It all has to be removed and sanded before painting. It should never have been left like this. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

They left my walls an absolute mess. Big clumps of plaster and mud all along the edges of where the wall and ceilings meet. I sent them photos and they agreed to come back and repair the walls...IN 6 Weeks!! We are painting now, not in 6 weeks and they know this. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional ! Total lack of integrity!

Finished Product. No popcorn, knockdown texture, caulking, and new paint.

So worth it! I had a short timeline to get our popcorn ceilings done before we moved in. Sheri was warm & responsive and was able to squeeze me in within the following week. We originally were going to DIY it after testing that we had no asbestos but so glad we didn't. These guys know what they are doing, and they do it everyday which shows in their work. I went from a full house full of popcorn ceilings to none in 2 days! There was some cracking in the paint in the corner of one of our beams, but a quick call to Sheri and they came over and fixed it no problem. They have two price options for popcorn ceilings but it was so worth the money for the 2 day process.

A few months ago we were looking to remove the popcorn from our ceilings. I called Pacific Drywall / Home 360 to ask them for help, and started to talk to Sheri. It turned out that the timing was not right for the removal of the ceiling. As we were about to hang up, I was told that this company also does a lot of other remodeling work, including door replacements. So, I decided to continue the conversation with Sheri about replacing all our interior doors, as well as the front door of hour home. And glad I was that I didn't hang up that phone to quickly. I told Sherie that my wife and I picked a couple of door models, one for exterior door, and another model, from another catalogue, for all the interior doors. She asked me to send her over the information, arranged for their foreman, Rob, to come by to take a look at our project, and promised to give me a quote within a few days after his visit. At the same time, I decided to get a second quote from one of the two major home improvement stores in our area, for comparison. The big box store rep came first. Right from the beginning, he tried to change my wife's mind about the door models and manufacturers. After he saw that we were not happy with the fact that he was steering us in a different direction, the guy ended up taking the measurements, writing down the information, and leaving quickly with a promise for a very good, heavily discounted quote. A day later, Rod from Pacific Drywall / Home 360 came by. Really friendly, very knowledgeable, he listened to us, looked at what we wanted to buy/install, gave us some ideas on how to better organize the door replacement project, so we could fit it into our larger remodeling that were going to have done in our home. While Rob didn't make any promises, he gave us a warm feeling that we could trust him, his crew and the company that he worked for. A week or so after both visits, we got the quotes back from both Pacific Drywall / Home 360, as well as from the big box home improvement store in the area. There was a big, wide gap between the two numbers, with a much, much higher quote coming in from the big box store. Our one exterior door, plus 6 interior doors, one double interior door, and one garage/interior door were becoming super expensive on the quote from the guy who treated our choices as their were bad. So much for a low quote! In contrast, Sheri, from Pacific Drywall / Home 360 sent us a quote which was right in the ball park that we were looking for. A very decent number, that included labor, and the delivery of the doors in two separate stages, in order to accomodate our other work done in the house. It was a no brainer to pick Sheri's quote and agree to get the work done with her colleagues. Rod gaves us the confidence that we could trust him and his crew, and Sheri backed him up with a great price. Little we knew, both Sheri and I, that it would take quite a lot of work and hoops, for her, to get our doors from the manufacturers. Over the course of two months, she worked close with both companies to get the right doors, the right color, and for the exterior door, the right lock and look that we wanted. Sheri stayed on top of the various roadblocks that had to deal with, and kept me all the time informed and up-to-date on the new developments. The delivery and installation of the doors was made in two parts: the exterior door and the garage/interior doors were installed first, with the rest of the interior doors done three weeks later, in order to accomodate our schedule. When the doors arrived, I was a little surprised, and a bit worried not seeing Rod. However, right from the get going, I was put at ease by the professionalism of Bobbi, who did most of the work in both stages. I cannot speak highly enough of how careful the installation was done, and on how well Bobbi managed to get each door properly installed. Our home presented a challenge for the front door installation, as the frame around the area was a bit out of alignment (old house :):)) Bobbi took his time, and ensured that everything would be properly aligned, measured and adjusted more than I could even count, until he was happy with his work. Then, he took his time and did some magic work on re-creating the texture around the frame of the entry door to a degree that it looked very much alike with the surrounding wall area. You could see that his attention to detail, and quest for perfection were out of the ordinary. The attached photos are a testament of the many reasons that made us be happy with the outcome of Bobbi's work. It took a while to write this long review, but I am really glad that I did it, as a small token of appreciation for the help that we got from Sheri, Bobbi and Rod at Pacific Drywall / Home 360. If you are looking at remodeling projects and are seeking outstanding help, don't hesitate to call this company. You will be glad you did. I know I was. Thank you, Sheri, Bobbi and Rob!

