This apartment complex sucks. They let children run rampage and there's no management figure. There's signs everywhere along the apartments that state: "no rollerblading, skateboarding, (ect) on the sidewalk" yet everyone let's them do it. They give you a security number to call with problems when the leasing office is closed, but 9 times out of 10, the number is turned off. My roommate and I wanted to renew our lease and they never sent paperwork until we contacted them about it 6 days prior. Someone called a noise complaint on my dog barking and now I owe money because he keeps barking due to the children going crazy whenever they please. They were setting off illegal fireworks on the Fourth of July and no one showed. They don't give two shits about this place so why should you? (By the way, is a park really better than a pool?) Update: someone finally reached out to us to make changes. But I won't give a better review or take this one down until I see changes being made. read more

Two stars for the apartments themselves which are nice and updated but lack storage space and the nice front desk workers. The parking is HORRIBLE! They assign you a shared garage in which you share with a stranger who has access to your vehicle and belongings. Several times I came home at night and would find a random car inside my garage parking space and when I would call the office & toll service they would do nothing about it! So I was left parking blocks away and walking late at night to my apartment. You receive a parking permit for a second car to park in one of the two parking lots which in total only made about 15 parking spots and there will almost never be any spaces open. Many people just leave their car in the same parking spot for days or weeks at a time and the office doesn't do anything about it even though they say that it is monitored. For this alone I would not recommend this place unless you don't have a car and won't be expecting any visitors! We could not stand the parking situation as we had multiple cars, so we paid to break our lease and left after a short 6 months. Upon move out they kept most of our deposit even though we had only lived there for a short time, claiming a ton of damage that was non existent! I remember moving into this place around 2012. I don't think I even stay for a year at this place. It seemed cool and a nice place to live at...but they can sure fool you into moving. They tow your car all the damn time. There's never any parking not even guest parking. They have roaches...I've never had to deal with this many roaches before in my life! They send someone to spray to fix the problem but works only for like a day. They need bomb this whole apartment complex because those roaches were ridiculous. I hated this place so much....I still remember it. Look it's 2016 now and I'm writing a review about it all late but gotta warn everyone lol. My apartment was broken into at 3:00 this morning by a stranger with a key. He told police that he lived here, he was very drunk. The police said they could not confiscate the key. Management tried to convince me that it just wasn't possible. They also deny he was ever a tenant. He definitely had a key. He stood in my kitchen for about 10 minutes. The police were able to use the same key as well. I do not appreciate management's attitude. read more

If you don't have a car and have no friends or family, this place is perfect. Parking her sucks! If you are lucky they give you one garage and you get one space in that garage. If anyone else who lives with you haves a car they have to park off property anywhere from a mile to a half a mile away. Have fun with that cardio in the rain! Kitchen is nice and same for the rooms. Fire Place is awesome. The management is now allowing low life druggies live in the apartments so that cool. NOT! Everywhere you walk around this complex you are sure to get a nice cloud of weed in your face. But due its cool I got a card right? I guess that happens when people get upset because they cant find a parking and deiced to move when the lease is up. The Management here have no clue what they are doing they have no communication what so ever and they could not count if there life depended on it. They are only here to sit in the office if they are ever in there and pretend like they give a crap about the people who are already trapped in this hell hole. They never come and fix what you ask them to fix, its best to make friends with the maintenance guys because you have better luck with them They are awesome and do a great job. Pacific Palms is a fantastic place to live! The townhouses are so big and spacious! We love how much room we have in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. And we are so close to Disneyland!! The staff is amazing. Janine and Sylvia are incredibly nice and helpful! Anything we need they are on top of it and are always ready to help with a smile! The maintenance crew is awesome! Currently live here and as soon as I moved in there were roaches. I am very clean my house is never even the tiniest bit messy or dirty and I have had roach problems the entire time. the management has no clue what they're doing half the time. they tow people on a constant even when they have the proper parking placards in place. My friends vehicle was towed from in front of my garage while unloading, and other times people park their car in front of my garage all night and weren't towed. there have been issues where I went looking for security so I could leave my home for work while the car was blocking my garage and security was nowhere to be found. They have an overnight emergency number which no one ever answers. Although Sylvia in the office is very helpful and very kind the rest of them seem to not know what they are doing. These are beautiful apartment homes, but they need to get their act together. Parking is atrocious and you sometimes will spend 2 hours waiting for a spot. They also have approximately 9 empty garages that no one ever uses and they don't allow any tenants to use them. The young lady in the office assured me that they're trying to correct the parking situation, so we shall wait and see. There are always kids everywhere, loud and screaming, cursing, talking in explicitly sexual terms, and lots and lots of random loose dogs and cats. read more

