After our tile came in it sat in the store for over a month waiting for our contractor, who has a business relationship with The Tile Store , to pick up the order. I called on several occasions to check on the status of our order. When the tile was finally installed the edging for tile was missing although it was clearly part of our order. Since we are sunbirds we had to leave before our project was finished. I would recommend that customers using The Tile Store pick up their order themselves if possible and make certain the order is complete.This would also give the customer the option to use a contractor who is not affiliated with The Tile Store.

I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!

I ordered a washing machine pedestal online and had it shipped to the store in Brandon. I made the…read morehour round trip drive to pick it up. The associate loaded the pedestal into the back of my vehicle. I drove home and went to remove it from the back of my truck and noticed it had another person's name listed as the "pick up person". I then looked further and saw it was a GE and not the LG that I ordered, and the order number did not match. They gave me someone else's order. I then called their store number and was routed to customer service in India, who was absolutely pathetic in the level of service provided. They could not confirm if my order was still in the store. They could not contact the store to ask. They could not ship the product I paid for a week ago to my house and pick up the incorrect one they gave me. They just advised I had X days to return the product and they recommend I drive back to the store to see if my order was still there. PATHETIC customer service. I will not be ordering from Best Buy again.
