Hands down the best Orange Chicken I've had in this island. The orange chicken combo you can get with friend rice but I opted for white this time. I ordered from Pacific Kitchen for the first time the other day based on a recommendation. The delivery came fast which I appreciated, I also liked how the restaurant called me to confirm my order and actually suggested that I get the combination so I could have the pork fried rice that I requested online. I thought this was nice because what I originally ordered was more expensive than the combination. The food itself was good, nothing out of this world. I got the sesame chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The sesame chicken had a nice flavor, it was sweet just how I like it, but not much sauce so it felt a little dry to me. The pork fried rice was pretty basic as well. I was too full to try the egg roll unfortunately. Overall I probably wouldn't order from here again, there's other Chinese food in the area that I prefer over this one but it's not a bad option! My partner claims this is the best Chinese takeout in Staten Island so to each their own! read more

I called back and was greeted with "You didn't pay for your food!!" In a nasty accusatory tone. I explained that I did pay and immediately checked my credit card app and saw the pending charge. Best Chinese take-out on Staten Island. Great menu with lots of different options to pick from. Personally, would recommend the pork fried rice and the pork spare rib tips. (The general Tso is great too.) I usually call in on nights I'm not in the mood to cook as they are very fast. I always call in the same order as it comes in consistently great and very hot! Went with friends and feasted on the Honey Walnut chicken which is like chicken candy coated in goodness with a garnish of broccoli on the side. When you walk in you can tell how clean and nice it is inside. Everyone that works here is friendly. From the person taking your order to the delivery. The first time I went there, I requested a special dish, instead of telling me there was an up charge (which was ok) I got a used car salesmen approach. She went in the back and came out and told me the boss said there's an up charge. Just tell me!! I understand! We ate inside today at 11 o'clock very nice inside to sit down to lunch. we were the first ones (until leaving it was packed) greeted quickly by a friendly welcoming face. My daughter had chicken wings and wonton soup excellent crispy Chinese wings. Wonton soup not greasy and tasty. I ordered chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice my husband had general chicken with brown rice and my mom chicken lo mein with pork fried rice. All meals were delicious like fireworks to my tastebuds. Oh and the egg rolls crunchy and not greasy. Especially when you eat in the very friendly very talkative in the servings in portions are pretty big the sweet and sour soup is a must try also they're me so soup is delicious. The food is ok, but I give it a low rating for service. Aside rude people there, my friend wanted his egg roll on the oily side he just asked to not dry it as much they told him he wasn't allowed to eat it that way. Ok I don't prefer it that way but how they spoke to him was rude and they made him feel obese and terrible and he's 5'8 only 130. He's far from fat and shouldn't feel bad for liking his food a certain way, they could've said it's pre made or said no nicer than how it was handled. Food can be the best but if you have to go deal with rudeness and Problems there's no point. I am super super picky when it comes to Chinese food. This place is my go to and my FAVORITE, ever. Amazing. Only downside I would say is that I don't order the fried rice because it's made with yellow rice and I don't particularly like that. Their Lo mein is BOMB. This is the best chinese food places on Staten Island. One of my favorite dishes is tofu, shrimp and eggplant in garlic sauce. They cook in a style that reminds me of the chinese food I ate back in the 80's. They owner Fanny is always present and does her best to accommodate her customers. Other dishes I have enjoyed were the salt and pepper shrimp and beef and broccoli. My husband likes their shrimp with lobster sauce and my daughter really loves the crab rangoons. We were served wonton chips which were addicting. I ordered the general tso's chicken combo which came with my choice of rice and an eggroll. We were served our eggroll first, cut in half diagonally with a side of sauce. It was a lot different than other places which throw an eggroll dripping with grease in a bag and serve it to you. The general tso's chicken was piping hot and had really good flavor. The chicken was also real chicken bites, and not some mushy mystery meat. The pork fried rice was a little dry, but I mixed it in with the general tsos sauce and it tasted great. Everyone else was satisfied with their meals, and the prices weren't bad at all.I don't live in the area so I can't say I would return but it was a nice, quick lunch! read more

I like to Eat!! I especially like Chinese and could eat it every night. That being said this place is the real deal. Better than any real Chinese I've had either in Brooklyn or Staten. The dead give away for me was when my young son wanted French fries and I called to add them to my order. I was told sorry no we don't have French Fries. I love this place. Well played on the all you can eat trick.. Don't get the All you can eat special here!! Just order 1 dish for $10 and that's it! I went here last yr, with my gf.. they have an all you can eat special, it was either $20 or $25 per person. So we both got that. they give you a menu, and you fill out everything you want, then they bring each thing to you 1 dish at a time. The menu was nice, it offered a ton of things. So they bring you each dish, with a small portion size of each item.. Now they do something to the food here, believe me, because I can really eat.. but they do something to the food here, where you get full and crappy feeling real fast.. then you can't eat no more.. then an hour later when you get home your starving again. So for $25, over a few dishes combined, you eat the same amount of food you would eat for 1 $10 dish.. I wound up paying $60 with tip and all, to sample a few different dishes. read more
