Examples are bao, orange chicken, gyoza, spring roll, tempura, seaweed salad, nigiri, sashimi, maki, mochi, boba, and sake. My husband and I stopped here to purchase bobas, not the foods. We used the kiosk to place our order and to pay. The bobas were available in dozens of dairy and non-dairy flavors, and they were customizable with a base of either green tea or soda water, dozens of flavors of bubbles, and options for ice and other add-ons. My husband chose flavors of passion fruit and mango, and I chose a flavor of peach. Each boba cost several dollars. Several minutes later, an employee handed over our bobas. Good place. Casual. You walk in and place your order on an iPad. They bring it over or call your number. The sushi rice was a bit pasty or sticky and lacked a bit of flavor. Maybe more sugar or vinegar on the rice? The orange chicken was insane. So tender and so fresh! Takoyaki was different, outside was fried and the inside was gooey with octopus chunks. Flavor was good, a good experience to eat. Drinks were really good and tasted great. It's worth a visit if you enjoy sushi or some street food type dining. read more

As of writing this review in February 2026, ownership just changed at this location. They don't yet have their liquor license but should buy the summer. We ordered a huge variety of rolls and salads and everything was prepared deliciously and quickly. I felt a little bad for the people behind us because we had a huge order and so theirs was delayed because of ours. But all things considered, the prep time was very good. we ordered a pretty big variety of rolls, seaweed salad, crab, salad, soup, dumplings, edamame, chicken, bowls, and a bunch of different bubble tea variations. Everything was really good and I definitely recommend checking out this location if you're on the side of town. if I had a choice, I'd probably go to the one on the east side, but that isn't where I was so we went here and it was definitely worth it. One of the best places to get bubble tea in the Westlake area. The tea here is always fresh and delightful. Pictured here is the Millionaire's Fruit Tea, which was refreshing, pleasantly sweet, and filled with fresh fruit. And unlike the milk teas (which I also enjoy), it didn't trigger my lactose intolerance. I've also had the sushi here. It's a bit pricey given the portions, but they serve fresh high quality fish. I see more people come for boba than food, but I like the food as well, and have eaten the "sushi bowl" (pick rice, pick protein, pick vegetables, pick sauce), and also gyoza on another occasion. I've only been here a couple of times and can only speak for the bubble tea. Their bubble tea is actually delicious! I've had many bad experiences at other places in the past but here at Pacific East they have te good bubbles. I highly recommend their Taro, Thi, and Brown sugar bubble teas! The popping boba is great as well if you're in the mood for a fun fruity burst! I don't have anything negative to say about the eatery, the place is very clean and neat with zen music in the background, and the staff was very speedy and polite! I was disappointed that this wasn't an offshoot of Pacific East in Coventry, but it was good. Specialties are sushi, desserts, and many varieties of boba tea. Super modern decor, smooth jazz music, well lit, no televisions. Order at the counter; the food comes in take-away containers, but there are tables inside or outside to eat at. Right next to the movie theater, so it's a good place to grab a bite before a show. Entrance and bathrooms are accessible, but don't have automatic doors. read more

Decided to get boba tea after the movies. It was pretty good. The only problem was that we had to wait about 20 minutes for it to be prepared. To be fair to the establishment we went on Saturday afternoon around 3:00 PM. It was a chilly but sunny day, with a decent amount of people out ready to have fun. They only had two people working but they had a help wanted, ALL POSITIONS, sign on the door. Plus the man who took the orders was working hard and fast to make everything as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. He was also polite and kind to my niece. Stopped in, not knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised! Service was fast, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. They prepared my sushi roll fresh and fast. I had one of their specialty rolls: the Hot Lady. It was exactly like I expected (spicy, but not too spicy). Now, be aware the menu here is pretty much just sushi and bubble tea, but if you like either of those, then Pacific East has a huge variety, made almost instantly while you wait. If you are ever around Crocker Park and don't have the time (or money) for the more expensive sit-down sushi place then you should definitely come here instead. This is my niece's favorite places, we come when we can to celebrate her birthday or good grades. I definitely understand, their boba tea and bubble tea are superb. Generous portions of lobster for the roll and really fresh ingredients in the tofu salad with really pretty presentation. The yuzu sauce for the salad doubled as a great sauce for the fries, really well balanced and no artificial salad dressing flavor! I see that they're more known for their hibachi which I haven't tried, but I did try the grapefruit fruit tea ($7) which was pretty good (just a little sweet, note that you can adjust the sweetness on the checkout screen! Came here with my wife on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Very trendy colorful place tucked away on the side of Crocker Park. Friendly staff. Ordered the Bomb, Yusu shrimp salad and Takoyaki. Ordered at the restaurant at around 8:30 at night. I didn't get my order until 9:45. I waited an hour and and 15 minutes to bring food home to my family that was over $100 for 4 people. Worse, only about 7 other patrons ever got their food the entire time i was there AND the dining room isn't open yet. I can't imagine how they could possibly handle the dining room full and takeout orders at dinner rush if this is how they were at 8:30PM. This type of food is very quick to cook.. but that isn't the issue. The staff are standing there staring at food through steamed plastic containers trying to figure out what it is and squinting at receipts to get everything in the bags correctly while they simultaneously make bubble tea as your $22 steak and chicken is getting cold. This one will be gone as fast as it came like the others that have been in this location, and i'll be happy to see them go. read more

I ordered cream brûlée boba it was absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend 10/10 second I got the kani salad and added the spicy shrimp, I was extremely disappointed on the portion size it was smaller then my hand and I was not a fan of the shrimp 4/10 third I ordered the dumplings and was very impressed also 10/10! Went with girlfriends and we got dinner special that was Miso Soup, salad with ginger dressing and choice of 2 rolls for $15.95 could add additional rolls for a few dollars more. Service - sufficient, our drinks stayed full and our soup salad and rolls came out in appropriate timing. Brought the shrimp soba noodles home for my family they were fantastic.
