So again, application and attitude are wonderful. But knowing their limits, time management and the wait time are not worth it in my opinion

O book an eyelash appointment for a wedding and it was great I got my beautiful lashes (no recommendations on how to take care of them though so make sure you ask) no major incidents afterwards just a little bit of a red eye here and there, I decided to go get a refill and oh boy did I regret it, my eyes got irritated so red and itchy swollen eye lids, etc. I call back to see if they could take them off and she recommended to wash them with water, anyway I wash them about 4 times a day obviously losing some of the eyelashes (luckily) now I am in the 3rd day still a little itchy and red but more tolerant, I just wonder if she wasn't in a rush because she was a little behind if the results would of being different if the glue instead of going on the skin was on the eyelash! read more

Excellent service, I booked online and had to change my time due to getting stuck in traffic. Called, and was able to easily switch to 30 mins later. My feet were a MESS - haven't been in for a pedicure in about 5 years and I'm a rancher, wearing boots ALL day long (YIKES!!! I was so embarrassed!) but my technician was super kind and understanding. I got the $60 pedicure with the paraffin treatment and hot stone massage, with an added $15 gel color. Whole process was sanitary, relaxing, and comfortable. My feet feel and look SO much better, will definitely be back. read more

I needed a Tan for my families vacation to Mexico. I was reluctant of going to a spa because they usually are for women. My friend recommended I try The Hot Spot as he gets his haircuts there and he sees men in there many times. I don't usually take time to write a review but this place is really nice. I have been going here along with my wife for over a month now and we both enjoy our visits. Just thought I would pass this on to other men that it is for both genders . She removed the shellac polish and left dust on my nails before painting them. No hand washing or anything. The nail painting itself was mediocre, at best. Uneven layers. She filed off the nails at the end and shaped them horribly. At the end, she massaged with lotion and removed with a hot towel. And to top off the experience, she wasn't happy with her tip. Can't win at this place. ****TIP: DO NOT EXPECT A 20% OFF DISCOUNT (unless you pay with cash which isn't said unless you see the paper taped onto the screen inside!) also they don't like card tips.
