My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

Continues to Give Legal Advice Without License: He instructed me on eviction strategy, told me how to respond to tenant notices, cited case law, and warned I could waive my rights if I didn't follow his guidance -- even though he is not an attorney. Overcharged & Undelivered: I paid $475 plus $250 for a "rebuttal" he promised but never completed. Additional services he offered were unnecessary and never performed. Neglected Duties: My tenants are still in the property months later because he failed to set a court date, ignored my instructions, and continually blamed me for delays while taking my money. Threatened Me Over This Review: He sent messages and posted on Yelp claiming my review was "fake," threatening legal action, and stating he could charge $150 per day in damages for defamation, libel, malicious prosecution, and other claims. This review reflects my personal experience. Bottom line: In my experience, this service was unreliable, overcharged, and acted outside its legal scope. He continues to give legal advice without a license, charged for services not rendered, neglected key duties, and attempted to intimidate me over my review. I cannot recommend this business for eviction assistance

Brent is extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly while taking the time to explain each step. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Wet Ink Notary Inc and Brent Hernandez for anyone needing a mobile notary, loan signing, or document notarization in Newport Beach, Orange County, or surrounding areas. I had been putting it off for a few days, so there was an extra sense of urgency. I gave Brent a call around 10 a.m., he was at my house an hour later doing the notary. And then he came back at 6 p.m. to drop off the apostilled documents. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back. I did that once, and I'll never do that again. Next time I need to do this, I'm just going to give Brent a call right away. Get it done.

JPL brings a level of responsiveness, and attention to detail that makes a real difference. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me, and their support has white glove. They help ensure things are done correctly and take a lot of the friction out of the process. In a system where not everyone has access to full legal representation, having a service like this is more than worth the cost--and for someone representing themselves--I would say it is critical. Highly recommend.

On the morning of the hearing, I contacted the company to obtain the status of service and any service attempt information. Because the court required detailed information regarding service attempts, a court clerk also contacted the company seeking the dates and times of any attempts. At that time, the requested information was not provided. My hearing proceeded without the service information, and the matter was concluded shortly thereafter due to the lack of completed service. Several hours later, at approximately 12:27 PM on March 9, 2026, after the hearing had already ended, the company sent a report containing alleged service attempts from March 5 through March 8. My concern is not simply whether service attempts were made. My concern is that the information was not made available before the hearing, when it was actually needed. As a result, the service had no practical value to me at the time of the court proceeding. After I disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, the company continued to send invoices and informed me that finance charges would accumulate and that the account may eventually be sent to collections.
