I had locked my keys in my home, and was told my landlord would be home when I got there. After waiting an hour and unable to contact them I called Pacific Lock and Keys. Very fast response and a reasonable price considering it was almost 6pm, and while my landlord showed up minutes before the locksmith, he was very polite and caring when I called to cancel. This number is saved in my phone and I will definitely recommend to anyone! read more

We had a locked bedroom situation and one of the locksmith guys (wished I would have asked his name) got here within 10 minutes! We had an extra key for the room but we must have not tested it out beforehand because it didn't work. Anyways, they offered to make us a key which they did in seconds and it actually worked! So glad we called them and received such great service! read more

Quick same day service. I had an issue with a lock where it stopped working as it should. I contacted Greg at Pacific Lock and Key and he was at my door ready to fix the lock that within just a couple of hours. Lock works great, price was fine. I didn't get multiple quotes, so I don't know if he was expensive or cheap or standard market price, but I felt like it was fair. read more

Greg was great! He went above and beyond to help me get my old van rekeyed and working well. He was knowledgeable and professional. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this business! read more

I locked my key in the car. Call them if you're on pendleton. Owner can get on base w/out you having to sponsor him. Also he was the cheapest quote I got. He called me when he got there. By the time I got to the parking lot my car was unlocked. Great guy, great service. read more

Normally, I don't like locksmiths. They are the type of people that recognize you're in a bind and then overcharge you. This gentleman was nothing like that. He was there quickly, got me in my car and on my way within about 15 minutes and charged me less than everyone else. Great guy. read more

If you live on base, make sure to check the price before and after Greg comes by. The door handle on my truck busted and Greg came by to help. It took him maybe 5 minutes to stick this little rod through the window and open it. Awesome. What isn't awesome is a fucking 125 dollar charge for that. It was my fault for swiping my card before asking, but I was late to get back to work. Unreal. Thanks, Greg. read more

I have used their services twice as of this review, rekeys for a car and a mailbox. Very quick, professional, and well eqipped.

How sad that a business can't take responsibility for the choices they make. Their job is to do what they are contracted to do and not complain. Step up and have integrity! Not to mention insulting customers is not a great way to get more customers. read more

Greg earns his top rating. He cut keys for my 2016 Ford Focus and programmed them both all for about 1/3 the cost that a Ford Dealership would charge, and he did it very quickly with no appointment. Way to go Greg! read more

I locked myself out of the house, again, and not having given an extra key to my neighbors I needed help! Greg was quickly out to the rescue. We discussed other issues about the locking mechanisms, but I let him drive away. I am on a very tight budget having lost my husband in September, so I have to be choosy about how I spend the money I do have. To my surprise Greg showed up to my house later in the afternoon and remedied the issues. He did this for me out of his kindness. To me, Greg was God's messenger today. read more
