We ended up getting a 13,300 gallon tank. Based on the estimates of all tank types, this turned out to be our best option. Although Peter is great, the guys (Eddie, his brother Willie, and Aaron) were the real magic. They came completely self contained with generators, water, and anything else needed. Watching them work and being educated about the process along the way was fun. Within a week, we had a big, beautiful tank. More than that, we had been informed to anything we needed to know about water catchment and service. These guys ARE fantastic! A positive experience through the entire process. Highly recommended.

Her subcontractors installed a liner that had a hole in it which they patched up but told no one. A new, undamaged liner is meant to last more than 10-15 years. Mine failed after only 6 years because the glue on the patch wore off and my catchment leaked out all my water. I had to buy water. The low water level burned out my pressure pump, so I had to buy a new pump. So far, I've had to spend over $3000 for a new liner, pump and water. I am dealing with her now to try to get recourse, but she refuses to accept any responsibility and rather is trying to lay the blame on a subcontractor she used and whom she later fired because of some substandard work or dishonesty; this sub has been out of business for some time. I gave her two options: that she either reimburse me for all my expenses because of the dishonest work, or pay me for just the materials I've had to purchase. I believe this is reasonable. Yet, she is refusing to accept any responsibility. Be warned!

This week they trashed all that goodwill, and I'm genuinely shocked. I called Thursday morning about a stopped-up kitchen drain. The very polite, British-sounding man who took my information (possibly an outside phone message service) said he would pass it along and asked me to text a photo of the problem, which I immediately did. Then... silence. Usually they're pretty fast about getting back to me, even if it's to say they won't be able to come out for a day or two. So on Friday morning I called again. The same polite gentleman again promised to relay the message, and to tell them this was my second call. Then... more silence. In desperation, that afternoon I went onto their website and used the chat feature. Here, someone did respond, telling me that they had no plumbers at present and were trying to hire someone, but for now "we're at a standstill." I apparently would never have known this without using the online chat. So far as I can tell, I would have been left dangling indefinitely. When I asked why they couldn't have their phone answerer tell people they are temporarily not booking jobs due to staffing issues, the person chatting -- definitely a live person, not a bot -- had no answer other than an apology and a "mahalo for your past business." Come on folks, this is ridiculous. It ALWAYS works better to tell people the truth. I may try them again sometime, but not for a while.

I was able to find ALL the tiles I needed, End Caps too! All the Big Box stores on this Island have Discontinued, Out of Stock, and partial supplies. This is the place to START your Tile search. The prices were reasonable too.
