Showing this place some l-u-v as it was a large component in my childhood and adolescence. From buying penny and nickel candy to hundreds of gratifying and well spent hours playing Street Fighter II: Championship Edition on their machine, this place served me very well. It's run by a husband/wife duo who are extremely polite and cheerful. You won't come up on any stale candy or beverages here, thankfully.
There's also the quintessential blue collar guys who kick it outside after work. I also sadly recall my best skateboard getting swiped here :( . Or my friend who at the ripe old age of 13 was trying to persuade the owner to let him partake in some gentleman's literature. It, uh, didn't work to our dismay and disappointment. But it's all good playas.
