later, I still have no call, so I call them. The woman who answers the phone there says she doesn't see my work order number, I need to call the warranty company. I call, they call high Valley (and I suspect, getting High in the Valley might JUST be a part of the problem here......) and the woman's excuse when I call the company back is that they hadn't checked the right email address. ????????? HUH? You don't have a specific email address your warranty business comes in through. Now, of course, they can't get out for almost a week. They show up last week on Tuesday, by the way- much later than the window of time they gave me for arriving-the technician looks at my microwave, and says he has to go back, order the part, and they'll call in a day or two to let me know when he can return. Monday, day 6 after him being out, I call the company. Same woman answers the phone. She has the same, "I don't really give a crap" attitude on the phone. Says, "I don't know. I think maybe we are still looking for the part or something. I have no idea when we will get out there." SERIOUSLY? OK "HIgh Valley" - let's smoke a little ganja and worry about stuff tomorrow....... I call the warranty company, they speak to them, and I'm supposed to have a call back yesterday. Late this afternoon I realize- Hey! It's been 2 days. I call her and she says- again-" I don't know what's going on with that. Maybe we haven't found the part yet...." I told her I was told she was going to call me back yesterday to tell me what was happening. I love this, she says "I don't know what's happening." No S---- Sherlock! THAT'S APPARANT! Again- the name "High Valley" may be for a reason! I said, "You know, I think it might work better if you were to follow up with a client and let them know where things stand, especially after the warranty company tells you to do that." She says, VERY rudely- "Goodbye" and hangs up on me. Another point? My microwave is only 2 or 3 years old, and a Frigidaire- the parts should be pretty readily available in over a week's time- wouldn't you think? Between their lack of customer service and their total appalling lack of concern, if I were you, looking for a repair company, I think I'd take a quick pass on "High Valley"- they are too busy smokin' the ganja or some such thing over there!