I moved here in January and I have had interactions with several of the maintenance guys who are quick to repair things that happen and maintain the grounds. Jeanine was our agent and she has always been super friendly and helpful. Silvia is the property manager and has always been willing to do everything she can to make sure we as well as other tenants that I've seen her interact with are taken care of and leave the office happy. The apartments are newly renovated with huge farm sinks and nice floating floors. I went from a 2800 sq ft house to an apartment when we sold our house and was expecting it to be hard to adjust but the apartments are spacious and quiet. It's a plus that they have set reserved parking also. I've got nothing bad to say or I would be the one to say it. We walk to Disneyland often and we are minutes from dining and shopping. I am not a resident, but I wanted to be. The good: the grounds are beautiful and well kept. We encountered several employees while on property and all were pleasant. The floor plans are wonderful (from what I could see of them on their website). The bad: I wanted to see a model or an empty unit because I am moving to the area in January. Sadly, they are at full capacity (which for them is great) and I wasn't able to see anything. Since I am moving from out of state, this complex is no longer on my "maybe" list because I won't move somewhere sight unseen. I do feel it says a lot about a place when their tenant capacity is full enough that a model unit is unnecessary. Maybe next year when my lease is up elsewhere.... read more

No. No. No. No. Don't do it. Seriously. All these 1 star reviews are here for a reason. This is hands down the worst apartment I've ever lived in, and I have been desperately awaiting the end of my lease so I can leave and never ever come back. First of all - you can't park your car. Oh sure - you'll be given 1 assigned spot, and a parking permit for one of the 20 first come/first serve open spots that you and literally 100 other tenants will fight for. My husband has had to leave his car parked at his work for the duration of our lease here and we either have to find a way to make our schedules work so we can carpool or he has to ride a bike. Second - the apartment management team are incompetent and rude. All of them. I have not had a pleasant conversation with any of them since we signed our lease. God forbid you have a simple question - you'll be met with nothing but attitude and your question will never be answered because no one knows anything about what's going on here. Next - do you love living among drug users and drug dealers? Well then, this is the place for you! Have your tweaked out neighbors bother you in the middle of the night and witness drug deals first hand in the alley where your one assigned parking spot is! Oh you say you're not worried because this apartment supplies a "courtesy patrol" at night? Hahahahaha!! I have photos of that guy sitting on the ground playing on his phone. He's worthless. He's either just putzing around doing nothing or he's hitting on women in the complex. Next - unattended children are everywhere. I listen to kids screaming and cussing all afternoon every single day. I've been kicked, run into, splashed with water, had my path blocked, hit with a bike, etc etc. by kids as I've tried to walk to/from my car too many times to count. Next - amenities are a joke. Gym? Only open til 6 so anyone with a job can't use it. Also - if you do manage to get in there before it closes at an absurdly early time, there's no ventilation so if you prefer not to die from working out, this gym isn't for you. Laundry room? Horrendous. Absolutely foul. Every washer smells like mold -the smell makes me literally gag. It's obvious they are never cleaned. The detergent trays are covered with caked on detergent and other soaps and you can actually see the mold growing in them. It's also preposterously expensive. Trust me - if you don't want your laundry to make you physically ill, you have to take your laundry to a laundromat. All of this in combination with the fact that the apartment units are severely outdated, (getting internet set up was quite the ordeal. Apparently these units are SO old that running cable is like climbing Everest.) the neighborhood is dangerous and loud (police helicopters all the time. Criminals all around), and the office staff straight up sucks, makes this the shittiest place I've ever lived. Trust me. Don't do it. You'll regret it just as I have. read more

