DOESNT PROPERLY CLEAN FOR COVID19. DOESNT PROPERLY FADE HAIRCUTS. After getting my hair cut a few times, two of the barbers do not know how properly fade a haircut. The last time i went a mex-american guy cut it military style, straight up to the top of my head with little fade on the sides and back. Another asian lady did a low fade when i asked for a regular fade. The fade hardly went up the original hair line. She tried to fix it and did a high fade, which was ok but not my style. They charge 13 dollars now. For that price i prefer to travel farther to go to my original barber shop who is a little more expensive but knows how to fade haircuts. As for cleaning (during the coronavirus), they ALL just sprayed a paper towel and haphazardly wiped the chair, the last time i went. I didnt see them clean the barber tools and they reused the apron from the last customer on me. IT IS POINTLESS TO CLEAN THE CHAIR IF YOU REUSE THE APRON AND DONT CLEAN THE CLIPPER RAZORS. A few days later i developed body aches that were much more painful than ive ever had and it came with a cold and sore throat. **My usual barber shop and the other shop on midland road cleans their tools, uses disposable aprons and cleans their chairs between each customer, but this shop only cleaned the chair haphadzardly between use. read more

We had a hard time finding a barbershop that is affordable and good! I can definitely say that Pacific Barber Shop is it. There was only one person ahead of us (Thursday afternoon around 4pm). The lady finished cutting my son's hair in under 20 minutes. And it looks good! (To us). My son loves his haircut so much that he tipped the lady $9 from his own allowance. So glad to have found this place. My husband and son need to cut their hair every 3 weeks. That can get expensive, so they tend to look for less expensive barbers. Usually, that also means the barbers are not very good and inconsistent. They've been here a couple of times so far, and both times, the haircuts were nice despite being quickly done. The same guy did my husband's hair both times, and he knew how to do a good fade. Great price, too. read more

I was driving around looking for a good haircut place, and I found this location using what else...Yelp :) This is a typical looking barber shop. Although it's not old "wise guy" type of barbers , but most of the folks that I saw cutting hair were Asians. So, I was confident that they will know how to cut my type of hair ( Filipino). I had the only male barber cutting my hair. He was very good and not a lot of conversation. This is a no frills haircut place. The price is very Good, and It's exactly what I like. Extra things I noticed where the very comfortable chairs and the use of blow dryers after the cut. Something I don't ever remember being used at other barber shops that I have been to. It's really a 3.5. I thought the haircut was competent. Very quick with no waiting (I was in and out in less than 12 minutes). They were moderately friendly but don't expect a lot of chatter or discussion if you're used to that in a barbershop. All of the barbers were Asian and didn't talk a great deal except in native tongue. $7 for boys and men. I'll definitely go back since it's right next to the gym and very convenient, and if the haircuts are consistently good I'll bump it up to 4.0 stars. read more

Wow! We have driven passed this place a gazzilion times never stopping in. My husband was fed up with the barber shop around the corner that blamed his last terrible haircut on a imaginary cowlick that they said he had. He likes to get the old school style type haircuts. We took our 10 and 8 year old boys for a quick cut after seeing pictures of other kids' cuts. I had a great experience here. Just moved to the area so I'm trying places for my head. My hair is curly so even a great cut will not fall in line sometimes with my curls. I walked in on a Sunday about 2pm. There was no wait and two barbers were working inside. A lady was sitting outside and she asked, "you need a cut?" I took a seat and she began. I asked for a low 1 1/2 guard fade with a (light) trim up top. She took her time and I could see her care. She didn't just chop away. I was in the chair for a good 12-15 minutes. She did pretty damn good job. I've had better cuts but they were more than double the price. That said I've paid premium prices for a mediocre cut. I'd rate this a 8 out of 10. I give it a yelp 5 star fir wait time and price. I would definitely try this place again and if she's there I will seek her out. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. read more
