So after finding out from this office my agents office . That off-roading is covered as long as it's not during an off road competition . I was not involved in a competition during this accident . I haven't been involved in an off road competition of any kind in over 15 years so later in the day I filed the claim . This was was over 2 weeks ago . Now State Farm is saying they are still investigating my claim because Rick Douglas office added notes to my file to the effect that they feel I was in a competition during my accident because they felt the purpose of my previous inquire was to falsely frame my clams to favor coverage . I called to talk to Rick 3 times in the past 2 weeks and I was told he was not there and would not be back until the Monday after Thanks Giving . Today is Monday 11/28/2016 I spoke with Rick the actual agent and wow . All I can say is he is not on my side . They denied my legitimate claim . Shady group .