Popcorn off and perfectly prepped for our painting crew!

From the very first conversation, it was clear I was speaking with a true professional. Triangle Construction (Daniel Curtis) was incredibly responsive, transparent, and thorough, all qualities that are surprisingly rare in this industry. He took the time to walk me through the process, answered all my (many!) questions with patience and clarity, and provided insights that made it clear he has deep expertise and a passion for doing things the right way. His professionalism, integrity, and clear communication gave me so much confidence. If you're lucky enough to work with him, you're in excellent hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality work and a contractor who genuinely cares. If my timeline had been more flexible, I would have hired him in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This involved removing sheetrock, cutting pipes, installing new valves, then replacing the sheetrock, applying plaster and texture, and finally painting. This was way above my pay grade, so I reached out to Steve. Within minutes, he got back to me. He asked for photos and provided an estimate with a range, depending on the complexity of what they found. Steve sent his crew over just a few hours later to begin the project. Victor and Edgar arrived, and within minutes, the Sawzall was going to town on our wall. I'll admit, I had my reservations, but it quickly became clear that these guys knew what they were doing. Each phase required a return visit to allow the individual coats of plaster to dry, etc. Our water was only turned off for about an hour or so during the entire project, and the finished product was very good. We're now considering TVC for other projects. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I hired Prime to renovate my kitchen - countertops, backsplash, cabinets, electrical, freezer, etc…read more They also helped install a new bidet toilet for me. Overall the experience was very good; Elijah and Bryan were super friendly and responsive. Eli was very patient and accommodating as we discussed several different potential change orders, from new windows to painting, to other misc. things that popped up. Bryan Luna was especially a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and proactivity to solve any little thing I mentioned was definitely the highlight of working with Prime. Their contracted electrician, Hector, was great as well. I also think they did a great job building out a cabinet to fit our freezer next to the matching fridge. Their master carpenter managed to salvage our existing wood to make it match perfectly. Definitely better than what I'd expect from even a carpentry specialty contractor. I will mention that it wasn't without some snags. Prime deals in volume so they're very busy. I think because I had delays in sourcing a freezer I ended up not getting a dedicated project manager for some time. We had timeline issues made worse with holidays. This caused cascading delays which inevitably pushed back my move in date a few weeks. When I finally did get a new project manager, they ghosted me (later on I found out they had a family emergency). Eli had to step in again to help. Another thing is that their pricing is quite opaque. The estimate will break down prices by milestones, but they repeated told me that it's not a valuation of the milestone itself. This made it nigh impossible to understand if I wanted to contract out specific pieces of the project (e.g. flooring). Design was OK. I felt that the designer was very busy. Sometimes very responsive (5min replies), sometimes not responsive at all (no reply). I wish I had a better, more thorough back-and-forth session about the intricacies of the design. But we made do. Ultimately, the designer made a render and helped point us to some vendors, but from there we had to make our own selection alone (cabinets, handles, pendant lights, faucets, etc.). I did appreciate her presence when we picked out countertops, though. All in all, I think this was a 4.5 star job, but I'm rounding to 5 because of Eli and Bryan :)

