The the one employee that was on the floor was spending most of her time answering the phone, I felt really bad for her. I put my items back on the shelf and walked out, then came back at 11am and guess what? Still the same person working the counter, and four people in line. I put my items back on the shelf and informed another person looking at car detailing items that he would be standing in line for 1/2 hour if he wanted to by that item. I walked out, I don't need to put up with a franchise that can't keep employees. In other words, we usually only go there when all other routes have been exhausted and a least four, five, or six heated discussions have broken out between us. Annoyed at the world, we traipse down to WE&B and find what we need. These guys basically have everything. Small batteries, large batteries, electrical wiring and supplies of all types. And if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. They're also honest about the scope of your job, and whether or not it's something you should be doing on your own. (Not that this has ever happened to me...!) Their hours are a bit limited, so plan accordingly. In other words, don't wait until 6pm on a Sunday to decide you need something from these guys.
