We attempted to call the service, however were threatened by a $50 call fee! We were told someone would be out to fix the jacuzzi the next day but they never showed. And we couldnt get a hold of the managers the rest of the weekend. NO FIREPLACE NO JACUZZI. When we went to drop off the keys were given a $30 discount. $30!!!!! Are you kidding me? We payed well over $800 dollars. We were told the jacuzzi and fireplace would work. HORRIBLE PLACE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR DIGNITY. Typical 1% people screwing the rest of us over.

The place was filthy, insect and rodent infested with 'furnishings' from the 70's. I worked through these issues in the first 2 years, cleaned the place up and made it habitable. I paid for a gardener because the once lovely gardens were totally neglected. The owners want nothing to do with the tenants and allow blatant disrespect from the agency as the agency allows blatant disrespect from the owners. Tenants are simply a number to them without regard to how well you care for the property or pay rent on time automatically. In the end, I exceeded the contractual agreement to have the carpet professionally cleaned, all windows and woodwork clean, holes from television mounting patched, professionally cleaned by a service, the place was cleaner than it had been in 20 years. Regardless, they deducted $20 for a maid to 'check' the unit, and $110 for someone to paint an 8x8 wall. No respect for a dependable, responsible, long-term tenant. DO NOT GIVE THEM A LARGE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP AS MUCH OF IT AS THEY CAN!

The home we rented (for over $400 per night, plus a $200 non-refundable cleaning deposit) was the "Urban Escape" on Sea Ranch. The property itself was in need of some repairs and upgrades: the hot water tank gave out the first night. The rental agency contact did get a plumber out to us, but I had got the pilot to stay lit while he was there, and he left with the wrong diagnosis (improper ventilation). After repeated re-lightings, the pilot would not stay on. We gave up on it. Also, the built-in microwave was kaput, and the original oven controls were missing. A replacement microwave was set on a counter. One day into the stay, a cabinet door to the kitchen sink area fell off. The fill cycle in the master bath toilet would not shut off without jiggling the handle. Coasting Home should have known of the issues with this home, and should not have listed it. Answer? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Joel has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, and easy to get a hold of. My experience with him has been like night and day as compared to my experience with the other related companies this is especially impressive given that my rental was at the high end of the market at a time when the Market is overfilled with rentals in my range, and during a period in which it was taking much longer to get vacanc is filled. Even though Veilkko Provided this service on a fixed rate basis, they continued to provide the same high level of service even though it took much longer to fill the apartment than we had anticipated. Their prices were lower than their competition, Not only for the basic services but also for the photography package.  This company, Veikko,  is smaller than the competition, But this is an advantage because you get personalized service and a much quicker response. I absolutely loved my experience on the llama hike. This review is just for the llama trek, but…read moremaybe next time I will consider staying at one of the cottages. First of all, llamas are my favorite and so to be able to walk a llama like a pet was a dream come true. I got to meet Cody, Burt, and Ty Ty, who were all friendly and well trained. We did the ocean bluffs hike, and the woman in charge, Dana, was really accommodating to our plans (it was all tentative because of the rain). We were in contact prior to that weekend, and she was quick with emailing me back which I really appreciated. She even emailed me while I was enroute from Oakland to wear boots because it will be wet, and I had been debating over my shoe options! So thoughtful. She planned a fantastic hike for us and set up an adorable little picnic table for my bf and I, and it was all perfect (gorgeous day too after a day of rain).
