The process is mail-in. You complete an online form, print it out, include it in the package, and ship your frames to them. Once received, they perform a physical assessment of the glasses and provide a repair estimate. The assessment itself is free, and there is no obligation to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote. I appreciated having time and flexibility to decide. After I approved the repair and was able to arrange payment online, they completed the work and notified me when it was finished. I requested UPS return shipping for added security, and they provided tracking information through delivery. When my glasses arrived back, I was genuinely impressed.
