I have had Verizon for over 3 years and have YET to get an intelligent person on the phone. And living in Granite Falls, the signal SUCKS. I have to have a Network Extender just to be able to get calls at my residence....and 3/4 of the time IT doesn't work...So...........with that in mind realize that I am a pissed off frustrated desperate person by the time I drive the 15 miles to town to go in to the Verizon subcontractor store here in Lake Stevens............ Thankfully, that is where the sucking STOPS! LAKE STEVENS VERIZON RESALER STORE REPS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THEM. I wish I got the names of the people I've dealt with...I need to start doing that - one was a guy, one was a 30 year old or so woman, one was a very young woman..ALL were very helpful and knew their stuff! You'd think I'd learn to not try to call Verizon - to just get in the car and make the drive. But ...........well, anyway, this is a big SHOUT OUT to the quality of the people at the Verizon Store in LAKE STEVENS.............too bad they don't work for Corporate Verizon! (P.S...let us not confuse the Lake Steven's staff with the Snohomish staff or the Marysville Staff. Went to the Verizon store in Lake Stevens on December 15, 2025 and get the upgrade. Picked out the new phone, had it activated with new protective cover and was told it had to have a new charger and cord. I got home and found out the phone was a standard USB "C" which I have numerous ones already. Returned to store to drop off old phone for credit and return the charger. Everything seemed to be in order until the bill came. Upon reading Invoice, claims a $50 restocking charge on an unopened merchandise, $61.99 charger!! But have not received any credit at all for returned charger. No credit on turning in old I-Phone or explanation. Free upgrade turned out to be 3 year contract with plan price increase that will end up costing me $2321.64 by the end of contract for a $840 I-Phone 17. Invoice showed ($840) credit but on further reading found the ($840) credit was the amount being financed at over 18%. None of this was explained before I left the store and agreed to a new 3 year contract. Should have purchased phone outright or better yet, gone to a different provider where the I-phone is included in the plan and all prices and that I have financed a free upgrade phone would have been explained before signing any paperwork. The store front says Verizon, but nowhere on the invoice letterhead is Verizon mentioned. Will never do business again with this store Victra or Verizon again. Telling all my senior friends this is not a senior friendly store and they will be ripped off like I was. You get lied to about a free upgrade. You get scammed into a load. You get cheated out of your money by not honoring returns. As soon as I can get out of this contract I am switching to a customer friendly wireless phone company.

Not much was available and a lot of empty space on the shelves for this hobby, but we did find some cardstock and card sets. A couple employees we spoke with were friendly and knew the store. Customers see you when you make eye contact & purposefully doing an about face to walk the other way before they can ask you a question. Instead of doing that, making it blatantly obvious, how about you say something like I'm sorry. I'm doing this today or I'm stocking or headed out for my break. I'll have somebody come right over and help you. making it obvious that you're doing customer avoidance doesn't get you high marks. Not to mention every time I go into that store. It has been rearranged nothing is in the same location. I'm not talking about seasonal decorations. I'm talking normal every day items that are normally stocked. They move it around nonstop. Is it really necessary to completely rearrange the whole store every 30 days? I'm trying to understand the point of this. When you go over to the art supplies and half the art supplies are in one side of the store and the other half of the art supplies are on the other side of the store and then a small percentage of them are at the cash register, or at the end of one of the aisles towards the front of the store. No purpose in it whatsoever. And next month,they'll move those items again to somewhere else. This is the only location that rearranges the store every 30 days.. I go up to the Arlington store I walk in. I go right to the area. I know where the item is and guess what it's still there. Been that way for years.. the Lake Stevens store they can't keep colored pencils in stock. The prisma color premier are always empty. They can blame shoplifters if they want but the moment somebody walks down that aisle it says thank you for shopping in markers so it's not that store employees don't know somebody's in that aisle. If shoplifting is an issue then maybe somebody should immediately go over there when there are shoppers.. a store employee can organize the area while somebody's over there that way it looks like they're working instead of watching. But I don't understand this. I come in there for three or four colored pencils because it's the color I use most often out of my set of 150 and they never have them never I mean never. They don't even carry the whole set as open stock that's even worse but they have a huge selection of FC gold that are SUBPAR. Those are the ones that shouldn't be open stock. How about you have the polychromo in stock that would be ideal. Or maybe Michael's version of a Budget friendly pencil in open stock for those who are not after the high-end artist grade pencils. If you have to lock the prisma color pencils up, then do it, but by God stock them. It took me 30 minutes just to find the Faber Castel black edition colored pencils, which were nowhere near the rest of them. They were upfront by the cash registers at one of the ends of aisle by the Halloween stuff because that makes sense to have them right there. NOT! There's an entire empty end cap back by art supplies could've put them there, but that would make too much sense to do that. I don't know who's managing that store, but they're not doing a very good job at organizing the store. Everything is here and there and has no actual cohesion. The holiday section should be upfront like they have it, but don't only put part of the holiday stuff there then put the rest of it everywhere else in the store. Especially in areas it doesn't make any sense because when people are coming in there to look for something and they can't find it, but find it on the other side of the store over by jewelry making supplies when it should be back by art supplies, or painting supplies. How do you expect people to buy the item? Seriously hire an organizer to re-organize that store so it's cohesive but stop Rearranging it doesn't work and it's not gonna solve whatever problem it is you're trying to solve because so far you've done this since you've opened. it's no longer entertaining now it's just annoying. I tried to avoid bringing up the fact that even Michael's branded items are never in stock at this location. Like simply tidy. You don't even have the full selection available to customers & get told you can order it online but when you go online, it's not even available online, but it shows the picture of the items on the boxes but yet you can't actually purchase those items it's just to entice you and annoy you that you've got 90% of it! because it's not available or discontinued . They had one brand and then switched to another brand, annoying.