As someone who has lived on his own before I have a bit of experience with apartments and hope to let you guys know how this place measures up to other locations. First and foremost I was so down on my luck when looking for a place and luckily enough I had someone who was super amazing and was a giant help. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler as your leasing agent or as the person that gives you a tour and handles you, you will be in great hands. He was super courteous super helpful with every question I had, gave amazing references to anything I might need. Honestly coming from a super toxic environment the guy was nothing but perfect and pleasant to communicate with. Like I said, the place itself is absolutely stunning and great; but Tyler made moving and the adjustments effortless and comfortable. As for the place itself it's amazing. I'm currently in a two story one and a half bath apartment and the place itself is super spacious and has everything I could really want. The doors are super cool as well, totally electronic and advanced. I have only run into one problem with the actual place and that was a preventive maintenance I needed but I called Tyler and sure enough in less than 24 hours the issue was resolved! As for the community it's pretty nice, neighbors are relatively friendly, It's absolutely beautiful. Green grass, a gym, laundry room, playgrounds everything you could really ask for besides a pool. The one and only issue I've come across is parking, however the only issue is that since its close to such great locations as Disneyland and many shopping centers it's very compacted. This is an easy fix however as all you need to do is park down the street; it's nothing a 5 minute walk can't fix. All in all thanks to the kindness of the amazing management, and Tyler; my move has been so easy and I absolutely love my new place. I highly recommend it to anybody looking to move to the Anaheim area. read more

I have been a resident here for the past six months and I must say I am very satisfied! The office staff is fantastic! Janine is always wonderful to speak with and makes sure things get done! The manager, Silvia, is very helpful and works well with residents and her staff to make the best experience for residents. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues that occur in the apartments. I had an issue with some stray cats pawing at my cats through my window screen and they all worked together to document the instance and get my screen fixed with no additional charge. Online payments make it easy to pay rent and put in any requests. The landscape is taken care of and is beautiful to have picnics! Pacific Palms has been a fantastic place to live. Parking can be difficult however that's most apartment complexes in Orange County. However the office management team is by far super friendly and very helpful with any situation. Sylvia and Jeanine have been very friendly and supportive since I moved in. If there were any house maintenance to be done the maintenance crew is very prompt about it. In addition the security that's patrolling the complex at night not only provides peace of mind but also helps sort out our parking situation;especially when there are residents that live somewhere else but happen to park into the open spaces at pacific palms. Overall, I never had any complaints about the staff here, everyone has been consistently helpful and understanding as long as you are willing to work with the staff they are willing to work with you. read more

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and first off I'm thankful to have a roof over my head. I must agree that Parking is a Major issue and when we first moved in our garage that was to be assigned to us was not given to us too many mess ups on the former management crew. When our new and current apartment manager Sylvia took over I have to give her major props for not only how she has handled cleaning up the mess that was left behind but also for sticking around this place because I've seen a number of different faces that change drastically whenever Id walk in the office in a short period of time, but Sylvia's integrity is backed up by not just her words but more important her actions. There's always gonna be pros and con's to wherever one resides, I find it funny that the people who complain the most are the most ignorant. Tenants have rights too and free will to choose. Its our job to research and check everything out before making a decision as to weather we find a place suitable enough to live in. If you sign papers without knowing what your signing not only are you desperate but you have no right to complain because its the ignorance and lack of common sense that cause all the Negative Nancy's to be first to pull the complaint card when things don't go their way. True ..there are Managers who should NOT be in their current positions but in this case we our blessed to have Sylvia as our apartment manager because she's fair to everyone and will help you if there's an issue the best she can if you let her know what's going on, that's what management is for. When things go wrong I see how the blame goes straight to our apartment manager, Helloooo Pacific Palm Apartments is managed by AMC Management that's where all problems need to be addressed. I would love to see not only parking issues handled but more important for the price we pay here we have no exciting ammenaties. Just a laundry room, a soda machine, nice landscaping, and a playground. AMC management needs to step up and do what they say they're in the process of doing in order to keep good tenants. Much respect and love to the first pleasant face you see when entering the office Jennifer Williams she's great and always welcoming. Management only does something about an issue if they get to tow a car. Other than that, I cut my day in half and race home from work hoping to get a parking spot. If there's nothing I have to wait hours till someone leaves. My roomates have to park 1-2 miles away from the complex on a random neighborhood street & walk all the way from there. Pacific Palms: Buyer Beware! This apartment complex has many problems, but also a few good points. Single people who don't have dogs, value a good price, and don't mind putting up with not-so-good management may like it here, but read below before signing the lease. The Cons: Management: In the six months we have lived here (Oct 2013 to March 2014), there have been three different Lead leasing agents and three different assistant leasing agents. The office staff has turned over three time in six months. Many of them have been nice, but each have their own way of doing things, and they don't seem very experienced. We have had multiple problems with them about rent payments, water bills, and parking permits. The biggest problem is the lack of consistent policies. Parking: There is very limited parking. If you need to use the open parking area, for example if you have two adults living in a one bedroom apartment, you are out of luck unless it is between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM. There are garages that you can be assigned (1 garage for a 1 bedroom) however people still will park in your garage. The management has told us that when arriving home from work late at night and there is no parking, we should park in the Vons parking lot, a block away. Neighbors: The majority of the people who live here are very nice, and there is a "we are all in this together" sort of feeling. However, if you do have a problem with a neighbor, you can be assured that the leasing office will not help in any way. One of our neighbors smokes and plays music late at night. Now, I would understand if once a month you had a party that went past 10 PM, that I would be fine with. Our neighbors have routinely played loud music, enough so that our picture frames vibrate off the walls and our dogs start barking. We have called security to ask them to turn down their music over 10 times in the past six months and the leasing office has done nothing. In addition, they put out their cigarettes down the sink drain, and when they don't use enough water the ash comes back up our pipes. Smoking is against the property rules, and yet the office has done nothing. Dogs: This apartment complex does not enforce any of their pet policies. People let their dogs off leash all the time, and there are over 35 lbs and bully breeds living here. For some people this may be great, but we are trying to raise a puppy and both of these issues became a problem. Again, the management did nothing about it. The Pros: Maintenance: The Maintenance staff here is amazing. They are very qualified and fix things correctly the first time. They are punctual and did not mind working around our dogs. Routine maintenance got completed the next day and more complicated stuff within a week. Price: This is the cheapest apartment complex for the square footage that we could find in Orange Country. Floor Plans: The kitchens and the patios are huge. The living room is wide open and the one bedroom is also a decent size. The only thing that is on the average / small side is the bathroom. The Bugs: We have seen a few ants and bugs while we lived here, but management was very willing to schedule the pest guy to come out and take care of the problem. read more

