The place is large and can accommodate a large party or people. Pretty clean when I have visited. The decor is keeping with other Asian restaurants. One of the better buffets in comparison to Red Sun Buffet. And just like any other buffet, you shouldn't keep your expectations too high, this isn't a fancy casino . The overall quality of the food can be given a 7/10, it's good but not great as expected. I usually come here when I'm starving and feel like I could eat a horse and craving Asian food. Well I ordered MooShu beef online for delivery along with crab Rangoon's and one order of Salmon nigiri. The price point was great (which is the only reason it gets 2 stars). What was delivered was some sort of vegetables with 3 pieces of beef in a very soupy sauce. No flavor at all and I'm not sure if they just screwed up my order completely. Crab Rangoons are hard to mess up but these were so oily they couldn't be eaten. Salmon nigiri was okay but the rice has way too much sugar added. The food was hot, look pleasing and the sushi bar was well stocked. This may be one of the cleaner buffets in our area. Went on a Monday night and the variety of the buffet was much more than we expected. Quality was very good and none of the food was over cooked. Temperature was good and they had kid friendly options. The establishment was clean and oriental themed but not in a cheesy way. The staff were friendly and quick to keep the table cleared. When this place first opened, I would've given it 4.5 stars. 3.5 now if I could. I've felt they've always had more selection than your typical buffet. Since they opened, they've expanded the amount of food they have which is awesome. They added a pho bar which is not bad for buffet quality. When I visited last, the place was pretty dirty... it wasn't always like this but I ended up having to wipe my seat & table down with napkins. I took off a second star because some of the food was very lukewarm. You could tell some of it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, I still enjoy this place when I'm in the mood for average Asian American cuisine. The make your own bowl is pretty neat & always fresh, & the sushi is always good so those are a plus. The spring rolls were undoubtedly Sysco style pre made frozen hors d'oeuvres. The egg rolls were just gross! There was no cabbage, no carrots, just yucky substance wrapped up. I love squid, but this was especially nasty. I did not try the Mongolian. I just sampled the food on the bar. Maybe I'd have done better with that, but I didn't care for anything on the line. I like eating at Eat Well. Anyway, I did not finish my first plate or my second. For my third plate, I just walked around looking, and decided instead to save my stomach the pain, and get out while I had a chance. I nearly left silently as I intended, but the young fellow taking my cash had to ask, so I had to express my dissatisfaction. He seemed to be indifferent about the matter, being more concerned with collecting my $12 dollars. The server was attentive so I left $2 for her. $1 for each plate. Also, one server was assigned to the party. I didn't eat because I figured paying 12+ dollars for a meal including my 3 daughters and 2 grand daughters with beverages would be close to 100. Food was almost all gone. They didn't refill them when I asked them. The food tasted horrible. It tasted bland and wasn't fresh. They keep accepting customers in through out the night when there's hardly any food left. The guy wouldn't make us Pho soup when we came in at 7:50pm. He said he is closed. They closed at 10. Granted, I realized a buffet was risky at 8:10pm, but the advertised closing hour was 10pm. There were a fair number of cars out front, I was near starvation (not really), had few choices, so I went for it. After being shown my table, I circled the buffet twice and was tempted to leave. Sushi bar was being replenished one roll at a time. It wasn't freshly rolled, so I assume it was the best of what was about to be tossed. Everything on the buffet looked like it had sat for hours. They weren't even bothering to camouflage it. No stirring, no sprucing up. I decided to risk the sushi, but the condiments had already been removed. I sampled a few items from the buffet, which only validated my first impression. I decided it was time to take the loss and leave. Having eaten but a few morsels, I went to the register to pay my bill. After voicing my displeasure, I was told that 30% of the charges had been removed. Water and a few bites came to $16, but my bill had been adjusted to $12. Still, I was paying $12 for water. I can't imagine the food had been much better when it was fresh. Yes, dumb of me to try a buffet at 8:10pm. But shame on them for staying open long after the food had expired, simply to milk a few more unsuspecting customers. This is probably the nastiest place I've been too! They sat me next to a wall and as I was eating there was 3 cockroaches crawling right next to me. Another thing that disgusted me was the ice cream, the food was alright, but the ice cream was horrible. When I poured the ice cream it was all melted and was literally just pure melted ice cream.