Overall, the project went well, and we're happy with the final results. Bryan, our foreman, was a strong asset to the project. Even though he was managing multiple jobs at the same time, his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way to address our concerns made a big difference. Because we were home throughout the process, we were able to catch issues early and communicate them directly to Bryan, who consistently followed through to resolve them. What Went Well: * The tile and flooring subcontractors were excellent - their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. * Bryan, our foreman, was responsive to texts and phone calls, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed. He even designed a bi-fold closet door for us, and helped pick up all the material to build it. * Bryan also took the initiative to handle several unfinished items himself, which we really appreciated. * The post-build cleaners were top-notch and left the space in pristine condition. * Throughout the project, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and conscientious. There were no conflicts or issues, which made the experience comfortable for us. Areas for Improvement: * The timeline was a pain point. While we were originally told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up stretching to 12 weeks. * The design process fell short of expectations. Because Prime's in-house designers weren't available, our design work was outsourced. We only received a full design package for the master bathroom. As a result, we ended up creating our own renderings for the other rooms to help communicate our vision to the team. That said, we were very happy with the design and material selections for the master bathroom they did complete. We just wish the same level of attention and design support had been provided for the rest of the project. * At times, resource availability was limited, likely due to workers being assigned to multiple jobs. This led to workflow inefficiencies and delays. Toward the end of our renovation, our foreman Bryan had to personally step in to complete several tasks, such as installing faucets, shelving, and baseboards. He managed to get it done in between site visits and meetings, which we appreciated, but it also highlighted a lack of available crew to close out the project. Despite these few challenges, the quality of the work met our expectations. We appreciated the team's effort and the final outcome.

Being a Realtor in the Fremont area I was fortunate to have represented a client who had several…read moreproperties in the area he wanted to sell. All were outdated and so the plan was to upgrade each property then bring them to market one at a time. It was my job to find an honest, knowledgeable, reliable General Contractor. I had interviewed several. I chose to work with George and GT General Contractor. His knowledge of the Local Building Codes stood out to me. He also had reasonable pricing. Together we worked out a contract where I would determine the upgrades, select and purchase appliances, fixtures, flooring and all major materials on behalf of my client and George would provide the minor materials and bring our vision to life. If it didn't work I could let George and GT General Contractors go and find another Contractor. It did work though. George was patient, his knowledge kept us out of trouble with the local code enforcement, He had the vision and the skillset to turn a blank canvas into something beautiful. Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying it was all Unicorns and rainbows, it wasn't. Every time a roadblock was in our path, George never lost focus of our final objective. So when we did pull up carpet and exposed some rotting of the subfloor or removed a section of drywall only to find some termite damage, an amendment to the original contract was created and on we went. After each house was completed I would list it on the market and every one brought a new "Highest Sale" in their neighborhood. That made me look good in my clients eyes. George and I did this 5 times over and I consider him a friend. I highly recommend George and GT Contractors if you are considering a remodel. I have since moved on from my real estate career but before I did I had sold my personal residence and who did I have help me remodel it? You guessed it. George and GT Contractors.

While I was initially very satisfied with George's work, unfortunately a serious flaw revealed…read moreitself after about a year. The tile beneath the shower door was not installed correctly, and this led to water slowly leaking into the baseboard anytime we used the shower. After a year, mold and mildew began to rapidly grow. After getting a consultation, the conclusion was that since the tile was not installed correctly, water did not drain from the surface properly, leading to the damage you see pictured here. I reached out to George, as our contract stated that he would fix any issues resulting from his work within 4 years after completion of the original project. Thankfully, he agreed to fix the issue after inspecting the problem in person. If George had simply fixed the tile right after his inspection, I would have no need to update this review. But unfortunately, what happened next is why I need to lower my rating. After George had agreed to fix his work, it took over 1 year to get him to come back to my home and fix it. I would send him multiple emails, texts, and phone calls trying to schedule time for him to come fix the shower. He would ignore the messages for weeks on end. And when he did respond, it would be to tell me that he was traveling, or was not available at my suggested times. When I finally managed to get time with him, he would make many comments about how he felt like the issue wasn't really his fault and that he just wanted to get done ASAP. He gave me the impression that he didn't want to make things right, but that he just wanted to fulfill his contractual obligation and be done. I did not feel like a priority to him, and it was likely because there was no money to be gained from fixing his mistake. George's fix unfortunately led to another issue. Our baseboard was replaced, and the tile was adjusted. However, since the tile needed to be adjusted at an incline to allow the water to drain, the positioning of the shower glass needed to be shifted up to give it space to open. The shower door is now misaligned with the other side of the glass. An issue that can't be fixed unless we buy a whole new shower glass door. While I am still very appreciative of George's original work, I will likely need to make significant updates to this bathroom in the future. And I will not be using GT General Contractor this time around.