I have kind of a lot to say. I've lived here for over a year now, and I was initially a bit skeptical about moving here. I read the reviews from a couple of years ago and I did not want my search for value (that combination of quality and affordability) to result in a horrible experience. I have been saving for a house and was looking for a place that would serve as a good compromise between an apartment and a house. I found this place on an apartment site. It fit my budget, it was centrally located to Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Additionally, the 5, 22, and 57 freeways are close. This property is in the neighborhood with Disneyland, Morton's Steakhouse, and the Cheesecake Factory, yet still manages to be affordable! All that stuff seemed like a good fit to me. However, I feel that unless someone points out all of the facts and be objective, you may just have to live in the building to get the best picture. Anyway, I'll take a crack at the facts. So, here's the low-down on this place: The apartment is managed by AMC and with that said, the property looks pretty consistent to the other properties managed by this company. Overall they offer upgraded features and fancy stuff that most of us have probably become accustomed to. The property looks very clean. So my unit was kind of upgraded, but the manager here does a really great job at keeping things up to date while valuing their resident's requests and being aware of their budgets (I say that because no matter how m ugh they keep improving this place, they still make it more affordable that many other apartments out there). The grounds are surprisingly well kept, especially for an apartment that allows pets. The maintenance crew is always out there cleaning, detailing or painting something. They respond to maintenance requests very quickly (I think the latest I've ever experienced was 48 hours later)! THE SUBJECTS YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! Ok, here it goes!.. ROACHES... In a year and a half, I HAVE NOT HAD A ROACH PROBLEM! Now, this is HUGE and was huge for me! I am absolutely TERRIFIED of roaches. I just cannot emphasize that enough. When I moved in, there were a few pincher bugs and spiders by the front door (this was because the molding on the bottom of the door wasn't completely sealed). Once I informed the manager, Sylvia, and the maintenance crew, they sealed it (the same day) and I didn't see anymore insects, with the exception of the occasional spider. There has never been an ant, roach, or any other type of insect problem. I remember telling the manager, Sylvia that I was just afraid there would be a roach one day (just by sheer probability of roaches being on earth) and she actually had exterminators treat my apartment the next day lol! Now that's a true fear of roaches, folks! The manager, Sylvia actual mandates insect treatment for the property and inspections to ensure there are no infestations. I thought that was pretty amazing. Now, I will be honest and say that with that all I do is wash the dishes most nights and don't leave food out and I have never had any roaches. I've read some of these reviews, and although you can't just discount what a person experiences and assume you know exactly how it was, usually if s building has a serious infestation like that, it would be very difficult for anyone to miss the insects. If you leave food out and don't clean up, etc, you can expect to see some type of bugs, almost no matter what. Anyway, I can only share my actual experience. PARKING!!!! So, this is the thing, there's not a lot of parking once your garage is occupied. It just is, what it is. HOWEVER, I had to search through so very many apartments to even find a garage that automatically comes with the apartment; plus, if you get one of those bigger apartment units, you'll get a two car garage! Otherwise, yeah, you really will have to park across the street. For you Long Beach people, this will be nothing new to you. So, that's my two cents. I think the manager Sylvia is pretty hard core cool. She's really straight forward and values her residents. She seems to really appreciate her residents and tries to make it a nice place to live. It was clear upon my initial tour of this place, that Sylvia made noticeable efforts to be transparent and address the reviews shown on these sites and any questions that I had (btw, I did not have the most expensive unit). So, yeah, some of these reviews are kinda off putting. It makes me wonder if some of the people actually live or lived here. You can view it for yourself though. Call, drive by and take a tour. ROACHES. Lived here one year and roaches from the day we moved in, no matter how clean we kept the place. Worse, they do not shampoo the carpets in between tenants. The place smelled like cat litter when we moved in, and any time we clean a stain form the carpet the carpet is lighter where we clean than the surrounding areas - disgusting. The carpet is old and matted in places as well. Forget about parking - you get your one reserved spot and there are so few unmarked spots and so overcrowded that your friends can never park in the complex. Every time we have company they have to park in the neighborhood across the street. You can smell the dumpster from our front door, it is filthy. There has been a bright security light shining into my room and I have asked mgmt 6 times to point it down like all the others in the complex, and to this date i can still read a book in my room at night by the light of the security lamp! Our dishwasher has never worked form the day we moved in even after maintenance looked at it. There is asbestos in the ceiling and the mgmt claims it is safe, but we noticed pieces falling off the week we moved in, on multiple instances we have seen flakes drifting down through the air, as if falling from the ceiling. Maintenance did a very scientific test of placing his hand against the ceiling and showing me that no large pieces came off, therefore it was safe. I recently toured this complex and the staff there is incredible!! Lexi was super friendly and welcoming! The manager even came out to greet me! Lexi gave me all kinds of information about the complex! She gave me a tour of one of their two bedrooms and I absolutely love it! She even walked me through the application process and what to expect if I apply. This place is definitely at the top of my list when my current lease is up! read more

