The latest is 4 months old and started making noise and not opening. I contacted tech support and they told me it was an improper install and they would do nothing to help me and they were quite a matter of fact about it even going so far as to tell me a ridiculous tale of how the screw bushings could be stripped out one way but not the other. I decided to take the arm apart and noticed they neglected to put loctite on the screw shaft retaining nut and the nut came off. I reassembled the arm correctly and it works great. In all fairness the new design is a great improvement but the quality control is lacking and the tech support is lacking knowledge on their own product.

I decided to go with them since I thought they knew the system already. Boy was i wrong. I put done $15k and it took them 4 months to finally finish installing system. All they kept telling me was trhey didnt have enough programmers. When then hire some. The system works better but still has glitters and then they over bill another $1700 . which I refuse to pay . They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability.
