I recently brought seven of my coworkers to Pacific Fusion for lunch, making a group of eight. Even with a larger party, the staff did an outstanding job taking care of us. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kept our drinks filled while making sure our table had everything we needed. The customer service was easily the highlight of the visit. Since it's a buffet, there was a nice variety of food to choose from. They had classic Chinese favorites, seafood, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, desserts, and more. I tried a little bit of everything, and while nothing really stood out as exceptional, everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly acceptable. It was a solid buffet experience without any major complaints. The restaurant itself was clean, and the buffet stations stayed organized even during the lunch rush. Food was refilled regularly, so there was never much waiting for fresh items. If I had to rate the food alone, I'd say it was average. It wasn't the best buffet I've had, but it wasn't disappointing either. The real reason I'd come back is because of the excellent service. I honestly came because I happened to have a coupon in my car. Buffets are typically not my first choice when dining, but this was one of the better experiences. In terms of the food, I enjoyed the variety of American and American-inspired Chinese food. My son enjoyed the fried fish and chicken. I appreciated the service, which was quick and they were constantly checking. The ambiance is nice. I like the fish tank. It gave me a sense of nostalgia. I had the Mongolian bar, and it was just okay. I didn't try the sushi but it looked fantastic. My son was ecstatic about the selection of ice cream. It's the best Asiian buffet with hibachi along North Germantown Parkway. I don't talk about service at all at a buffet, the value for the your dollar is just worth it. There's never more than a 10 minute wait to be seated, even on a Weekend. It's on the same side of the road as the Cordova International Market and Malco Cordova Cinema. read more

I tend to stay with the stir fried vegetables and sushi. I do enjoy the mushroom stir fry and seafood with broccoli and other yummy vegetables. The sauce is light and flavorful. The fried catfish is always good when I go. I also splurge and have one Crab Rangoon and a dumpling. My favorite is the sushi. It is fresh and the different kinds are such a treat. I prefer the cooked proteins in the rolls but sometimes get adventurous and try a couple of uncooked ones. They have Mongolian stir fry or hotpot. You can get noodles and soup as well. They offer Thai dishes and southern home cooked foods too. There is a salad bar and boiled shrimp and many desserts. They have a variety of soups as well. So much food and too many choices. The place is large and can accommodate a large party or people. Pretty clean when I have visited. The decor is keeping with other Asian restaurants. Price is fair since you have so many choices of foods. It is 15.00 for lunch but remember it is an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. They do have 10% off coupons for one patron per table in the Clipper magazine. Not sure of the cost for dinner. At night they have more options! So crazy there is a great variety. One of the better buffets in comparison to Red Sun Buffet. And just like any other buffet, you shouldn't keep your expectations too high, this isn't a fancy casino . I usually head for the baked chicken, lo mein, crawfish (spicy), fried fish, fried rice and finish with their amazing donuts. Loved those donuts so much that I took them to go. The overall quality of the food can be given a 7/10, it's good but not great as expected. I usually come here when I'm starving and feel like I could eat a horse and craving Asian food. Great for a large party of people as theirs tables can hold maybe around 10-12 people. Atmosphere is a vibe, plates and utensils are fresh out of the wash. Well I ordered MooShu beef online for delivery along with crab Rangoon's and one order of Salmon nigiri. The price point was great (which is the only reason it gets 2 stars). What was delivered was some sort of vegetables with 3 pieces of beef in a very soupy sauce. No flavor at all and I'm not sure if they just screwed up my order completely. Crab Rangoons are hard to mess up but these were so oily they couldn't be eaten. Salmon nigiri was okay but the rice has way too much sugar added. Definitely won't be back, there are better options around town read more

This was our first visit to Pacific Fusion. I usually prefer not to go to buffets but this will be an exception for me. Everything was well stocked and before an item ran out they were replacing it. The food was hot, look pleasing and the sushi bar was well stocked. This may be one of the cleaner buffets in our area. The service was excellent, employees seemed to care that everything was as it should be. Our server could not have been any nicer, she checked with us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. We will be going back its worth the trip. read more

Went on a Monday night and the variety of the buffet was much more than we expected. Quality was very good and none of the food was over cooked. Temperature was good and they had kid friendly options. The establishment was clean and oriental themed but not in a cheesy way. The staff were friendly and quick to keep the table cleared. This is not a bad option if you're craving typical Asian American food & a lot of it. I've been coming here for several years now. When this place first opened, I would've given it 4.5 stars. 3.5 now if I could. I've felt they've always had more selection than your typical buffet. Since they opened, they've expanded the amount of food they have which is awesome. They added a pho bar which is not bad for buffet quality. When I visited last, the place was pretty dirty... it wasn't always like this but I ended up having to wipe my seat & table down with napkins. I took off a second star because some of the food was very lukewarm. You could tell some of it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, I still enjoy this place when I'm in the mood for average Asian American cuisine. The make your own bowl is pretty neat & always fresh, & the sushi is always good so those are a plus. I love Asian cooking, but I don't think one single item was cooked. Everything was like frozen Chinese dinners at Sam's club. The sushi bar had been decimated. None of it was particularly good. The spring rolls were undoubtedly Sysco style pre made frozen hors d'oeuvres. The egg rolls were just gross! There was no cabbage, no carrots, just yucky substance wrapped up. I love squid, but this was especially nasty. I did not try the Mongolian. I just sampled the food on the bar. Maybe I'd have done better with that, but I didn't care for anything on the line. I like eating at Eat Well. Anyway, I did not finish my first plate or my second. For my third plate, I just walked around looking, and decided instead to save my stomach the pain, and get out while I had a chance. I nearly left silently as I intended, but the young fellow taking my cash had to ask, so I had to express my dissatisfaction. He seemed to be indifferent about the matter, being more concerned with collecting my $12 dollars. The server was attentive so I left $2 for her. $1 for each plate. Considering I didn't leave hungry, but I didn't leave full either, it was not a good deal at all. I could have eaten much more. Well the food looks appealing. The restaurant gets lots of business. Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon/early evening. I went to a baby shower in the party room. Also, one server was assigned to the party. I didn't eat because I figured paying 12+ dollars for a meal including my 3 daughters and 2 grand daughters with beverages would be close to 100. I didn't see the concept of paying for food and bringing gifts. When that money could also go to the mother to be. Everyone's dinner looked good. Seafood and Mongolian grill and desserts.