I understand that not a lot of people write reviews about Apartments. If you are satisfied with it, great live your life and go do what you do. If you are dissatisfied with it, move. I consider myself a very patient person. Well this is my review of the current Apartment that I have been living in for a year and a half trying to remedy the problems. Other people may have had similar, worse or better situations. I have had this one. A horrible one. The Roaches have been here from day one. I have been taking pictures of all the problem spots for about 8 months now. I even have a picture of the notice that they sprayed with a roach crawling on it. Management's only solution was to schedule an appointment for them to spray a week later. 8 weeks and 8 sprays later where we were told to move all our stuff to the center of the room, get rid of our new coffee maker, new toaster, new crock pot, new refrigerator. And after replacing them all 3 times we still have the problem even hours after the pest control deemed it ok to walk back in the apartment. The parking has been atrocious. We have been given a parking pass sticker to stick to our windshield that gives us the privilege to park in one of 50 open spots. The spots are rarely open. There are 2 and 1 car garages left open for days with no one in them, plus reserved spots that are not being used. The alternative is to park a 1/2 mile away in a residential area that does not require a parking permit. Since the row of garages have red fire lane lines along them you can be rest asured that your garage (if you get one) will never be blocked. Except for the people waiting for someone to leave one of the 50 spots, people unloading their groceries or packing up their Uhaul to leave. The management has remedied that by having a tow truck patrol the ally to tow people doing any of these things. We have even had our car towed from a spot we found on premisis that was not reserved, because the Security gaurd couldn't see the the parking permit sticker stuck to the inside of the windshield at 2am in an unlit row of parking. There are "no skateboarding" signs, but nobody to enforce them until after 7, and even then it is only one security guard that walks by them. On the plus side there are laundry facilities on site. There used to be 2 full rooms with coin operated washers and dryers. But now there is only one room with card operated washer and dryers. They have shut down the other side and as of a year ago have done nothing with it. There is only one recharge station to put money on the laundry card. It doesn't print you a recipt even though you are asked if you want one. Sometimes it charges you double, and management will give you a refund if you have a recipt. If the recharge station is broken then you are not doing laundry. We have been sent notices to our and neighbors doors informing us that we CAN NOT have the following items on our back patio; patio furniture (unless it is approved by management and is aesthetically pleasing), BBQ, trash cans for recyclables, dead plants, storage boxes, bicycle, or above ground kiddie pool. So in closing I highly do NOT recommend this Apartment. read more

