I walked in and there were 3 ppl getting pedicures, 1 getting nails. There was no one waiting...It was a full minute before anyone greeted me. When I asked about a pedicure I was told 'you come back, we busy!'. It was 11am and they said come back at 12:30.... I was not impressed and left. read more

They are providing a deluxe spa experience for a price we can afford The husband and wife owners are so nice, welcoming and catering to the needs of their clients. Their work is excellent. They all have attention to detail. The pedicures include several services. It is certainly not an in and out experience and really nice to be open every day. Overall I am happy with this little place. I've been 4 times now and have had good experiences each time. I really like the younger lady and the manager the most. Went in to get a manicure and had the best experience! The staff was amazingly kind and the guy at the front desk offered complimentary drinks to go with the manicure. The manicure itself was a great price for what it was, the gel nails are very affordable at only $25. Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be back the next time! read more

Poorly ran with mediocre, rushed work that only lasts a few days (my gel nails are already chipped!). Beware, under "new ownership" but the owner has NO respect for customers/employees. Not only do my nails look bad but I was dishearten by what I observed during my visit. I don't know how someone can run a business like this? You get what you pay for. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PEDICURES OR YOU RUN THE RISK OF GETTING NAIL FUNGUS. In my 43 years ive never had toenail fungus yet after removing their nail polish 3 weeks later after a pedicure i had 2 black spots inside two of my nailbeds on my left foot. I watched them rinse my foot tub with water only. When I called to report it to them, their only response verbatim was "we sorry, never had here before". I've been back since the review below and it was good. I was gifted a mani-pedi there and both were just fine. When I go back again and it is still good, I'll give it another star! Whoa. Awful. I went in for a manicure and the lady, Phoung, was too rough. She would hit and smack my hands if I wasn't relaxing my arm enough (how are you supposed to relax with that!!). When she cut my cuticles (it had only been a week since my last manicure), she said "TOO MUCH!", and blew them in my face. I'm not even joking. THEN came the polish and I chose red. She was like a drunk 3 year old trying to stay in the lines and when she would go outside the nail she would use her razor sharp nails to clean off the sides. It was so painful. The only relief came when she used nail polish remover to clean up the mess on my fingers because it cooled down the burning from her razor nails. There ended up being air bubbles in the polish and I took it off right away. I'll never ever NEVER go there again. 17 bucks too!! read more

I will never go here again. I've had my nails done a few times. Last two they where lumpy and looked awful. The shellac chipped off in 48 hours and i was charged a repolish fee. I tried to believe it was a bad day ir three. So giving the benefit of the doubt, I let my daughter go and have her eyebrows done. Lets just say I'm appalled... her eyebrows are different shapes.Then, I didn't have cash... I was paying with my card. The tech charged me an extra 50 cents without saying anything. It's not the money, I understand there are credit fees, but tell your customer first. Also, if you don't feel like doing your best, just turn us away... because now you'll never see a cent of my money again and now my daughter will have to go to another place and have her browse fixed. read more

I was visiting from the Seattle area and after a long and extensive Yelp and Google review search (I'm extremely picky about my nails). I decided to make an appointment and drive the 30 minute one-way trip to Pacific Nails and I'm so glad that I did! After 25 years of visiting countless different nail salons... Pacific Nails by far surpassed ALL of them! Prices were very reasonable, customer service was exceptional and the quality of work was top notch!! I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and appreciated the entire visit... I was even impressed to hear about their guarantee! Totally unheard of! Only thing I would recommend... is more of a dip powder selection. But, not a huge deal because I found an amazing color. But, everything else was amazing! Wish I could put Pacific Nails in my back pocket and take ya'll back up to WA with me! I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again read more

I've just recently started going to this place after shopping around to other places. I was so relieved to have finally found a place that is affordable and does a great job. The lady that sits on the right side when you walk in, in the middle station, does a great job. I was fortunate to have her do my fills the first two times going there. The last time I went, the service was awful. I'm thinking it must have been the same lady the first reviewer was talking about. She was extrememly rough, pushing my hands, practically throwing them back and forth when she need to move them. She kept telling me to relax my thumb but she was trying to bend it in a way that it does not want to go. That's why it wouldn't move anymore. She also used her nails to "clean" nail polish around my nail beds and to push the acryclic away from my skin. OUCH. She also slapped the acrylic and liquid onto my nails with no care whatsoever. I had it all over my fingers up to the first knuckle. The first time I was in, a customer walked in and asked for the lady in the middle but she had just begun my service. When the other (this lady I'm speaking of) walked out to do her service, the customer said she would rather wait. At first I thought it was kind of rude but now I absolutely know why! I felt more stressed out leaving there than anything else. I didn't tip her which I NEVER do. Even if it's not great, I tip. I just felt like I needed to ask her if she hated her job, if I had done something to make her mad, if she had had a bad day. It was ridiculous. She should definitely be in a different job. I won't let her do my nails again. I will go back but only for the other lady who is the polar opposite of this one. I'm sorry I wish I knew her name. Ok so I walk in.. theres a lady sitting and waiting and other people getting their toes and nails done. I am standing at the front desk and this lady doing a girls nails looks over at me with her mask on and asks me what I want. she has a thick accent and a mask on so I could not really understand her.. so it was like "what do you want?" "oh I would like to get a manicure?" "you want something, something, something I have no idea what this masked lady is saying...." "i am sorry what?" and then she barks at me with an angry tone "you want color?!" and throws nail swatches at me. I turned and walked out... it was the worst experience in a nail salon of my life. how it should have went was they either need to have someone sitting at the desk to make appointments or stop what you are doing to take time for people that walk in especially when your sign says walk ins welcome.. the rudest customer service I have ever seen! read more

I have been here many times in the past for pedicures and everything has always been good. However, I came in last week for back fill. I always do a back fill every three weeks. The nail technician told me I only needed a fill and said it would be more cost effective. I decided to try it out, as she is the first person I've been to that suggested it. Well fast forward to a week later and I have green stuff growing underneath one of my nails. I have never had this happen in the past and I am not impressed. It sounds like it could be bacterial infection. Caused be either dirty tools or lifting and dirt/debri getting under. But if I had them done a week ago I shouldn't have lifting anyways. Horrible service! Went there with my 4 year old and the lady kept slamming my daughters feet around. I asked to have her nails done and the lady walked off to help another lady that came through the door (lady looked like she had money so I guess she was more important). After another employee noticed my daughter and I left sitting with half done pedicures she came over and asked about my nails. She then threw me a tissue with fingernail polish remover and told me to remove it myself. I started to remove the polish and at that point I had enough. I packed my daughter up and we left. The very next day (today) my toe is so swollen from the lady pushing too far underneath my toe nail bed. Do not go there yess your dressed like you have a ton of money. You will not be treated nicely. Also not a place to take kids. This was my daughters first time going and it was supposed to be special. My daughter was very well behaved and sat there still the entire time. We did not deserve to be treated the way we were. Their loss because while I wasn't dressed looking like money, I am far from poor. We will not be returning to this establishment ever! read more
