I was a faithfull chef Hong customer since about 6 months after they opened . all these years , thousands of dollars spent, business given .. sometimes pick up some times delivery but they knew me and my address. Case in point: something that would normally be unheard of to be high quality when delivered- Peking Duck! I've ordered it 3 times. Every time- fresh, moist, crispy skin, great flavor, fresh condiments!!! They also make the best pork spare ribs (on the bone), I mean tender!!!! Fried jumbo shrimp with tartar sauce!! Good stuff. Not sure if the "chef" is the same as the one that cooked for the other reviewers but.....our food was delicious. Ordered chicken and broccoli, wonton soup and egg rolls. The only complaint was from my husband. He thought his egg roll was over cooked. I think its a matter if taste because I thought mine was fine. The chicken was exceptional, can't remember the last time I actually had tender moist chicken that could not possibly be mistaken for cat. I highly recommend it. the wonton soup was also delicious. tasty wontons and strips of pork in a dark flavorful broth. First time trying this place and will continue ordering from them until our first bad meal. read more
