Chris and Reyes are the best! There was a rattlesnake in my enclosed front yard. It was the first time I'd had one on my property and was not expecting it to be so out in the open. I called Pacific Coast Animal Control. I watched the snake go into one of our planters where there is a big flower bush. However, I'm not sure where it went after that and did take my eyes off the area for a couple of minutes. Even though it was 5:30pm, Chris came out to my house within 30 minutes. If I could give 20 stars, I would. We had 2 small birds fly in through the front door into the house that we couldn't get back out. We had someone else come out and they insisted on doing an entire inspection, recommended thousands of dollars of other work not related to getting the birds out, AND they wouldn't get the birds out the same day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! Let me break my story down. I called 25 pest control places at 9pm on a Saturday night... no one... not 1 person called me back nor did they have an emergency contact. My emergency was that after spending the whole day out at an Earth Day event, I came home to my house smelling like death. The rancid smell was coming from my oven,/ wall area.
