This apartment complex is well maintained, with a decent size pool and a laundry room. Walking distance to: restaurants, grocery stores, and the Post Office. It's also near the 91 and 5 freeways, very convenient if you're trying to get out of town. For your safety, the property is well lit in the evening and soon to be gated. The unit is very clean and renovated. Vinyl sheet flooring throughout the unit, making my toddler spills easy to clean up. My neighbors seem to keep to themselves, a return smile or greeting would be nice. I can't speak highly enough of the manager, Mayra. She's very friendly, respectful and professional. Always quick to respond and resolve any issues. She makes the entire rental process so easy and stress free. The only downside is finding street parking for my other car. But, overall a great place to live and I highly recommend you check this place out. read more

To get straight to the point, my stay at Broadway Royale was very pleasant. Thanks to Mayra, their property manager, I was able to live comfortably and safely for little over 1yr and 3 months. The absolute pros of this place is definitely its price. They are very reasonable with what they are offering for the price (Trust me, ive seen so many apartments that costs a lot more but sucks). The floor plan is very spacious and mine also came with a patio in front which was really nice. Secondly Mayra is really responsive. She lives in the same neighborhood so she is always here for the residents whenever they need anything, and she is very reasonable. She will try her best to accommodate to your request. Lastly, the location of this place is very convenient. Freeways (91 and 5) is very accessible and there are malls and other fast food restaurants in a walking distance. I don't have too much cons honestly. But if I have to be picky, I would say parking is pretty hard if you have more people living with you. There just are limited parking spaces on the main street (Catalpa). I lived alone so I had no issue since I had my own car port/garage (which comes with the rent), but for those of you living with others, parking could be a challenge. With all this being said, my experience at this place was absolutely positive and I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who are looking for a reasonably priced, conveniently located, and closely managed apartment! read more

I couldn't tell you how happy I am being here. I found myself in a crazy situation during the midst of COVID and found this place through a recommendation and I couldn't have been more happier sticking to it. Mayra is the property manager and she made things so easy and convenient for us to move in along with being so kind and very courteous responding to us so quickly and very thoroughly. I love that if I have any questions concerning anything she's always a phone call or text away. She's very attentive to the tenants here at Broadway Royale. If there's an issue then she'll get to it as soon as she can. She made our move in so easy and peaceful I couldn't have asked for a better manager. The area may not be the best when it comes to parking at night and the are can be swamped at night sometimes with a lot of passerby's or homeless but Mayra was very informative of making sure we knew there was additional charge a month if we wanted to reserve a garage or other parking spot a month. We took up that offer until it was available ! This place is conveniently next to Anaheim Plaza by three to five minutes and then also ten minutes from Disneyland ! read more

Great apartment and landlord. Able to pay rent online. Central to a lot of stores and close to the 5 and 91 freeway. Any issue I had Myra was readily available and able to get the issue resolved quickly. In the year and a half I was there, improvements were being made and are still continuing as I left. Only issue is that parking can be tough on the street if you have multiple cars and/or if your work schedule ends later in the day. I can't stress this enough , I love living here. I want to start off by saying how important it is to have a good property manager.. we've gotten lucky Because we have one of the greatest ! Not only is mayra very understanding, she is very professional & quick to resolve whatever concerns that we might have. With that being said Mayra is amazing. Living here is so convenient, as we have everything local around us from shopping, dinning to parks & Entertainment. The next best thing is how beautiful our remodeled apartment is! I've been living in these apartments with my family for a while now and so far we love it here! Mayra the manager is very nice and always on top of everything. They take forever to "fix" anything you put in the rest and if they don't forget they'll get back to you in about a month. A lot of stuff was poorly painted or poorly installed when we moved in. Some lights wouldn't work. They painted over spots in the ceiling. When we inquired about that they said it was because the paint was wet. Those spots are still there and I have a strong suspicion that it's mold. When they come "fix" things it's also poorly done. They will blame you and they will tell you that you need to pay to have it fixed. The maintenance guy doesn't actually do work. One of the neighbors caught him having sex with one of the single tenants. He dislikes some neighbors and will do things to them like tell them off. Lock them in the laundromat. Give dirty looks and will openly insult you to your face. If the area was pretty and the property worth it then maybe you might tolerate these things but the apartments are small. Dingy. In a bad area. And way over priced. Looked at some apartments even closer to Disneyland and they are cheaper. Moving there ASAP. read more

This apartment complex is very nice and welcoming. We checked out other apartments in the area within our budget and none of them compared to the presentation and upkeep of this complex. We were first hesitant to move in because of the yelp reviews, but they were based on the previous manager. Mayra is the best and offers great customer service. She is very attentive and responds promptly to concerns. Overall, we felt welcomed each time we visited the complex. We have been here for almost a week and so far we are enjoying this nice and quiet apartment. Parking is the only issue, but we found a way to make it work. read more

Love our new apartment! It's a great size and has hardwood floors with updated fixtures. We've lived here for about a month now and haven't had any issues.