OFFICE MANAGEMENT: I moved here in March and was assisted throughout the whole move in process by Jennifer. To be honest, Jennifer is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Anyone else in the leasing office isn't much help really... Sylvia is the office manager, but I've yet to meet her. So in all fairness, I can't say anything in regards to the good reviews on here that I've read. I was once in the office getting a copy of my rental contract so that I can take it over to Public Utilities so that I can turn on services. Danny was no help, sent me with the wrong address on my contract, only upon arrival just to be rejected by the Public Utilities office because the documents were incorrect! Mind you, I took time off work to deal with this matter. Jennifer ALWAYS takes the time to answer any questions/concerns that I have and NEVER treats me as if I'm bothering her. Any issues that I have, I would much rather wait til the weekend and go directly to Jennifer. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable as to what her position entails. Now if only everyone in this office was as pleasant as Jennifer this would have gotten a 5 star! COMPLEX: I understand this is a smoke free complex, and there's designated areas for smoking. I have found cigarette butts on/around my front porch/yard area plenty of times. I have personally picked up the mess of butts a generous amount of times. Mind you, I am NOT a smoker! I come home from work and there is a warning notice for a violation of smoking on my door! I wasn't even at least given a simple phone call to direct the discripency in regards to the alledged smoking! Even vapes are considered part of the violation as well?! I smell weed throughout the complex whenever I walk to the laundry mat/mailbox. Isn't smoking marijuana illegal anyway? My neighbor is loud at ALL hours of the day/night, and I have complained on more than one occassion to the office. Hell, I've even stepped out onto my balcony and asked her to please be quiet! Being well past 10PM she shouldn't be making so much noise! I work really early in the morning and for the rent I pay, I'd like to enjoy a restful night of sleep. But no, I hear her shouting at her kids at the TOP of her lungs. I literally feel like I'm living with her, I can hear the door slammings and talking as if we are in the same room! There are dumpster divers at all hours around the clock. With that being said, my unit is towards the back, at 5AM on a Saturday I can hear the loud rattling in the back trash bins. It's unsanitary and disrespectful for people to just walk onto the property and dig through the residents' trash! Parking hasn't really ever been my issue because I have an assigned garage. But having visitors over is challenging. You can get a parking pass but there is no guarantee on available spaces. The landscaping is gorgeous and there's even a nice sized playground for the kids. The laundy mat is always clean every time I've been in there. The only down side is needing a laundry card (it costs $10!) are you kidding me?! The machine only accepts credit/debit so save your dollars. I haven't had much of a roach problem as I've been bombing the place on my own. I definitely have seen less roaches since I've moved in. CONCLUSION: Now for the "illegal and crowded" remark, I've yet to see any uncivilized undocumented individuals living here. I have seen many different nationalities, it's pretty diverse and I think it's a great enviroment to reside in. Once my lease is up, I will most definitely be renewing my lease, I really do love living here. Pacific Palms feels just like home! read more

The lease is for 1 year, and I can't wait until I move out!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't help with anything, and the parking is awful .. I've been living here for about 2 years now. The apartments look nice and they are, however they would be better if they were gated. Theres been times when I leave for work at 5:00 am and see guys in cars smoking weed and drinking, or homeless digging out trash and throwing it in the floor. I wouldnt mind paying a bit more for a gated community, it would make the complex feel more secure in a way. We've never had any issues with the office staff mainly because we dont interact with them, when we report things wrong with the apartment they get fixed, sometimes it takes a while but they get fixed. My only complain with the office staff is that they seem to go on break or close the office quite often, i know they get lunch and breaks as well but ive been there multiple times different times different days and usually its closed. I try calling them and thwy dont pick up. How can new potential residents get in touch with them if they have the office closed often or dont pick up the phones? Another issue I have is that while they do hace a "security" guard he is not there everyday or often, theres been times when i want to take my niece to the playground but I cant because there is guys smoking weed in the benches. The apartments from inside are nice and comfortable only thing that sucks is that even if you have the best internet/wifi there is it will still suck there. read more
